Great guy running the shop, very fast & efficient service... But I went to get my screen fixed on a 8+ on a Thursday. I dropped my phone in water so i needed a new phone. I went back to the same store the next day, and was charged $460 for an XR & they’re way cheaper in WalMart & on Amazon. I feel like I got ripped off & he doesn’t do returns. 😕

Needed to get a battery replaced in my Galaxy S7. Replaced the battery in a timely fashion but found that the wireless charging was not working along with no sound at all. Returned to the store and informed them what was happening. I was immediately told, no problem, I will fix it. Returned 45 mins later with everything working and no additional charge. I brought my Samsung Galaxy S7 in for a battery replacement about a year ago. Immediately I noticed that my speaker wasnt working. I brought it back in and they fixed the issue, which I appreciated. The battery replacement was a failure though, because the new battery did not hold a charge for more than a few hours. I took this as a loss and gave the phone to my son. Well, a few months ago the phone completely stopped functioning. We couldnt turn it on even when it was plugged in so I set it aside.This morning I took the Otter Box case off to retrieve the SD card and saw that the glue on the back of the phone had completely failed and the back panel had separated from the phone, which I believe caused it to stop working. At least the phone was useable before I brought it to this place, and now its just trash. I recommend you just spend the money to get your battery replaced by the manufacturer.

Had my iPhone X screen repaired in 1hr works great for $200. Unlike Bestbuy Geek Squad who told me by 2 different people on the phone when I had to make an appointment just to drop off gave me $150 price but when I went to drop off the guy at the store jacked up the price to $280. They refuse to honor the original price i was given.

My iphone screen was beyond destroyed and when I took it to a Cell Phone Repair place in delaware i was told it was going to be $250 to fix it which i knew was a rip off. So, i took to the Cell Phone Depot and once he took a look at it, he confidently told me he would take care of it in just one hour and it was only going to cost $100. No BS, just honest customer service. WHAT A RELIEF! The service was great, fast, and flawless. I was even told i was appreciated. Very happy to find a reliable Cell Phone Repair spot near me. Quick service and very friendly staff. They included a tempered glass screen protector for $10. Total cost of replacing a cracked iPhone 7 screen with the screen protector: $217 w/tax. If price was a bit cheaper, I would adjust this to 5 stars!Update: I cant tell you how many times Ive dropped my phone with this screen protector- but its still working over a year later!!!

Went in to get a lifted screen fixed I end up having to pay more to get it replaced because they claimed they couldn’t fix it which was fine cause I needed my phone to work properly. The first week it worked ok but after the that the screen is not responsive and now all of a sudden my battery is not staying charged like when I had it before the repair I want to go back and ask what exactly they did to my phone but looking at the other bad reviews on here it seems like there is no point in doing that so I’m just leaving a bad review and to make sure if decide to get your phone repaired by them to watch the girl over the counter to see what she is doing to your phone so u don’t have to worry about a problem like this

Cracked my Galaxy S10+ the other week and it was completely inoperable. Called around to realize alot of places will not work on the new S10+ due to the cost for parts. I went in this week with what I thought was a bad battery. Was not holding a charge.Turned out it was, but before just replacing it and let me walk out the door they tested it thoroughly to ensure it was in fact the battery. It has been running now for several days and appears to have fixed my problem. We were greeted when we walked in and waited on right away. They were very accommodating and knowledgeable. They replaced the battery while I waited told me about the 30 day guarantee and if I was not happy please come back so they could make it right. I would recommend this place and when I need another iPhone battery I will come here to get it replaced.

Replaced touch screen for android. They had to order the screen, called as soon as it was fixed. Very friendly, phone works just like new! Repair was 10.00 cheaper than I could get it done in 2 other shops.

The gentleman informed me exactly what the cost would be if it was a charging port ($90). He also told me that if the problem was the CI, he would call me back, not charge me, and let me take it elsewhere as he didnt do that work. Had my cell phone back to me in 3 hours. Iphone 7+.

I would put 0 if i could. they gave me the wrong iphone screen and my screen looks tinted. it’s so dark even when it’s on full brightness. i asked the gentleman working if he could fix it and he blew me off and was rude and wouldn’t admit to it not being a real iphone 7 plus screen. i paid $150 for a crappy job when apple would have done it for $40. definitely will not recommend this place to anyone.

HORRIBLE SERVICE All they had to do was put a new screen on my sisters iPhone and when she got it back certain areas of the screen did not react to her finger anymore. Imagine how annoying it is trying to scroll and not being able to. They refused to fix their mess up and refuse to help her.
