Gasper was the man I dealt with the whole time, and he was extremely friendly, efficient, and was always available if I needed a question answered. Everyone was very friendly! Had an amazing experience with Blue Ribbon Collision. Woke up one morning to find a woman had hit my 2019 Mustang in the apartment parking lot. My car is my baby. I immediately started looking into repair facilities and Blue Ribbon was highly recommended by several of my car peers.I contacted them and got the car there that same day. They immediately went to work and had everything set in motion that same day. Repairs were very fast and very thorough. Manny, my service writer, was in contact with me just about everyday with updates and progress. I had the best experience with Blue Ribbon and Yvonne! It hasn’t been three weeks since my car was hit and even with the current parts shortage, repairs are complete and I have my car back like the accident never happened. I chose Blue Ribbon after having an awful experience with Caliber Collision. (My husband’s car was hit a month before mine and Caliber still hasn’t finished his repairs.) I called Blue Ribbon two days after my car was hit and Yvonne walked me through the process. Within a week she called to tell me that she submitted a repair estimate to my insurance and she would be ordering parts. I brought my car in when parts were ready, and less than 48 hours later I have my car back. I am so impressed! I really liked having the same person in contact with me throughout the process and she was always easy to reach. I hope I never have to go back BUT in the event I ever need body work done I will use Blue Ribbon every time.

Took a part to get painted and Manuel Cerda helped me out, kept me updated and let me what to expect from the beginning. They were quick, friendly, professional and affordable since I paid out of pocket. Got the part back and paint matched up great considering the age of the vehicle. Incredibly fast turn around. Dropped off Monday ready Wednesday by 5! Also not all body shops allow you to bring your own parts but they are happy to let a cash customer sort out their own parts. Final results were great; they went above and beyond for my mothers car. Paint match is perfect and they only did exactly what we asked. It is back to looking the sub-5000 mile car that got crashed. I went to several collision shops for my car bumper, none of them wanted to help me because it is an aftermarket bumper. Manny took one look at it and said sure we can fix it!! Brought in a VW Golf 1998 for a huge dent in the driver side door. They put in a competitive offer for the repairs and were able to source a door despite the age of the model pretty quickly. Manny was great with communication giving progress updates so I knew when the car would be finished. Blue Ribbon did a fantastic job replacing the door and matching the color. The car looks better than it was before the collision. Shout out to the techs for a great job.

I would recommend this shop to anyone needing body repairs. I have an older Monte Carlo, which means finding parts was very difficult. The shop was able to locate parts and repair in-shop what they couldn’t.

I cant say enough about Blue Ribbon Collision. These guys went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was right before leaving their shop from painting a door at there cost as a result of an unnoticeable chip to repainting my bumper due to a light scratch. Manuel Cerda Manny a fellow GT500 owner went the extra mile (coming in on his off days) to get me squared away. He even went as far as diagnosing issues with my fuel system which is outside there realm of support. The body work with stellar and so was the customer service. Wanted to share my experience with you all regarding the outstanding, courteous and professional service I just experienced with Blue Ribbon Auto Collision Center on Perrin Beitel Road.April 2021 my vehicle was backed into by a STATE FARM driver who failed to use her side and rearview mirrors while backing out of a parking space. The rear bumper sustained multiple cracks and a broken reflector.I contacted Blue Ribbon regarding having an estimate done and was put in contact with Manny. Upon arrival, Manny was readily available and performed an initial visual inspection of the damage. He offered to submit the paperwork to State Farm for me. To which I certainly appreciated. At this point, I agreed that Blue Ribbon had gained my trust and would be the designated shop to repair Betsy.The next day Manny and his team of professionals removed the bumper to find only more damage. Manny contacted me and explained every detail of the next steps in the process. He then, again, submitted the additional claim to State Farm for me. When the second approval came Manny let me know immediately and went on to order the additional NEW parts needed to repair my vehicle.Also, the security of your vehicle when the business is closed is high priority. The property is gated. Every time I drove by in the evening I never even saw my vehicle so I know it was safe. Its very reassuring.Well its May 3, 2021 I just picked up my car and I am ecstatic and very pleased with the work done to repair it. Betsy has a pearl paint job and it is a perfect match!PS...vehicle was filthy from April rain when dropped off and it is washed and tires armor-alled. Thanks.Class act business if I say so myself. I contacted Manny a week ago for a quote on repairing a bumper for my mustang. The bumper had more damage then I thought but him and the guys at the shop gave me a fair quote and ended up repairing the bumper the correct way. I had a custom piece done as well as full paint work and it came out looking better then factory. The process took a few days so they’re super quick. Please don’t hesitate to give Manny a call.

To find a body shop and personnel that do quality work and explain things is hard.... But not with these guys. Ive taken several vehicles here and deal with Manuel C. His knowledge and expertise in body work is probably the best in the business. Especially one of my classics where the red paint had faded with time, Blue Ribbon was able to match everything perfectly... Went to Blue Ribbon for my collision damage on my Toyota 4Runner. All the staff, including Gasper, were very accommodating and helpful.
