STAY AWAY from this place! The estimator JR sounds nice, but he is all talk. I took my car there to fix a minor collision and it took them 1 MONTH!! Every week he would call and come up with a different excuse about why the car was not ready yet. When I received the car it looked like my toddler painted it - the color doesn’t match and there were missed spots. They also damaged and spray painted the rubber trim and the seats inside. They did a very dirty job - there is mud dust all over the interior of the car, even inside the fuel tank door and fuel cap (no idea how they managed to get it in there). I had to get the inside detailed after I picked it up from them. Their excuse was that my insurance did not pay them enough, and they did the best they could.Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else where they are serious and honest.

JR was awesome. He got my estimate very quickly and was then able to get my car on the schedule day of. He followed up with me the next morning, and my car was ready by that afternoon. The car looks great! If I ever have any paint needs again, I will definitely return.

Trash is an understatement, they basically held my car hostage forever. The manager who has no business managing anything didn’t even know how to properly communicate. After about 2 months I told them im picking up my car, no if ands or buts. Okay when i went to get it, most of what I had initially took it for wasn’t done at all. But I couldn’t afford a rental anymore and needed my car. They took it apart to paint, wasn’t put back together properly. None of my sensors are in the correct place. I literally have not felt safe driving my vehicle since i got it back from MAACO. I tried to reach out to corporate multiple times i didnt even care about the cosmetic part at this point i just wanted a safe vehicle to drive in. They refused to help me, said it’s on the shop manager to resolve so of course i had zero hope regardless, since he was a headache to deal with at all. Im super disappointed feel super unsafe in my vehicle. For months I’ve been told by corporate that the shop will reach out to me to resolve, here we are 5 months later, still no resolution. I had to pay for a rental for almost 3 months (we all know how pricey that can be), now im about to be out thousands more for work that should have been done right the first time. I really regret taking my vehicle here I literally cry about it. I guess it’s true to say that they will try to do females dirty in this industry. Super disappointed.

They stored my car after an accident i had. They were very friendly, sympathetic and courteous with the insurance adjuster and with me. They were also very accommodating. I was impressed.

I had got and estimates for repairs on my challenger a week ahead of time it was supposed to be a 2 hour job I dropped it off in the morning and went to the gym. When I had got back from the gym the only thing that was removed where the covers that snapped off. I had let the shop know ahead of time that it was my only vehicle and I needed it back. I ended up helping pull off the bumper and grill off the car and trying to put it back together. The entire workforce with over 60-70 years old. Didnt have the necessary tools or equipment to do repairs(we used a wrench to smack fasteners in). I ended up coming out of pocket $350 for a really bad job. Now its gonna cost me a lot more to fix it.

Carlos and lily are terrific. Had a great experience repairing a tear in the dashboard. They worked w insurance and got the repair covered completely. When we to pick up the car is was completely cleaned up and even had the tires dressed. Went to go pick up that car and showed him a spot on my paint on my other car and he spent a few minutes working it out and cleaning it up.

My family had a 5-star experience with Gabriel and the team at this Maaco location. They left our dented, rusting 2004 Corolla looking like a brand, new car. All I can say is WOW. Very professional and straight forward. DOES NOT HOLD ANYTHING BACK. They tell you what your paying for and the quality of the work. Price was firm! and kept with it from start to finish. I have had terrible experiences with body shops in the past and have no trust in them but my poor car was pealing to no end and I needed it fixed asap. I explained what I wanted to Carlos and he gave me that and MORE. My car looks like I bought it right off the lot again. My boyfriend showed up to pick it up and Carlos was up front and honest about how someone did not buff out the wax properly and it looked bad. He told my boyfriend to come back later because hes going to have them redo it. Came back couple of hours later and it was beautiful! He was even kind enough to deep clean my interior and headlights (which were horrendous) just because thats what they do for their customers! Definitely recommend these guys! Thank you MAACO!!!

I recently brought a body panel to this location to be painted. Carlos assisted me and was very knowledgeable and professional, my bumper was ready for pickup within 2 days! Definitely a 5 star shop!!

