Just picked up my car today after dropping it off yesterday to have one of my side view mirrors replaced. I brought my own part/mirror I bought online and they painted/refinished and installed it to have it ready next day. Very kind, friendly employees and great pricing. They did everything to make my car look even better than when I brought it in (washed it and cleared the oxidation in my lights) just because. I will definitely refer and be coming back in the future. Also stated I have a lifetime warranty on the work for peace of mind (just need to keep the receipt). I took a 2011 Lexus ES350 to have some front and hood repainted. The painted was patched and blended perfectly. The receptionist (Kay) was very professional and kept me informed of progress. Highly recommend this shop.

Super friendly and helpful. I came by accident as google maps showed a Hertz location there. Turns out Hertz left years ago. One of the doors on the back of my transport would not open. The lady in reception was lovely and the mechanic took a look and quickly remedied the problem by fixing the handle that was keeping the door from opening. They wouldnt accept any payment for their help. Such a relief as I hadnt been able to reach a Hertz representative and didnt want to spend 2+ hours going to a rental center to get help with the door or rent another vehicle. Worse possible place to take your car....took them months to return my car...and thats because I threatened to place a report with the police. Got my car back with parts that were not original, not working properly and they still charged me.

I was really disappointed In my last service there, I have used them 2x before with no issues, but this last time there was little to no communication.I was told my car was ready and then waited 3 more days because the car needed to be allined by an outside vendor, no prob but shouldnt you know that before you call me?? and btw the car wasnt allined and NOBODY would call me back to give stays unless I basically stalked them.I kept being told someone would get back to me but silence.. it was just beyond frustrating.Dropped off my rental car and it wasnt returned until 5 days later. It was just a mess. Hopefully the communication between the staff and clients will get better because they are extremely nice but I will think twice before I get body work here again.

On January 26, 2018 our Dodge Dart was struck by a vehicle driving perpendicular to the designated lanes in a parking lot by Alamo Ranch. Andre and his team were able to get the initial assessment done the very next day and within 3 days they were able to get our in the shop. Only five days later it was returned to us in exactly the same condition. They did everything; the body work, oversight of the alignment, and all required coordination with USAA. We had to do nothing and the repair was worry-free. Their service, communication, and performance far exceeded our expectations on the repair. Of particular note was the attention to detail by Mark Pena and Andre. I would highly recommend them for work in the future.

Great experience. This shop is extremely professional and does excellent work. My car was hit by some falling debris off another vehicle. Had some hood, side panel, and grill damage. The car looks new, very pleased with Collision Networks work.

From the receptionist to the owner the customer service was horrible. I was lied to about the status of my car. This company held my car for a month without working on it & told me the car was being worked on and almost done. I showed up after numerous of unanswered calls to see my car was never touched(in same condition I left it) I would not recommend service with this establishment.

I have taken both my car and my mothers car to Collision Network for repairs. They did a great job working with coordinating with me and my insurance company. They called me when they said the would call me and my car was clean and ready when I arrived to pick it up. In the past, I have gone to one of the national chains and always had issues. I was treated well and wold definitely use them again

We have been working with Mark and he is amazing!! He doesnt rush you and he is honest to a fault. He just makes you feel that you can trust him. He seems very knowledgeable in regards to his field and shares his knowledge. He has even gone to bat for us with our insurance company. If I could give 10 stars I would. Ill add to this post once the work to our q50 has been completed. I need to mention that this is the place the Infiniti dealer refered us to. That alone speaks volumes.

Terrible do not take your vehicle there. I took my truck to get repaired. Terrible service. Poor craftsmanship. My truck got rear ended they gave me back my truck with the bed missing bolts wiring harnesses hanging down. No evidence that a frame inspection was done. My tailgate did not close. left out in the rain and got water damage inside cab. None of this was fixed properly.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had working with a company. Business is business and there will be no room for remorse or accountability for the lack or professionalism. According to my experience.Fog lamps.....that was it. After getting front end work done, spending close to $4,000, I noticed I was missing fog lamps. Why would it take 6 mounts and 15+(not an exaggeration) broken promises to call me back in regards to my issue? Regardless of any type of in house issues(transitions with management), which I was extremely patient with. One would assume that customers would come first. I absolutely feel disrespected and DO NOT recommend anyone to conduct business with collision network.I basically received, “there is nothing I can do for you. Sorry that our team dropped the ball. I brought my 2017 Jeep Cherokee here thanks to my insurance agent who highly recommended them, and upon arriving I was helped quickly. Mr. Peña explained in great detail what they were going to fix and gave me an estimated time on when theyd have it done. He even gave me his personal cell phone number in case I had any more questions and he would call to keep me updated. I picked up my car today and he explained it had lifetime warranty on what they repaired. Everything looks great, as if nothing ever happened, and I left really happy with the result.

Network Collision never fails to impress me with their attention to detail. They have dealt with a plethora of issues of mine, and never leave me unsatisfied.

Collision Network off Culebra Rd. San Antonio, TX has had my 2019 Honda Pilot over 35 days due to a collision loss and has NEVER notified me or provided any updates for repairs. I understand repairs take time. The time frame is not my concern. What is frustrating is Collision Network‘s lack of commitment and communication with the vehicle owners. I never once received a call back about status of my repairs. I have and had to involve my insurance company to call someone there for an update. This shop is also a GEICO preferred shop which is a surprise to have to experience poor service. Each time my adjuster calls the shop, we are being told the same thing, that someone at the shop will call me back with an update. I’m still waiting for a call back. My next step is to go to their shop and wait for a response. This place is so unprofessional, and inconsiderate. I can only image what type of repair quality I’m going to get back. I will post an update with a conclusion and a date when I get a response. My vehicle has been here since July 13th 2020. Today is August 18th.

After a car accident on a Saturday, my Nissan Rogue SL AWD arrived at collision center. before the insurance saw the vehicle an without authorization Gabe fraudulently used someone else’s Signed final bill for a Nissan Rogue S FWD To take a mechanic lien. We never signed for any work to be done,, we have now lost thousands in value of the vehicle just from these unlicensed morons putting wrong parts on my genuine Nissan vehicle that WAS certified An I thought I had consumer protection rights. The Tax Assessor Property code 70.006 (4949). This is what these people do during a pandemic...

The wait was short for a written estimate. They honored the price even though there was a $100+ shortage they did not have on the original estimate. When I took the SUV in to begin the work they drove me home from the shop and offered to pick me up when they were done. Best of all the work done was fantastic and in the time frame promised. My SUV looks brand new again. I don’t hope to use them again but I definitely will if life happens to my SUV.

This place is by far the best ever as far as speed, service and overall friendly people. Thus was my first wreck with my car and they were so patient with me calling like every couple of days just to check on my car they are super sweet and quick and even better my car drives better than it did before!!

I brought my 2019 Honda Ridgeline with less than 12k miles because someone backed up into it with a hitch. I received a great repair and the truck looks new again.What impresses me about this body shop the most is I noticed a plastic piece of the fairing was maybe 1/8 inch loose. It was very subtle. I brought it up and received a professional answer. “Yes sir, we will take care of that right away!” 5 minutes later, fixed! Most places give you the run around which I hate. Overall, My truck looks great, and I’m very happy With the service and repair.
