I am very happy customer with Money Subaru.When I came in to look at the different models I wanted to get inside each one and see how I fit in them. Bonnie, my sales person, was very accommodating. She gave me keys to several models and told me to go check them out and take my time. It was extremely nice not to be pressured at all. I couldn’t quite make up my mind at the time so she told to think about and let her know if had any questions. About a two weeks went by and I sent an email to Bonnie telling her that I decided on the Crosstrek Sport. She told me that they had one coming in and gave all the information about it plus answered many questions that I had. She was very friendly and delivered every time without any pressure at all. I placed my order on the car they had coming in and Bonnie immediately took it off their website and marking it sold. She let me know exactly when it got there by sending me a picture of it being unloaded from the truck that it came in on.When I came in to pick up my new car Bonnie, my sales person and Ryan, my sales manager, were both very generous with their time in explaining everything about the car itself and the deal that we made. Ryan gave me options with my deal and gave plenty of room to except those options or not without any issues whatsoever.I WILL BE BACK TO MONEY SUBARU TO BUY MY NEXT CAR AGAIN AND AGAIN.It’s just really nice to know that Money Subaru not only sells the best car brand out there but that they also do it better than any other dealership that I have ever been to. I have bought many many cars in my life so I know a good deal and dealer when I see one.

I was in the market for a used Toyota hatchback. After countless hours I finally found the advertisement for the car a was looking for and the title had “Amazing condition 🔥” in it. I inquired about it and decided to put a deposit on it. They were genuine enough to hold the car for a week until I could make the three hour trip to see it.My wife and I made it up there shortly after they opened and they had the car ready for me. It was in absolute pristine condition, it’s almost like a new car with 111k miles I highly recommend these guys and definitely go see Jake Fine at Money Subaru.
Ok, so we looked at 4 trucks at 4 different dealers and purchased from Money. This isnt to say the sales person was the best (in fact, as far as sales people go, the guy at Marshall did an amazing job), but they had the truck we liked and were willing to work with me on some price/options. The finance guy was really nice and we felt more comfortable with him than we did with our sales person, but anyway, very happy with what we purchased.
Pushy car sales, no shock. But they had a decent selection and I found what I was wanting. Wish they could make the financing side faster. They have all the numbers, just give them to us faster!

A soldier had a appointment to see this Charger with 90k miles. They are asking 18k for this. Which is thousands over the blue book. So I went along with him explaining what to look for. Because they out to sell no matter what. Got there and popped the hood. Oil all around the cylinder heads and the engine block. Someone had just driven it. It was still hot. So they never walked out to us. Because I had a had full of oil in my hands. So I appreciate the opportunity to be able to show one of my fellow soldiers on what to look for and how not to get hosed. #goarmy