On June 12th 2019 I took my Toyota Tundra into this Maaco to get a full body paint job. I was told they would try to have it done by the 28th but it would done by the 3rd. After a few days I stopped by to get something out of my vehicle and noticed it hadnt been touched again. After this I decided to pop in and or call every 3 or 4 days to make sure this didnt happen again. The finish date was pushed back 3 times and finally I called on the 6th and was told it would be ready by 2pm (it wasnt ready until 3). I start it up and notice that something was wrong and was forced to take right back to them on Monday since they were closed as soon as I left. Over the weekend my mobile mechanic was able to diagnose that it was an electrical issue caused by them incorrectly rewiring something.Today (Tuesday) they called and said the after market headlights that were installed (4yrs ago) are whats causing this. I told them to stop blaming irrationally and to find an appropriate solution. It worked perfect when I dropped it off and this couldnt possibly be the problem. I am still without a vehicle and waiting for a resolution......This is a poorly managed paint shop. The customer service is accusatory and not proactive. If at all possible avoid paying for services at this location. Its not worth the stressor wasted time and money.Side note: to be fair the paint looks good.Update I recieved my truck back lastnight. They dont know how they fixed it but they did. I have some punctures in my passenger seat and 2 of the logos they installed fell off.Second update. Im still having electrical issues that I didnt have previously. I emailed the Owner as he requested and he has yet to get back with me.

I came in for a paint job after a collision (about 4 months ago). I was not using any insurance. They gave me different options and worked with me on the price without pressuring me to do more than I wanted to do. I think I got a relatively fair deal, and the paint job (not their most expensive offering) has earned me compliments. It cost $1277 for a full-car paint job (not including the interior door jams and such, at my request). They also cleaned up the inside of the car for me, which was cool.

I was so impressed by the service I received in getting my Toyota Tacoma repainted. Everyone really was so surprised by the quality of the paint job. The business owner was superb, with recommendations, to make my truck its best! Stop in and visit them, you get a great quote. Dont delay!

Went in to get a fender painted, the workers were very helpful and got it done in just one day!

Brought a 1997 Windstar van in for the work. Received an estimate to repaint the van plus a couple of options added. The van had been painted with business information on both sides and rear. The hood and the top had become oxidized. The roof rack was oxidized, and generally the van looked pretty bad. I decided to have the van repainted the original color, and to not include the door jams, as they still look ok. I also had several dents on the both sides of the van attended to. After a week they called me to walk and view the van before they did a final clean up on the van to return to me. They had completely sanded off all the business signage and you could not tell it was ever there. I pointed out that the side mirrors looks faded black and the front vent between the hood and the winshield also looked bad. They painted them flat black. They also saved the body mouldings, and painted them the same color as they van. The transformation was amazing, really a great job. I did have another estimate from a Paint company that a garage recommended to me,(almost $12,000) Maaco was less then a third of that price. Maaco took a car in serious need of work and returned a very nice car back to me. My daughter will use this car as hers is reaching its end of life. The entire staff at Maaco were great, and treated me graciously, as I asked a lot of questions and they answered them all to my satisfaction.

They said it would take 10 days it took 22. My rental car wasnt 500 it was 1000. My blue Ford Taurus is now have purple and it look like a orange peel. no one would even do a walk-around when I picked it up. Shame on you.

Took a little too long to finish my vehicle and I had to send it back for touch ups. While sending it back and getting my vehicle back they did do a good job but I noticed my tools in the trunk were missing. Very upset about that situation since they had no business opening up the trunk. 😡

Carlos explained the entire process extremely well and broke down what each cost of the repair would involve. It really made our decision much easier to go with Maaco.UPDATE: I picked the car up and liked the color match they did with regard to the OEM color, but the paint had a lot of orange peel texture and air bubbles and/or debris embedded in the paint job. I brought it to Carloss attention and he assured me that it would be fixed when I brought the car back in two months (the two months would give the paint enough time to cure before going through paint correction process). I will update afterwards.

My vehicle wasnt ever touched after 35 DAYS of being brought here!! This place could care less about earning your business. DONT RECOMMEND. I was kind and patient, told them to take their time, I was called by Lilly after 2 1/2 weeks after dropping my car off stating they were working on it and would call me when completed. After 34 days I stopped by to see how things were coming along, only to have Carlos walk me behind the shop to show me my car sitting there with the keys in it. This isnt right or professional. What a total waste of time. I agreed to pay $2500 for my car to be painted only to be treated like this. BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Will NEVER choose MAACO again.

I brought two vehicles here. One to repair damage I received when a driver rear-ended my Volvo. The other is a classic car I wanted to get painted and have the interior redone.The time it took to do the repairs was excessive! The Body Shop was the source of the delays. The paint had to be redone 3 times on my Volvo. The work to paint the classic car was substandard! The interior work on the classic car was shameful!Do not recommend!

