Outstanding quality workmanship and excellent communication. I was referred to C.A.R.S. by my auto detailer to repair a front bumper before they could apply protective film. Metallic black paint isnt the easiest paint to match and these guys did a fantstic job. Aaron called me to suggest that I change all the trim pieces to make the repair look finished....good advice. The finished product is well worth the price of admission.

This body shop was recommended by another local detail shop. Ill start with the positive. April and Aaron were very nice people to deal with. Communication was pretty good. Due to my car being stolen and recovered, it had some mechanical issues as well as needing body work. On to the bad. They performed the body work in a few days. The quality of work was very subpar. I guess they did okay on the blending but the orange peel was horrible. Several spots were super hazy and there were actually visual contaminants in the paint on the passenger side. I also noticed a huge run in the paint on my hood. A bunch of the paint chips were just simply painted over instead of being properly sanded. A couple of spots had little to no clear coat. I knew my car probably wasnt going to look the same but I did not expect it to be this bad. In no way, shape, or form do I think my car was a show car but to me it looked worse than it did before I brought it in. On to the ugly. After the body work was completed Aaron took it upon himself without prior consent or authorization from me or my insurance company to transport my vehicle to an automotive shop right down the road. Instead I get a call the next day saying my car is at this shop and they are already making an estimate. If I had known how bad of a reputation that shop had I would have gone and gotten my car the same day. Instead I took a chance and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Terrible choice on my part. When I got the vehicle back it was making a noise when turning, leaking transmission fluid, and had damage to the transmission case due to an improperly installed cv axle. Suffice to say they messed up my car so bad I ended up trading it in. I was absolutely terrified to even attempt to take it back to that place for warranty work so I just cut my losses entirely. They had no clue what they were doing and have no business touching a car. If Aaron had notified me prior to taking it to this joke of a place this wouldve never happened.

Aaron was quick to accommodate in my time of need. He assured me of the outcome that could occur, I trusted his judgment, and I had my paint touched up on my vehicle. He originally quoted me two days, but ended up finishing in one. I was happy with the result, and very happy with the price he gave me. I would definitely return for the quality and assurance that C.A.R.S. offers in the future.
