Worst place ever. Ever since this merge between Sprint and T-Mobile, Ive been having tons of phone issues. They know literally nothing about Sprint. I didnt choose to have Sprint merge with T-Mobile but every time I call *2, they tell me to go to ANY T-Mobile store for further assistance. I constantly keep making the mistake of going to this store. They need to hire different people actually interested in helping customers instead of trying to sell me on tablets and watches that I wont use every time I go in.

Went in the first time looking for a phone for my husband. The young man who helped me was very friendly and helpful. However, went back a few days later to get a phone activated I had gotten for Christmas. The lady who greeted me was very rude the entire time. She complained that the other location sent us. She stated they were a corporate store and they didnt have a sim card that was compatible and I would have to go to the sprint store in Kannapolis to have my phone activated. It was unlocked and only needed a sim card, which she stated none of the T-Mobile stores would have. My husband and son had checked with the other store in town before purchasing the phone. We went there to check before driving all the way to the out of town Sprint store. Not only were they able to magically activate my phone with a sim card, but were so friendly and apologetic about my experience that it prevented me from cancelling my service and going to another company. I was so upset I did not get the persons name at the Klumac store, but she acted like she was in charge. Apparently the extra step of registering my number in their system to link the account was too menial for her to take the precious time of performing, even though the store was empty. I understand now why the other location is busy and it is absolutely worth the time waiting in line to receive decent customer service instead of being treated like dirt on the bottom of someones shoe. If you have to visit this store, I hope you dont have to encounter whoever she is, the company should be ashamed to employ a person with such a poor attitude!

If I could do zero stars I would. We are military and don’t have a NC license they told us they couldn’t work with us because our current state ID’s weren’t real even though they fall under the real ID act. The manager couldn’t even explain what wasn’t real or right about our licenses. She also wouldn’t us our military IDs in conjunction with our real ID licenses. She refused our services even though we were going to buy the phones out right. Worst experience ever!

My experience with t-mobile was good. The sales guy was very helpful. I love the phone that I bought 100%. My only advice would be to not buy any accessories because they are way too expensive.I purchase the tempered glass and it cracked the first day I used it. Then I went up to T-Mobile to get it replaced and the next day it cracked again. Now heres the catch, the tempered glass costs $45 and now I cant get it replaced again because they only allow one replacement.I should have ordered them from Amazon like I originally planned as they are a fraction of the cost. And now Im out of $45. So my advice would be even though it takes a week or so to get accessories from somewhere like Amazon you probably come out better doing that instead of buying from T-mobile.But on the other hand choose for yourself. I just wanted to come and put my experience up on here so you know what to expect.

I am very happy with T-Mobie on Klumac Road. Delaina Johnson, mobile expert, worked with me, and she was just great. I love my new phone, and the service plan.

Store is pretty much worthless. Unless you only want to buy a phone. They cant solve any problems and will just make more problems for you (they charged me twice and told me to dispute with my bank)

I am very close to getting a lawyer and suing this phone company. Theyre making me go back and forth from going to a store and calling customer support. They try to take advantage of me because Im a senior

I would not recommend this T-Mobile location to anyone. I honestly dont think a single rep there knows what customer service is supposed to look like. If ur looking for a cool hang out with college aged boys, this may be a good place. But if u actually want decent customer service and knowledgable mature help... Go to another location!

The worst company ever

Very good customer service. They helped me get rid of my verizon plan and put me into a new Iphone 7 128gb. Got me in and out in about 15 minutes with the phone working and making calls.

This team is awesome! They always make you feel welcomed and always do everything they can to make you a happy cuatomer! Ive been to a lot of Tmobile stores and they make you feel like youre a burden but not the salisbury team!
