They never have any new stuff, it’s like they don’t get any shipments. Which isn’t the employees fault, and I’ve never had any bad experiences with staff. But if you want people to keep visiting the store they need consistent inventory! Maybe the managers need to pitch in a little more/contact corp.

I took 3 games back and it was over $90. Never has that happened to anyone at GameStop.

I have such a great time and experience when I purchase from this GameStop. The manager and the other guy with longer hair are so calm, helpful, organized, and knowledgeable! They were so organized and accommodating when I purchased my Xbox X and PS5 bundle.

I ordered a game called Dragons Crown and an art book was suppose to come with it. The store manager kept all the art books and put them on eBay. All they said to me was they could give my money back, if I wanted. Now hearing that some gs manager s are keeping ps5s for themselves to put on eBay. They r terrible people .

Got the new Kingdom Hearts game but as always the hat selection rocks. I always find the best hats there and so I usually blow all my money on a bunch of hats. Im sorry but its an addiction. I love hats. You all should try it sometime.

Allowed my dog to come in with me helped me out when she was in my arms. And didnt complain searched for my game and helped me check out.. I was able to make my dog and myself happy cause of the friendliness of the employees.

Honestly if you want hard copies of video games this is the place for you. Its got a comic book store feel now, at the ones I go to. I hear their warranties are good. Havent used them myself just not purchased anything that expensive from them yet.

Ive ordered a new nintendo 3ds xl and pokemon sun i ordered it after store hours at like 9:50 pm and it said to wait 24 hours this was monday please respond and give me the email confirmation so i can go pick it but luckily the person who works there is really nice and helpful but i still want the email and i dont think. Its his job to send me that so someone please send me that email

Average gamestop nothing special

This Game Stop has excellent service! The employees are great. I am not a gamer so I really rely on them when I have questions about what my kids are getting. they also give me great advice, help me save money, and give super friendly service.

Staff have always been friendly and helpful. The staff really make a Game Stop what it is and thats why I gave this one 4 stars.

I think because it was near closing time they were in a rush to clean up and close!

Bought a wrong item online with a debit card and went to return it, Long story short after 20 minutes of the guy trying to figure out how to give me my money back I ended up being stuck with a instore gift card because he wouldnt give me cash for it and couldnt put it back on my card. 60$ Guy didnt care nor know what he was doing.

Even though theres the main stipulation of GameStop employees trying to push sales to an uncomfortable degree, the staff here are probably the coolest at any GameStop Ive been too. Always very welcoming and I never feel pressured to buy anything.

Theyre a good store, but they have trouble taking display cases off the shelf when theyre out of something. Still a nice store though.

From selection of new and used games to collectibles to service this site has it ALL! This gamestop is a must for anyone interested in those things. I promise you wont be disappointed when you leave. Patrick the manager and his staff are some of the nicest and friendliest folks Ive ever meet and if even by some chance they dont have what your looking for, theyll either point u in the right direction or have it sent in to their store for u to pick up at another time. If youve ever read my reviews you know I dont give out 5 stars for just anything. If I give it 5, then u dont have to decide! JUST GO!

Took 250 dollars worth of games got a toothbrush and a half bag of fritos for credit.

Great expierence and all of the used games work. Tell the ding dong that left a bad review because the games he bought werent readable, ever think that your Xbox is crapping out? Service and products are great.

God prices good games

Have been told to get preowned on several occassions and on those occassions atleast one game per purcbase has an unreadable disc. Tired of getting home with the kids and games not working. Do you not pretest...this is terrible business. We will take our many purchases elsewhere if this is the way its gonna go...this makes 4 times in a row now...SMH
