I spoke with Brian on the phone and was so pleased with his knowledge and attitude, I drove 30 miles to go to this location after receiving poor service at my local Cricket store. In and out with the perfect phone for me.

Not a good cricket store.. they seem to have no knowledge of phones and porting any phones from other carriers. They told me my phone was compatible or portable based on my imei number according to the 800 number. So we went in and had issues immediate after they changed my Sim card. They threw out my old Sim card leaving me without a phone service and said my phone issue was a manufacturer issue. Spent 2+ hours and after realizing they had no way to fix my issues I asked for documentation of what they did so that I may have something to fall back on. They refused to give me anything in writing or names of associates who supposedly helped me. Spoke to their district manager and he said hed help me as much as he could. It worked for a day and then I had issues. Went to another location and in 5 minutes she fixed issues in the settings. This store is not a smart store regarding phones and knowledge of the phones and services they offer. They tried to get me to buy another phone where I had a perfectly good phone that was way more expensive then what they offered that I previously paid for. I would not recommend this Cricket store at all. If I could give 1/2 or less stars I would. Very disappointed.

Good service. I wish they have more products in the store. But, overall I like the service to their customers.

I love this place you can get a phone and get your wish orders delivered at this location as well

Save yourself the $25 activation fee and a ton of aggravation and buy your phone online. Sold me a defective phone and they didnt have a replacement. Would not refund the $25 so I could order online. So I waited 2 weeks and then charged me $50 more dollars because it showed I wasnt eligible for the upgrade anymore. Lesson learned never again.
