We were driving back to KC from Victoria KS early in the morning when we struck a piece of debris on I-70. Whatever was in the road caused some damage to a heat shield under our car and warped the shield enough that it wrapped around our drive shaft. We did a quick google search and found out Marshall Motorinc was only about 20 miles away and their service department opened up in about 30 mins. We slowly drove our Nissan Rogue over to Marshall Motorinc where we were promptly greeted by Tim who quickly got our car on a lift and taken care of. We were about 2.5 hours from home and wanted to be sure it was safe to drive, Tim did a great job of fixing the pressing issues and advising us of what would need to be fixed once we got home. I cant thank him enough for his expert care and friendly service.While waiting for our car, about an hour or so, we were welcomed into the waiting area where they were super friendly and even allowed our golden retriever (Margo) to come in. Jason was super friendly and came over and chatted with us while we waited and gave our dog some much needed attention. There was another lady there, I wish I had gotten her name, she was fantastic and offered us a bowl for our dogs water, some dog treats and gave Margo some more pets.All in all Marshall Motorinc made a crumby morning much more barrable and helped us get home safely, we couldnt ask for more and cant thank them enough.

Road trip minor issue with AC, Marshall got me in ASAP and discovered a hole in my ac line. They didn’t have the part but went out of their way to help me schedule an appointment at another dealership in a different state (where I was headed) and because I couldn’t run the AC they gave my children and I some bottles of water for our trip. Fast and courteous! Thank you so much.
Ive been there several times in the past several days. We took our grandkids to a free Monster truck event- which they richly enjoyed. Thanks!Ive also used their repair services, and found them very helpful- especially Raul, the front desk guy. Remarkable! The customer waiting area- the most comfortable in town!

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a brand new Nissan Titan, there was an alignment issue from the day we picked up and it took multiple appointments to fix that, then a damaged speaker cover in the dash, when they replaced the speaker they bent up a different part and now have to wait to get that replaced, the piece was ordered and supposed to be in today (weeks later) only for us to arrive and be told it’s not in and will have to come back next week, wouldn’t give us a loaner and allow us to leave the truck until it was fixed and we live out of town. Do yourself a favor and DONT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! If for any reason you need customer service they will be sure to let you down.