Gonna try to keep this short. Came in looking at a car, sti type RA. got to drive it, and so on. Well upon getting back I told them repeatedly I will not be buying today as I had other stuff I wanted to look at, they told me I woupdnt get approved anywhere else (I did), and told me the car will sell soon (as if it hasnt been there for almost a month already). Well then eventually the conversation came to price. Not one time did I ever get an interest rate told to me, which was all I asked for. All I was ever told was a ballpark of payments well keep you under 600 a month okay great, not what I asked for. Well then I left. Next day get a call from them. I tell them I want to know the interest rate before I give them any money. And at this point I was planning on buying the car, I had my debit card out. I mean its a cool car. Well they refused to tell me an interest rate, and the finance manager Ryan Nease told me he was doing me a favor and said he wanted to earn my business, and told me that he cant have me going around comparing rates with other banks. In short, I wanted the car, but I did not want the dealership. Ill take my money elsewhere. I expected pushy salesman, but I didnt expect shady ones. Overall got 2 stars because the type ra was cool.
Absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had. I found a used Yukon Denali online that was listed as $14990, I contact them to see if I can come look at the vehicle and possibly put a hold on it. Well I go look and they tell me it still needs to go in the shop so I would have to wait a bit to actually purchase the vehicle. No big deal...until the day after I put the hold on it (nonrefundable might I add) the price of the vehicle had gone up $1000! I contact them and is told they would make this right and because they are a smaller lot they really take care of their customers. Well I went ahead and bought the vehicle because I loved it but when I went to go sign the papers I take the email I had printed off with the original price on it and they wouldnt even glance at it. All I got told was well the vehicle had more things needing fixed then what they originally thought so I was basically getting a deal because they were making it road worthy and safe! They didnt make anything right for me and totally ignored anything I had to say. It was all two against one in that situation. Then I still had to take the vehicle back a few days after I bought it because a sensor was shorting out. Wouldnt be a big deal but I live in Wichita and was making this drive multiple times all during the week. Lesson learned about this business.
Best overall experiences with car dealerships ever!Have taken my Outback for maintenance for the last couple of years since moving to Salina and have been very happy with service / maintenance.Bonnie Garman, Sales Associate, came over to me while I was looking at a Crosstrek on the showroom floor and asked if I had any questions she could answer for me. We spoke for a few minutes about the Crosstrek. I was impressed with her professional manner and told her I would be back in a couple of days to discuss further.A couple of days later we discussed the trade-in value of my 2015 Outback and what I would offer on the Crosstrek I was interested in that I had seen on their website. After the test drive, I was sold. We quickly came to an agreement and I am now the happy owner of a 2021 Crosstrek Sport.Ryan Nease, Finance Manager, made the paperwork pleasant and a breeze. He mentioned a refund I was due for the unused portion of the maintenance contract I had purchased for the Outback years prior (that I hadnt even thought about) and offered he would help me if needed.Everyone I have dealt with at Money Subaru has been professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant to work with. I feel they go above and beyond what is required of them - very good customer service. I will be happy to recommend Money Subaru to family and friends!

This is my second buy from Money Auto. Jake worked hard to ensure that everything went smoothly. I pointed out what vehicle I wanted, and let them know what I had to trade in. Everything was done via text & just one phone call. The entire time spent in the actual lot was about a 45 minutes, signing and letting my old car go to get into one that suits my needs. I will always back this little lot. The finance manager, Ryan, worked hard to get me into the payment slot I needed and was friendly. The staff is professional and friendly, they wore their masks, they offered water, and I drove off happy!

My experience is such- I did not buy a car from you, my ex- wife did. Its been over a year now and as of my recent phone call - the dealership can’t seem to stop their advertisements and maintenance emails from coming to me.I must call Subaru of America to deal with the problem. Now thats what I call service with a smile. LOL

Although I did not purchase a car here, the staff at Money Subaru was very friendly and willing to listen. I appreciated that they were not pushy. I test drove a 2014 Chevy Malibu and a Toyota Camry and it was a good experience. The salesman wasnt as knowledgeable as I wouldve liked, but all in all a great place that I wouldnt mind purchasing from. Would confidently recommend to others!
I have had many problems at Money Subaru Service this last year. The recent visit was scheduled on line and I received an email confirming the scheduled appointment. Upon my arrival, the manager did not know anything about my appointment stating he had not been receiving notifications for about three weeks. I had given details in the online tool about the service needs. I gave them to him verbally again. The auto dimming headlights are not working, they still do not work post the visit. I had asked for it to be detailed in the online tool, he replied well it is too late in the day for that but I could do an in/out clean for you. He later called me that day and stated he could not get it done and wanted to know if I could leave it overnight, I did. I had asked for the oil level to be documented before changed as the BRAND NEW OUTBACK has been using oil but this documentation had not occurred either. I did check the oil however and it was once again almost a quart low.I will say at 2PM the next day when I retrieved the Outback, it was clean, the oil was changed. The 26 pt inspection was completed and he stated there were no issues except the air filter which my husband will change for $15 versus the ridiculous $300 30,000 mile inspection that they try to sell you. The service mg is very nice, the entire process is just a nightmare.

