The day of the sale we were pleased, and also the repairs they made after the sale to us. But the follow through on the day they delivered the truck to us was very disappointing. No fuel in the vehicle as promised and very dirty for being told it would be cleaned. Also title for the vehicle was not checked so after my 60 Days is expired I got to tag my vehicle and the title given to us by the dealership was a old title and not the current title. Was pleased with Becky in HR for getting back with us quickly to hopefully get us back on the road soon.
Had a heck of a time trying to find a truck thatmet our budget and expectations. Everything kept leading us back to a truck at this dealership so we ran with it. Kerry was awesome. He wasn’t pushy like some salesman tend to be. He was honest and extremely attentive. He answered all of our questions and concerns. We drove from three hours away so he made sure he got us through the process as quickly as humanly possibly. The whole team at Marshall Motors was great, everyone was very friendly! My husband and I will definitely be returning for our next vehicles!

They took the car to work on and gave us a rental at no charge, were very kind about the whole thing, and finished it within two days. Know that Marshall Motors doesnt write you off after your purchase. Great place to buy a car!
Very thorough. Need a couple extra things fixed other that oil changed and tires rotated. Explained what they were and asked if I wanted to have it done which I really appreciated. I need to check prior visits because I was not charged this time for the tire rotation because I bought the tires from you. I think in the past I have been charged for it.
I found a truck at Marshal Automotive Group in Salina Ks. and said that I wanted the truck. I had ready a big down payment and cash with a week and a half. They told me (typical), that the truck had to go through their Process before it was ready to be looked at for sale. I was told By the end of the week, it would be ready. I didnt hear from them, so emailed on Friday; got no response, so called Saturday morning, and they gave me a gambit of excuses because they had sold the truck. Wow, what a surprise! Really? A used car dealership would do that?
Super friendly place. Employees there are really nice. And they know a lot about cars. They make me feel welcome every time I walk into the building. I will never go anywhere else for my car. The second I walk in I am greeted with a friendly smile and help. They have cool cars too. Marshall Motors is the BEST place to go!!

Last March 31, I had my oil changed, tire rotation, changed two air filters, fixed the back bumper of my Nissan Rogue. The guys at the shop are really good on taking care of my vehicle. Tim is also excellent on taking care of my broken hubcap. Thanks.

We had a set appointment to look at a specific truck, only to drive 2hrs to get there and not be able to look at the truck as it was in the body shop for paint repair. Got a call on the truck the following day and pricing jumped $1,000 over night. By the time we were able to look at the truck, only 3 days later, they had increased the price by 3,000 and did not honor the original price that would have been discussed if the truck would have been there the first day they said it was available to look at. This place is a rip off and the truck was still full of dents and deep scratches despite being in the paint shop.

Most of the time when you find a great deal (nice car, low mileage, low price), its too good to be true. Ive been looking for a while, and every place thats been as competitive as Marshalls has also had some major red flags: bad reviews, odd sounds/issues at test drive, etc. I found a great deal here recently, and while used, it might as well have just come out of the factory. I would update if any major issue arose as this was recent, but Marshalls doesnt seem the type to sell a vehicle theyre not confident in. Great atmosphere and VERY patient. David Vieyra was the patient salesman that put up with my fiancee & I arguing while he froze next to us kindly waiting. I can be difficult, and they did extra checks to satisfy me, and when I would have seen a visibly irritated attitude by other dealers, these guys remained professional & down to earth. I highly recommend Marshalls!
The amount of issues with the vehicle I bought that kept showing is absurd. Of the 2-3 months of buying the car Ive only had it in my possession 4wks out of all that time in total. Paying for but still being out a vehicle has been very difficult since having to borrow a family members vehicle for over 3wks straight. Its all around inconvenient and ridiculous.

My mother bought a 2015 Dodge Journey with only 59,000 miles on it. When she got it home noticed it had an alignment problem. So she took it back an there mechanics said the rotors were rusty. Now there doing an alignment for free but making her pay for all new tires. Totally there mechanics fault in the first place. Will never recommend any one to buy any type of vehicle from them. Definitely the most non professional people ever. Marshall motors try’s to screw people over to make more of a profit.

My vehicle started acting like a slot machine, all dash lights going off, message board flashing messages and over all was being taken over by a UFO. I really figured that something major was wrong and this would be the only place I would take my vehicle to. Found out with never vehicles that is what happens with a battery that has gone south for the winter. Everyone was great and gave me great service as always. Bought me first Nissan from this company and fell in love with the Nissan brand. Thank all of you for being my number one Nissan dealership.

While the oil change was done in a timely manner, the service / treatment I as a client received was below par. And not for the first time. If I state a concern about my car, I need it to be addressed, not told to try different things, especially not when I tell you that I have already done so. I do not appreciate being talked down too. There maybe one or two people that were kind and have customer satisfaction as a priority, but most of the people I had to deal with are far from it. I’d give 0 stars if I could

AMAZING. We were getting a Ram (Bighorn) 1500 Hemi 5.7L. Amazing service. Wayne was awesome. He entertained us while he took care of business at the same time. Very kind. Everyone there knew what they were talking about! We traded in our Gold Jeep Grand Cherokee, and it took no more than about an hour or two. Very efficient. Thanks to Wayne, it was less boring than a normal car dealership. Loved it!

