Horrible customer service! No people skills. Manager cant be bothered. Pricing inconsistencies with other local Boost stores. Price gouging. No loyalty for a 15+ year customer. No understanding of the problem or how to fix it. Definitely gives Boost Mobile a bad name!!

Was needing a phone bad this evening Friday the 24 of July 2021. I made it to the Boost store on Jake Alexander in Salisbury NC with 5 minutes to spare. All I needed to do was buy an IPhone SE. no activating or anything. Just pay for the phone & leave. How disappointed I was to see that whoever was working. Locked the door early and would not let me in to purchase the new phone I needed. Boost just lost the $300 I was going to give them for the phone And the $160 I pay them each month for 5 lines.I was considering pure talk or Patriot any way and whoever is running the store on Jake just helped me decide.

I went to the Boost Mobile on South Main Street in Salisbury and it was a total complete nightmare. I went to this Boost Mobile on Jake Alexander Blvd and there was a young lady there that was extremely helpful, EXTREMELY polite and was extremely knowable about her job. If you are going to do ANY business with Boost Mobile go to this store on Jake Alexander Blvd, I PROMISE you that you will not regret doing business this young lady, I believe her name was Anna. It was a absolutely pleasure doing business with this young lady.

Do you really want to know Ive been a Boost Mobile Im very disappointed at this time Ive been with Boost Mobile I think about switching its hard to get in contact with Boost Mobile when you need to I went to the one in Salisbury they took my premium off they said that they put it back on and it is not on there I told them I did not mind paying 299 I was trying to explain Ive had that 2 and now I got another well I did have until they uninstalled my premium voicemail I do not want the one I have to scroll down and see if I got a voicemail and had to put in my password every single time and I wish someone would get in touch with me that really can help me but like I just wish someone to get contact me back to call me this is the first time that I want to get off a Boost Mobile even went to the one in Mocksville he couldnt help me you had some good ones in Salisbury that knows what they was doing so you need to put someone at Boost Mobile in these locations they know what they are doing

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANY BOOST BRICK & MORTAR STORE! THEY ARE NOT CONTROLLED BY BOOST. USE ONLY THE BOOST MOBILE WEBSITE OR BEWARE. I have no issues with Boost, the cell phone carrier/coverage. Ive been with boost for years now! No contract, easy on-line autopay that gives me the lowest bill possible ($30 w/autopay credit) for 3GB and the best coverage of all other carriers including the supposed wonder-cell verizon (and ive literally tried all cell carriers). HOWEVER, the stores/franchises are ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS. They lie, overcharge and steal - no exaggeration! I had first-hand experience with the store on jake alexander blvd. by the Salvation Army store, near the Biscuitville. RUN AWAY FROM THIS AND ALL STORES/FRANCHISES. I spent an hour there doing an upgrade. I was told $16 down and I paid it. The rest of the money will be on my monthly bill (an extra $12 mo for my phone). I was told Id get a free case. Then, after waiting about an hour, they wanted to charge more money - $60 they never told me about. I politely and respectfully rejected it all and left. Even said sorry and thank you. While driving home I noticed my old, existing cell did not work. By the time I was home, I remembered the $16 Id already paid - I didnt get it back. I called this store on my landline (thank God I have one!). The male rep who answered was very matter of fact: Sorry. You went thru the activation process so your old phone wont work and the store cant credit the $16. I must call the Boost customer service and let them handle it all. The girl helping me was new and was charging me for accessories. Activation is only $25. (WTF??? doesnt match at all what I was told when I was there!) He was rude and did not care one bit. So I politely told him that his store was made of thieves; I had not activated the new cell yet; I never paid for it; and I would be happy to call Boost customer service. I called Boost and though it took a while to get a human, I did get help from MARY. She fixed everything, gave me a $16 credit for what Westland Shopping Center Boost STOLE from me, all while dealing with my panic attack. Mary with Boost customer service also told me this: DO NOT USE THE STORES; BOOST DOES NOT HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER THESE FRANCHISES AT ALL. THEY CAN DO WHAT THEY WANT. SHE DID ASK FOR THE ADDRESS AND SHE TURNED THEM IN WHILE ON THE PHONE WITH ME.

I dont even know what to say about this business. They lie to make a sale.i seen it. How they lied to a customer and when yhr customer walked out they laughed and talked about her. They sold me a phone that works only if you have wifi. Im disappointed with them so most likelyi will be going to another company.just know your game plan before you go to them because the play alot of games
