I took a classic car to them to get painted. It took them six months before I got the first pieces back and that’s only after constantly bothering them. After that they did basically nothing. Vic and another person named Daniel do nothing but constantly lie and make promises that they have no intention of keeping. Do not take your vehicle to these people as they will not be around to honor their warranty.

I have utilized DR Collision twice in the last several years. In both cases I received outstanding customer service along with excellent work. The first time I brought my car to them, a few years ago, they voluntarily and free of charge, made some quick and minor repairs to make my car drivable while I was waiting for my estimate to be approved.Recently when I brought my car in for an estimate, Daniel, the GM was waiting for me in the parking lot to get the info for an estimate. I was out of there in less than fifteen minutes. On a Thursday afternoon, after leaving my car off, Daniel called me and told me the car would be ready around noon the next day. I told him that I would have to wait until Monday to pick it up because I needed to leave to go out of town by 8 am on Friday. Then, he told me he would put extra people on the job so I could pick it up by 7:30.Around 7:00 he called to tell me it was ready. When I arrived, there was my car - clean repaired and looking like new! Daniel and the whole team are amazing!

My neighbor recommended DLR without reservation and called Daniel to let him know to expect my call. I took my car to get a bid and returned for service on 5/14/18; Daniel made arrangements for me to get a rental car at Enterprise and they were right on time.The professional expertise; totally customer focused employees; and reasonable price were exceptional in nature and handled in a manner of excellence. My car was ready on the agreed date and looks just perfect.Should I ever need any work done on my vehicle I will take it to DLR and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service and outcomes! Amazing service and all around experience. They were very attentive and gave updates recently. I am at a lost for words for the review beneath and only can say maybe there was so miscommunication. I am satisfied with the work that was done. Only took 2 weeks for my whole left side door, alignment, cracked light and fender. Everything was perfect and it looked brand spankin new! My car has never been repaired correctly from the start. I have brought my car back twice. These people can not get it right. My front bumper and headlight is crooked and starts to come undone. They have no attention to detail. I just picked it up today and it does not look any better. The part was forced which caused the paint to chip. They tried dabbing paint to cover it up, which looks very obvious. I am very upset with the outcome.

Took my Jeep to get the driver side door and passenger door to be fixed. They did a perfect job ! They even cleaned inside and out the vehicle for me ! 5 ⭐

These are some photos on how well their quality is. As you can see paint is poorly prepped. I have attempted to resolve this multiple times since there are more issues than listed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR. You will get the run arpund and poor cuatomer service. Happy to take your money. Not happy to do the job right even when you are spending 15grand like I did.

Im happy that I chose DLR Collision to fix my wifes car. We had been waiting for the BIG NAME body shops to have an opening but were running out of time. I called DLR and explained my situation. The staff was eager to help and got our Nissan in right away. My wife has named this car Lucille, and Lucille has never looked better. Thanks, Bobby and DLR!

Excellent service and at a great price, I had a long scratch across my hood, they resprayed the hood and it looks great, would definitely recommend.

What ever you do do not go to this shop for your repairs!!! They are very unprofessional and do not know how to take care of people or the cars they say they are going to fix. I took my vehicle to them and he said it would be a week possibly a week and a half, almost 2-3 months later I get my vehicle back after numerous attempts by the shop to give me a half finished vehicle with parts that don’t even fit the truck, paint drips, clear coat over spray, and orange peel issues with the paint/clear coat and over spray on the shocks and exhaust. Got to the point where they finally made it acceptable enough so I just bit the bullet and accepted and took it home to finish it my self. They broke my dealer key and tried to give me my spare key which I left in the armrest, which means they dug through my armrest and probably the rest of the truck which they shouldn’t have had any reason to!! Just beware they are not a good shop at all unless you want to be taken to the cleaners literally. And just an addition when I finally picked it up they forgot to put my floor mats back in and when I asked where the radio antenna was the manager asked me did it come with one, are you sure it came with one. Yes genius it was dropped off with one

From a business standpoint, Vic the manager should return calls and man up to his shortcomings. Nobody should trust this man. He lacks this quality and fails as this is the foundation of any business.

Horrible Service! Theyve had my car since December 2016 and it is still not fixed as of today. No updates, no calls, no text no nothing from either of rhe managers Bobby or Vic.Frustrating!!!