Great service honestly...managed to get my car fixed through an out of state insurance company and even kept my car a few days extra with no charge knowing that I was unable to retrieve it due to work conflict. That being said, they somehow managed to get my seat motor jammed in the full forward position and told me they didn’t know how to fix it saying that it was an unfortunate coincidence, and honestly, I was upset but understood. However, after simulating driving as a 4 foot 10 person for a few hour thinking I was going to have to drop a few hundred bucks to get the seat motor fixed somewhere else, I searched the web for literally 15 seconds and found a solution that only required a screw driver. So I just wished they spent a little extra time fixing something they caused by mistake. Other than that, they still provided great services and i would definitely go there again!

So I had JUST gotten a new car (literally had it less then 2 weeks) when I stupidly back up into a rock🤦🏻‍♀️ I was soooo stressed out bc as a single mom I cant afford insane prices to fix it and almost accepted the fact of keeping it that way. However I thought I would reach out and see if anyone could help me and how much it would cost. I came to this location which charges $55 an hour which was an amazing price in itself, and they literally had it fixed in less then 10 mins!!! I can now breathe a sigh of relief knowing my car is completely fixed and safe for when my daughter is with me💗💗💗 I can NEVER thank them enough and will be recommending them to EVERYONE who needs any kind of body work done✨

My vehicle was in dire need of a paint job. I got four different estimates but everyone was afraid to commit to my one week deadline. Very lazy, the shop is messy, not a place that is organized Childish behavior and yelling. waited 20 minutes just to be talked to I was alone in building I had talked to a lady who said she Heard about people leaving fake reviews to make this place look good. Do not recommend this place at all.

Took over a month to fix my bumper, left with airbag lights on and seat belt unusable and locked due to air bags, inside of my car is covered in detail grease. Also they removed a sticker I had on the back window.

Great experience at 126 Clarence. Went in for body/paint work on our 2018 Expedition. Carlos keep us posted throughout. Rudy did an awesome job on the detail (inside and out) of our vehicle. Looks like it came straight from the manufacturer.

Work took a little longer and cost a little more, but thats nothing out of the ordinary for a body shop. The work done was excellent and everything looked like it should. My only issue was with the detailing afterwards. I wish I would have known that they were going to put this greasy substance on the interior door panels & plastics. It got on my windows and I would have definitely told them to skip that step.

Was given a verbal “estimate” between $250 - $300 over the phone to prep and paint four fender flares. Understandably the shop needed to see the items prior to issuing a written quote. It was agreed that the flares would be brought itn so no removal or installation (R/I) was included. The flares were in sound condition albeit the factory paint was faded due to the South Texas sun.When taken in the written quote was $650.27. After discussing it the price was reduced to $600. Keep in mind the pricing displayed for a complete paint job is as low as ~$1,300. Prior quotes were obtained that included R/I for less than or equal to the MAACO quote (labor) would be reduced if the flares were brought in off the vehicle.When picking the flares up I was informed that there were imperfections that needed to be buffed out and that the flares needed to be installed as they are relatively flexible off the vehicle and it would be difficult to buff them uninstalled. Upon close inspection a fingerprint and other particles were visible in the paint as well as some uneven coverage though not terrible when viewed from a few feet away. The point is that if these were prepped and then painted in a controlled environment (good paint booth) these types of blemishes should be imperceptible.The inconvenience of having to return the vehicle to the shop in order to complete the job paid for is disappointing to say the least. No consideration was given for my time, inconvenience, or the less than promised quality service.I will take the vehicle back and see if they fix the issues but do caution those considering using MAACO.Owner replied to this post below implying there was “confusion” about pricing. Absolutely not. Pricing verbally communicated was very clear. And that’s not the point of this post. MAACO was paid in full what they quoted for the work without rebuttal. No mention of the substandard work results? No apology for the added inconvenience? We are all busy and when a company is hired to provide a service that’s what is expected, and that’s what a good business operator should furnish. Don’t dig the hole any deeper. Next stop will be filing with the BBB, but wait, MAACO isn’t accredited by the BBB.Another update today. Received a call letting me know they run a skeleton crew on Saturdays and that the vehicle was not ready as promised - what did they do with the vehicle all day on Friday? We arranged our entire weekend around picking the vehicle up today, now we have to schedule time off from work on Monday?... The hits just keep on coming with MAACO. Hope anyone taking the time to read this finds it helpful in making a selection for auto body services.

They did an amazing job with our car and to top it off it looked and smelled amazing when they were done. They went above and beyond for my Husband and I and Carlos was so polite throughout the whole process. They are definitely our new go to for our vehicle.
