This is the best body shop in San Antonio. Their customer service is top notch!Much to my dismay, I had a small dent in my car from someone hitting my brand new car in the parking lot and called almost everybody trying to get it fixed fast. Nobody would take me quickly (estimates not until November, ridiculous prices, cant even fix the dent until December.. Just ridiculous! Not waiting 3-4 months) It was a small dent and I was even paying everything out of pocket! So I finally found collision pros and they took in my car almost immediately because it was an easy fix.The work was done by the end of the week and Sam called me daily with updates on the car! They even cleaned the exterior and interior of the car spotless and put gas in it.Awesome work. Amazing customer service. I will always go to them for work on my car!

Waking up and going outside in the morning to find your car has been damaged is an emotion I can not describe. Especially for a car guy like myself whom takes pride in what I have worked very hard for.There wasn’t much damage to my car, looked like someone on a bicycle or in a car side swiped my door. I immediately started to look in the area for someone I can trust, I can’t just let anyone fix my car. I happened to go to Collision Pros first, and I’m sure glad I did. They got my car looking brand new again. I have nothing shy of good things to say about these guys. They got it done in a quickly manner (3days) and made sure I was kept up to date with everything daily! Not to mention the unbeatable price! I was recently rear ended and sent my car over to Collision Pros and they were so helpful! I got my car back in about a week in excellent condition! They did a fantastic job and the service was amazing. They were so respectful and nice to make sure that everything went smoothly for me! Excellent customer service.I had my front bumper fixed back in March 2018. A piece fell off when I washed my truck and they were very responsive. It appears a tech that no longer works there didnt finish putting all the clips back in. I bought the part at Toyota and Collision Pros refunded me the price of the part and helped paint the part and put it on properly. Taylor is very good and the front office i very accommodating with great customer service.

If you are in need of auto repairs this is definitely the place to go to. We have been there for 3 separate incidents now, and I couldnt believe how great a job they did for us for each incident! You cant even tell that anything happened to our vehicles. I highly recommend them.

Collision Pros did a great job with my car. Ive been to two other collision repair places in San Antonio in the past and have always left disappointed. Not this time. The car looked like new and was nice and clean when I picked it up. Plus their estimate came within a few dollars of matching my insurance estimate and they happily revised their quote to match the insurance company estimate. Finally the car was finished a whole day ahead of schedule. Great guys. Super helpful and good work.

Took my baby Stormie here for new face lift and minor touch ups. Taylor took good care of me and even better care of car. Highly recommend them to everyone.

Got a huge dent in car and brought it here to get it fixed. They got it to look brand new. It also only took one week! VERY satisfied with the outcome and they also clean your car inside and out! Sam...this guy Rocks. Customer service was VERY professional. Car repaired exactly as one would expect with no issues. Heck, I even think I got it back much cleaner than when I dropped it off! Always used Caliber Collision, which also does excellent work. I dont think one could go wrong with either place.

Got my vehicle towed to this property for some damage work me and the manager had an agreement later down the road truck slowly was being parted out then full vanished from property with no trace very bad business.

I was so impressed with this shop! My BMW was backed into while at a gas station which caused a lot of front end damage. Collision pros handled everything with the insurance company of the person who hit me. The whole process was very smooth with no bumps. They were constantly updating me with where things were with my car and extremely accommodating. I live about 30 mins from this shop and drove the 30 minutes because of the high recommendations I was given. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a car repair. My BMW looks brand new and Taylor did a fantastic job! Great business and good friendly people!

Edit: Tena contacted me and made my car look like new. The shop really went out of their way to make sure I was happy in the end. A 3 stage metallic is not easy but they took their time and I can say Im very satisfied now.

Had some pretty significant body damage to my car so I took it into them. The customer service was excellent. They got me a rental car with no hassle. They updated me on the progress of my car. They also cleaned the exterior and interior of my car before giving it back to me. I hope I never need to have body work on my car again but if I do, I know exactly where Im going to take it.

After following a rental companys return policy, the rental truck I had returned was stolen. The rental company then charged my card over $2,600 in late fees because they had failed to file their paper work prior to the theft of the truck. The staff at Collision Pros bent over backwards to help me provide documentation to verify the date and time I had picked up my car, which was also the same date and time I returned the rental. Thanks to their outstanding customer service, organized record keeping, and great staff I was able to get a full refund. I especially want to thank Tena M. for collecting all the paper work for me literally minutes before her shift was supposed to end. Also, they did a great job repairing my car! I was rear ended but thanks to Collision Pros my car looks good as new.

It took them less than a week to repair my car. The service was great. They are very professional and do the job right. I would recommend Collision Pros to anyone that needs body work on their car or truck.

I may be premature however; Im going to go for it –Collision Pro’s did a great job on my car! It looks wonderful and I am confident there will not be any problems. I am also confident that IF there are, they will take care of things. I was told there was $8k damage on my 2011 Ford Escape. I was upset/shocked and angry when I heard that but, State Farm recommended them so I took their word for it. This is our first experience with any kind of car repair in San Antonio. We dealt with Sam; I dont think I ever got over being annoyed at how many times he called me maam but, after a month my car looks brand new and drives beautifully. (Do beware if you have any work done on your tires….CP had Goodyear put the new tires on my car. I found out during an oil change right after I picked up my car that Goodyear had dangerously overfilled my tires by 30#’s – could have been killed!)

I would NEVER take my car to Collision Pros again. I took my truck to get the rear bumper fixed, my insurance company estimated it would take 8 days to be fixed. It took these guys 25 days and when I went to pick my vehicle up the one thing that they had to fix (the bumper) was still not fixed. My bumper was replaced but there was enough space between the bumper and the rear panel that I could stick my finger into the space. They took care of it on the spot but I was very disappointed at how long they took and they still didnt get the job done right the first time.

I had collision in driver door, I took my SUV to them for repair, they told me we need to replace the door and repaint, So I agreed, after couple days I went to pickup my car and I inspect the repairs I found that the technician damage the interior of door, later the door is not opening from inside, Now The Paint Start Changing 😡😡If You Care about your Car 🚘 and you Needed it for the Future I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THEM
