I have had metro for 5 almost 6 year and the last two months i pay the bill but cant make calls or receive them, then when i call in the dont fix the issue they say tgis is important to them that they will fix it then dont then you ask for a credit because of the bad service and they say or we only can give you 41 dollars in credit but i paid 180 dollars which is for two months and i still get bad service so dont go to metro because they dont care about helping customer they only care about the money because you cant evsn get ahold of the manger for customer service. So dont go to metro. I will be switch services because of this. So we switch services to Verizon us we are paying more but at least if I need to make a call to 911 I dont have to worry if it will go through.