Good job helping with a major tire issue. The service department got me in even though I had no reservation. They move pretty quickly to replace my damaged tire and get me back on the road.

I dont have any experience buying cars from here, but we did see the monster trucks and they were legit. We got to be so close too, so that was awesome. Close enough that they were kicking up dirt and grass on us. Also, $3 to ride in the back of a monster truck. Kids loved it.

Arthur Fair was great. Talked on phone a little he was able to make things work later in the day on a Saturday. Got my wife the 2019 Jeep Cherokee she loves it. Got a couple free oil changes coming as well when we hit the miles. Dont know about service department yet but Arthur said if need anything like that to hit him up first. The fuel pump went out on my diesel and the injector pump and injectors went out also. I am passing through on my way to New Mexico.The service writers at Marshall were good enough to try to get my truck in. Three days later and my truck is still not fixed. The mechanics keep getting pulled off my truck. All the new parts have been installed. They keep telling me there is a low pressure problem but wont have the mechanic finish so I can get back on the road to get home. Bob the service writer and Chris the mechanic tried to go out of their way to get me on the road but it seems the rest of the service folks dont give a flip.

I was highly impressed with them all the way until there was a recall on the truck we just bought and they refused to let us schedule an appointment on a Saturday (as we live an hour from Salina) then when I set up an appointment for a week day I also asked for a loaner so I could finish errands while waiting on my truck they informed that since the recall wouldn’t take 3 hours or more to fix I couldn’t have a loaner. We bought a truck from them because my parents bought a vehicle from them but now that we are looking into buying a new car for me .....I won’t purchase it from a dealer that won’t work with their out of town customers.
Rick Rein was our sales associate who was extremely helpful and wasnt pushy at all. We had previously had a rather rushed and disappointing experience at another dealership but we were pleasantly surprised with the friendly atmosphere at Marshall Motors. Rick helped us find what we could afford and didnt push the most expensive models on us. We will definitely be return customers when we decide to update again. Didnt ask for our keys until we were ready for them to check the trade-value of our truck, and brought them right back to our table until the trade was official.

Poor customer service!! And even worse management!! Was dealing on a car within 15min of it being listed online. Got financing with my bank.. then the salesman informs me they decided to sell it to an employee instead! Then WHY list it to the public?! Why not put your customers first?? Talked to management and was told “Well nowadays with all this technology it’s hard to tell what’s online and what’s not”. What kind of joke dealership are you running when you don’t know what you’re advertising LIVE online and what you’re not! CAN NOT BE TRUSTED FOR A FAIR DEAL! Use caution
I have made 5 visits to Marshall Motors in regard to the electronic keys for my 2014 Town and Country.They continue to tell me the issue is with the less expensive after market keys I brought them to program yet they also fail to stand behind the two Chrysler keys they sold me with the van originally.Needless to say I will not be a returning customer!

I havent purchased from them yet but I love the way they treat you when your just window shopping. They ask if you need any assistance but give you space and let you browse. Yet always available to answer any questions. I should have purchased that Nissan SUV 2 door convertible that was brand new but 1 year old and discounted over 50% off!
No stars not an option or I would have selected it. My 2017 Ram had a recall. I scheduled the repair (scheduler said they had the part) and by the time I made it to the appointment there was a second recall. Fixed the second recall and told me the recall I had scheduled for was not real and they had no record of it. Took them over a week to figure it out. Second strike was scheduled service where they failed to run a check to see what truck needed (its under warranty and always serviced by dealer) then told me I would have to make another appointment for fuel filters as they had only scheduled an oil change and hadnt noticed fuel filters due until I questioned them. They wont get a third strike. Ill drive right past them to another Ram dealer before I support that service department. I wont buy from where I cant trust the service department.
Raul the salesmen was great but Im very unhappy with the service department. Weve always got cars from here and had great service but something has changed. Its like a completely different company. They make the sale with obligations to fix things and you have to be on them all the time to get it done.... if ever.

Dont understand why during the multi-point iñspection the crack in my windshield washer reservoir was not detected.Was halfway home after haveing the oil change done that there was something leaking. Still waiting to be called because the part had to be ordered

Dropped off my car the night before for a scheduled repair. Has called that next morning wanting to know what my car was where for, A SCHEDULED REPAIR. Was supposed to to take a half day to repair. Ten minutes before closing time on Saturday 11:50, I went to the service department and the doors where locked and lights turned out. When I did find someone to tell me about my car and if it was done or what was going on with it. He could not find anything are paperwork for me. His Explanation was that there was a skeleton crew in duty on Saturday. I asked why no one had contacted me before today? He did not have a answer for that either. His incompetence is very unprofessional and needs attention as soon as possible. And the repair was not completed so I should have received a call to pick my car up on Friday! But no one called to explain why they did not get the repair done! Totally unprofessional and not the way any customer service department or dealership should treat there customers!!!