Service Department is fast, thorough, friendly, attentive to customer requests, and the tech that performs your service is at desk while you pay bill, available to answer any questions you may have. I thought maybe they were so nice simply because I bought my Forester from the dealership, but they were just as friendly & helpful to a young man just traveling through on a road trip, so they are just this way to everyone.Simply put, the Money Subaru Service Department is the exact opposite of what you expect from a dealership shop, but the way all of them should be.

We were told the owner was driving it and they would get back to us. Received a follow-up call saying the owner decided they were going to take the vehicle out of town and wouldnt be back until Tuesday so we could schedule something then. Um, no thanks. Ill go find a dealership who understands customer service.
I just bought a 2008 Toyota Highlander online from Money Automotive a few days ago. The whole car buying experience was one of the best I have ever had. I live in Wichita (80 miles south of Salina) and saw the car online and sent a request for information. I was contacted by Jill Ade and she was extremely helpful in answering all my questions since I was not able to come in and look at the car. After a few days, I decided I wanted to see the car, so she drove to Newton (20 miles north of Wichita) to meet me and let me test drive the vehicle. They offered me a great price and once I decided to purchase the vehicle, she made the whole process very simple. I emailed her all the info they needed to write up the purchase contract and she delivered the car to me in Wichita! Only took 5 minutes to sign the paperwork. Sure beat spending hours at a dealership! Thanks Jill!
Drove an hour to pick up oil and an oil filter. Told Mark from parts that I would be on my way today to get it. He never mentioned that parts closes at 5 and he didn’t even set it aside. One of the sales associates called him to ask if he set it aside and he replied with “I didn’t know he was coming in today.” I will never do business with this place ever. Very unprofessional! The guys were pretty nice. I had my recall on my air bags done recently. My dash was scratched up pretty bad when I got it back, I went in and informed Mark of the issue and he got me a new dash ordered in. They put it back in no problem and it looks great.I appreciated the good service and how they worked with me, instead of just sending me on my way saying there was nothing they could do to fix the damages.

I recently purchased a 2006 GMC Envoy from Money Subaru and the check engine light kept coming on. This drove me up the wall. The sales staff along with the service department would not stop until the problem was resolved and I was 100% satisfied. They went above and beyond to make my family feel welcomed, and assured us that there was no problem their service staff couldnt handle. I would defiantly shop with them again!!

I’m from Manhattan and had a scheduled 3 hour airbag replacement take 5 hours so with travel time, my day was shot. I was in no hurry to do the replacement so the lack of care about my time was terrible. The lame excuse the they were busy made it worse.
I had purchased a Subaru Impreza Sport from another dealership and had a recall soon after. I made the appointment with Money who fixed the problem and was able to get me back on the road, however my airbag light came on after their work. They had me come back when I was available, took care of the problem and apologized for the inconvenience. They seem to be genuine and do a good job running their shop.

Excellent service. Traveling through Sali na on my way back to Arkansas when the check engine light came on. They the car in and problem resolved within a half-hour.
Staff could be friendlier. Was interested in a new Subaru they had on their lot, a few sales associates saw me pull up. Not one of them even bothered to come out and talk to me. Most likely due to the fact I was on my 2016 fxdl. So I probably didnt look like a Serious car buyer. After 10 minutes of looking at the car and watching them watch me. I hopped on my bike and went down to Toyota, proud owner of a 2017 4Runner trd pro. So to the employees of Money Subaru, dont judge a book by its cover. You lost out on a $33k cash deal. The extra $24k I spent was well worth it, I wasnt even 2 feet away from my bike before I was greated by Toyota.
My husbands 2016 Wrxs cluth went out on him on his trip through Ks. This dealership got his part overnighted for him and had it done within24hrs so he could get back on the road. Thank you so much for the speedy service! Keep up the great work.
