I waited on my vehicle to have an oil change and tire rotation. I also had to have a new key fob programed. It took about 1.5hrs which was correct from what I was told before they started. Very nice waiting area with TV, coffee, and snack. So overall experience is a 10 out of 10

They did give me a car to drive, but it wasn’t even vacuumed.Also, I drove a Yukon XL and they gave me a captiva. I’m not saying I should have a Yukon to drive, but something I can fit kids into would’ve been helpful. My twins car seats barely fit and I have 6 kids total.
Service has always been great .But a oil change and a set of windshield wipers a 128 dollars. Guess ill be doing it my self from now . Was trying to support local. But thats just a little to high for that.

The service department at Holm Automotive gives excellent service. I call and make an appointment and they pick my vehicle up and bring it back to me at my job at the designated time. This time I had a question about my check engine light and appreciated that Derek called me right back and answered all my questions. Recently one of our vehicles repairs was a two day job. I live outside of Salina and Lacy arranged a vehicle to get me home and back to work the next day. I don’t know the name of the cheerful lady who answers the phone but I appreciate her help and efficiency . I truly appreciate the way Holm service department takes care of me.
As first time in service department I was happy price was just as cheap as the non-certified mechanic places. I got a 38 point inspection that greatly informed me about the condition of my new work vehicle that I had purchased from a person.Brought to shop after wrecking said check steering and suspension then will need alignment. Was given a quote for couple parts and alignment. Then got call it was going to be almost $500 because it wasnt a simple alignment and they needed other parts because of factory installation. I was shocked that I wasnt quoted that knowing it was wrecked and know that the factory sent vehicles out like that. And now I still have a knocking in my steering. Not as happy with work this time but my oil change was excellent when I took it there.

I inquired on a new 2021 2500 AT4 Duramax yesterday. Told them what my trade was, a 2021 2500 Duramax High Country. Today they got back with me, and agreed that I pay $7000 cash difference on the new truck. He said done deal, truck is sold. What time would you like to be here tomorrow to pick it up, we still have to get the plastic off it? We agreed on a time, and deal is done. I text them pictures of the documentation they needed. Done deal.. So I go get my title from the safety deposit box, withdraw $7k cash from my bank account.... I pull off my tonneau cover, spend an hour uninstalling my custom fit seat covers, and get all of my belongings out of my truck. Then, they call me back, and say they want more money difference. Now its $9k!! Said that came directly from Tim Holm himself!! I absolutely could not believe what they were trying to do! I went back and forth with the sales manager, and he said Unfortunately, my hands are tied. This is Tims decision. This would be my 5th brand new GM truck purchase. Trucks ranging from $36k, to $82k, and this is how they treat me. I believe that is called the Bait and switch to get me to spend more than we had agreed on. I would expect this at some shady used car lot, but not Holm. Unbelievable!!
Dishonest service department. They attempted to collect money they get paid from my extended warranty while also trying to charge several hundred dollars out of pocket.Price of my part needed to repair is $212, Holm wanted to try and charge $414 for the same part.Shop fee of $65, you kidding me?Job was calculated for 1 hour of labor time, theyre trying to charge 2.Stay away from these folks, Id be nervous to see what kind of work the mechanics here actually provide.
I initially found the vehicle listed online. They were good about answering my questions before I made the trip up to see the car. On inspection, there was a problem with the outdoor air sensor and they ordered the part and replaced it at no charge after the sale. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. Also, they are certified to work on electric vehicles.
This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Stopped in to look at a vehicle for my mother-in-law and it was what she was wanting. It was the end of the month and rebates were going off so they worked a deal to get the paperwork started and offered to deliver it the next day to her 80 miles away! They offered a very reasonable trade-in on her vehicle without even seeing it in person! There was zero back and forth, and I had the vehicle purchased and out the door in 30 minutes. Gavin made it extremely easy and when he showed up the next day was very professional and polite going over it and the paperwork. He was there only 30 minutes then gone with her old vehicle and another car to sell. Hands down best experience and it was actually enjoyable. Will definitely look here first in the future.

Jeff Ryan was very professional and a great guy to work with. Mike Bettle had the sales paperwork ready to go and was a great guy to work with. He explained each form in detail before we signed. We purchased a 2021 Acadia Denali. Salina is very fortunate to have such a great team at Holm GMC Buick.

I do believe that an attempt at adjusting the computer settings on sensitivity should have been done. I was told to go back to where the handicap equipment was put on and to have them adjust / balance the weight of the brake extender so errors wont be happening and so the cruise control will work. I understand that and I will be going there soon. However, I feel I am going to be in situation where both businesses say the its the other place to fix it and Im stuck in the middle with a van not properly working and paying both places for work not getting taken care of.
Holm Auto employees work very hard to insure that were treated like royalty & our car is operating at its best. We gladly drive the extra distance to remain loyal customers!

