Took my 2013 Dodge Charger here it has taken two months and they are still just giving me a run around . The guy said shouldn’t be more than 900 now charging me 1400. At this point I just want my car back. They always say they will call me back at the end of the day to let me know on the status of my car and they don’t !

My car was brought here after an accident. After an evaluation from my insurance it turns out my car was totaledI was out off town for several weeks so I wasnt able to clean out my belongings grin the car. The employees there cleaned out my car so insurance could take ut away and held all of my belongings for me.ON TOP OF ALL THAT-- when they returned my belongings it included a small handful of cash that I kept tucked away in my car for emergencies. The cash could have easily been lost over the weeks it took me to pick up my stuff, but the fact that it was returned with everything else indicates a high level of integrity and professionalism that can be rare in automotive services.

Our car ended up a total loss but these folks took good care of us in spite of the fact that they were never paid by our insurance company for anything. They went above and beyond to help us when we were going through a really rough time. Because we lived so far away from where we had the accident, it was hard for us to fetch our belongings. They did that for us. And when we felt like the appraisal was unfair, they helped to clear it up where we did not lose thousands of dollars unjustly. We cannot thank yall enough.

It was my first accident, with my brand new car that I purchased for myself after graduating from college. I was also in the process of moving into my new house. Never did I think this would happen especially with how much I had going on. From the moment I was hit, I felt overwhelmed. Progressive did an outstanding job with directing my to JD Collision. I looked up reviews and saw how many stars they had. I didn’t hesitate to ever consider bringing my car here. Every time I called them they were super welcoming and helped with all the questions I had. I had never been in an accident before. This was all new to me. I was paired up with Serafin. Serafin and the JD collision team kept me up updated from the moment I dropped off my car. They provided information in a timely manner and were super accurate with their estimations. My car was ready within a week and a half from my accident. This teams works hard and fast to get you your car back. I appreciate how considerate they are. When I arrived to pick up my car Serafin greeted me and made sure to go over what was repaired. He assured me that everything was taken care of and that if anything was wrong to give him a call. When I saw my car I wanted to burst into tears, it had been such a rough week for me and the timing was horrible. But this team really did help bring joy back to me! Thank you so much team! Very poor work done here. Had to have them realign the bumper and replace a scratched fog lamp. They replaced my windshield and left pieces of glass all over the dash. I was not very happy with this shop. Will not be returning here.

The work they did was ok, a few areas that could have used some extra attention to detail. However I had some residual issues related to my repairs and it was like pulling teeth to get them to address them. I always had to be the one to call for updates. They were horrible on following up with me. I guess once my vehicle was out of their shop I wasnt a priority anymore and was of no concern. My accident was in November and I am still trying to get them to make it right.

Do not go there no matter what your insurance says. Took my vehicle here after a accident for repairs. 2 years later found out from a reputable repair shop, that the repairs completed here where aftermarket parts. Not oem like my receipt from them states. And some of the parts used where stamped pick-and-pull. My vehicle is a 1 owner vehicle and no work had previously been done. Called JD collision and they did not claim responsibility for using aftermarket parts.

As soon as I got our vehicle in a safe spot from an accident we had I called JD Collision they were on point with everything. They arranged to have their tow Guy contact me on the weekend to arrange for pickup of the vehicle to bring it into their shop. Immediately assisted me with providing a good contract number for the insurance company needing to be contract to file our claim with. The staff is very courteous, professional and proficient. They have outstanding customer service which now a days is very difficult to get. They took care of us like family. If you get into an auto accident and need a good quality trustworthy shop to count on contact JD Collision. I definitely recommend them and their work. Keep up the outstanding work!👊🏼🙃👍🏾

I will always use JD Collision for any repairs that need to be done on my vehicle. The attention to detail is better than I have ever experienced. They communicate with their customers and the repairs were done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Juanito who is the owner and his awesome staff.

The paint job looked fantastic and I got the car back when promised but I was also impressed that they completely cleaned the interior as well. I went back on 1/6/21 after visiting another body shop that wanted several hundred dollars to remove scratches from my trunk lid. JD did it in five minutes for free!! Customer for life now.

From when we got to JD collision express we were treated with respect and attention by the staff. Jesse was our service advisor and we highly recommend him! When we arrived everything look clean, professional, and modern. JD collision express even called Enterprise to pick us up for the rental! JD Collision kept us in constant communication during our time with them. Their service was quick and professional. They even walked us through the process and told us what was going to be replaced or done with our vehicle. The vehicle looks like if nothing happened to it! That’s how good their work was 10/10!

They lied on my estimate. They did not replace the plug for my trailer. My tail gate doesnt close properly. Already notified the insurance but there are things on the estimate that were not done at all. The bumper isnt straight. Dont ever use this shady shop!Update: After the concerns were raised they did take the truck back and repaire their mistakes. I would rather this be resolved before giving the customer back a vehicle with issues but the issues were resolved and the work is good now after the second time around.

I was highly recommend by Fernandez Honda to take my 2004 Honda Accord to J.D Collision for repairs and I was very impressed on the job that was done on my car. I would rate this place a 5+ and would highly recommend to anyone.

Horrible work. Insurance company used them. My truck had to go back so many times because of poor quality workmanship. Just got it back from them again because the insurance company said they want to hold them responsible for the quality of work...and not surprising at all, the work they just touched up is horrible AGAIN. Talk about waste customers time. Now my truck is going to be sent somewhere reliable to get the work done correctly once and for all. But I was shocked that this time, I got my truck back with fuel still in it unlike the first 2 times it went back to them.

They have the State of the Art Equipment and will take care of your car. Off Hwy 90 near Hwy 151.
