My family was driving through the area on a vacation and our check engine light randomly came on. We pulled in and asked them for help and they were wonderful! Mike( the assistant manager) was very detailed in his description of the work they were going to perform on the car. He was mindful of and took into consideration the fact that I had my infant son with me and completed the work quicker than they had expected because of this. He went through the cost of each item dealt with and double checked the total, which ended up saving me money because they didnt end up needing to do one thing they thought they were, so he took the charge off.Super friendly and quality work

I took my vehicle in for a front end alignment and it was done in a timely manner, however when I left after my appointment my service engine light was on and now my steering wheel is slightly off. Im not one to give up on one slightly bad experience and I will be getting back to them for a follow up on the steering wheel.

Came in for an oil change on 11 December 2019. As I walked out after paying for my service I noticed that the drain plug cover on the skid plate was not reattached properly. It makes me hope that they did the rest of the oil change properly and didn’t rush through it.After pointing it out to them they did apologize and finish attaching the cover. However, it was still an annoyance.Unrelated to the oil change they also tried to up sell me into changing my cabin air filter saying that it was dirty. Which I had personally changed that about 2 weeks prior.

Mike was terrific!!! We called last minute to have our son’s truck looked at and Mike squeezed us in even though they were busy. He was very friendly and after the service was completed he explained everything to us in perfect detail. We will definitely be going back for service. Mike is a gem. Thank you.

I was able to get in and get the maintenance taken care of in a timely manner, not only that but I was also given a ride in the Conklin shuttle van to one my favorite hangouts in Salina and back to the dealership afterwards. Every one was so kind and professional. They werent able to rotate my tires we could find the hex lock and they didnt have one on hand to use. I was told they would wash the car along with the oil change and service. My vehicle was not washed I was in a bit of a hurry so I didnt complain about it. The girl that helped me was a very helpful in setting up my phone to sync with my car. All the service I received was top-notch. I was just disappointed about the wash and the tire rotation. I didnt even realize there was a hex lock to unlock my tires.

Our family loves Conklin Cars of Salina. We gave upgraded Toyota Highlanders 5 times over the years and each time everything was handled professionally and very quickly. The salesperson (Pam) is wonderful and easy to work with. Very pleasant, never pushy, helpful, informative. On a solo road trip from Colorado to Florida, my Tacoma had an issue and broke down the day before Thanksgiving. I got it towed to Conklin Toyota and Caitlyn helped squeeze me in to determine the problem. Unfortunately with only a few hours left until they closed and me needing to be across the country the next day, we weren’t able to order the parts needed in time so I had to rent a car and leave my truck there. When I showed up from my Uber at the rental place in town and they told me they had zero cars available, she also called to ask if I needed a ride back to the dealership. But luckily someone returned a car not long after that I was able to take. Caitlyn kept me continuously updated the whole time as the service department fixed the problem. She even started it throughout the week and did some checks to make sure it would be fine for me to drive it the 400+ miles back home. The pricing was fair and there were no wacky extra fees. Caitlyn and the whole service department really went above and beyond to help me out and were super easy to work with. Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about the service I received this past week. I had scheduled my car for major service work when I was involved in a fender bender. My insurance company, USAA, is wonderful and got me an estimate. When I took my estimate to the body shop, Don Lewis got my car in immediately, arranged a rental and also arranged that my car would be turned over for service at the scheduled time. The car came back in beautiful shape, washed, vacuumed and Jane even took some tar off the passenger side. My service manager called to say that my car did not need all the service I thought and that I shouldnt spend the money unnecessarily. Whew! I am so impressed with Conklins service. When in for a 110,000 mile service. It was done right. The facility is great and they are taking cleaning and social distancing seriously. The only knock I have was I was told it would take 45 minutes and it actually took an hour and a half.