We were INCREDIBLY impressed with the customer service at Bennett. First of all, we had a general idea that we wanted a larger SUV, but we werent set on any one. They ran the numbers and broke things down for us on SEVERAL vehicles. I know that I repeatedly asked the same questions because there was just so much information, and never once did I feel like Carson was annoyed or short with me. He was very professional and answered every question to the best of his knowledge or found the person who had the answer. Secondly, we were trading in our previous vehicle and they worked out a fair price and walked me through the process. There was virtually nothing that I had to do in regards to the trade. We also had the interior treated, something that I though would take a day and I was pleasantly surprised when they called a few hours later and told me I could pick up the car already! I loved the ease and professionalism of the entire process. They were very patient and kind even with me lugging in two kids and spending half of a Saturday there. I love that they filled our tank before we picked up the car too! I would highly recommend Carson and the staff at Bennett!!
I usually go to the one in Abilene ks but I went to the one in Salina Ks and it was the worst. Had a appointment at 11am. They told it would be done in 1hr and 15 minutes. I went there at 12:30pm they haven’t even started it yet. Were working on cars that had appointment after me. I was so mad. I’m not going back to that one again. I will drive 25 minutes to the one in Abilene Ks instead.

I used to take my car to a local dealership in town and after my experience today I am astonished. Wow. I had an absolutely amazing experience, the team I worked with were the true definition of 5 star customer service. I called this morning and spoke with Jeff, who was not only able to get me in right away for an issue but they came to my work and picked up my car for me, as well as delivered it when It was done. Jeff was super professional and very informative on what was being done to my vehicle and kept me in the loop throughout the service. Dan Thornburg was the technician that worked on my car, and it looks absolutely AMAZING. He fixed the issue I was having with my tires (this issue was my fault) made them shine, changed the oil, filter, as well as vacuumed out my vehicle. I can’t thank Dan enough for all the hard word and great customer service he provided! The woman that called to take payment on the phone was super kind and sweet! All in all this was the best customer service I have ever received at a dealership in my life. I will definitely be coming back!

It was delayed, they took me home and came after me when the car was completed. Staff was kind, treated me with respect. I highly recommend their service.
I dropped my Escalade off at 730 am.It was in for struts and alignment. I was told it be 2-3 hours. At 430pm I get a call that it us done. I ask why it took so long and was told 3 employees called out. I think this is unacceptable 9 hours.
Our salesman Kent went above and beyond when he helped us. We intend to go there again when it comes time to purchase another vehicle.

My uncle bought a used car from this dealership with under 10,000 miles on it when he was in his 70s. He took excellent care of the car and drove about 2,000 miles per year. When he died, we took it back to the dealership to see if they would be interested in buying it. It had about 18,000 miles on the odometer and looked like new. They said the VIN number showed it was totaled and was of no value. My uncle never was never in a car wreck, rarely drove the car except to get around town, and parked it in the garage every night. We know, because we watched over him during this time period. When looking at the original receipt, there was nothing listed about the car being damaged goods. The conclusion is that the dealership sold him a car they knew was listed as totaled when he bought it. From the original receipt, which we took to the dealership, it appears he also paid the retail price for a car of that vintage. Other dealers would not offer anything for the car with this stigma attached to the title. In my opinion, they deceived my uncle. You can decide if you want to do business with this dealership.The reason you cannot find a record of the transaction is that my uncle bought it and the transaction is under his name. I met with your used car manager. After he looked at the VIN number, he said there was no reason to discuss the value as he was not interested in buying it. It had no value. That was the end of the discussion. We disposed of the car to keep from paying insurance and taxes on it when settling his estate. There is no reason to talk to your GM, now. Had someone told my uncle (or showed a 70 + year old man the Carfax before he bought it) I can guarantee he would not have bought the car. He was very meticulous about his cars. I stand firm about the facts in this post.
If I could give no stars on Bennett Buick GMC service department.Service employee could have cared less that we were there. When vehicle was done, we asked for vehicle inspection form.. He didnt have in hand but said he would mail. 10 days later, still have not received. We will have the dealer in Wichita we have used since 1998 do the service from now on.
They did a really good job of fixing my headlight because it had to be removed and exchanged out by a mechanic only. You have to take my whole front bumper off to do that they were the cheapest place in town, really happy about that. Got an appointment really quick, was in and out in no time.

I would give a zero rating if possible. My elderly mother has purchased several cars from here. The quality of work and service has completely diminished. I honestly feel they have taken advantage of her. This last car was basically had no choice but to purchase due to her van was in their words “non drivable “ . I don’t feel as if they gave a far trade-in for her van also. She has had her current vehicle which is 2014 for less then a year & less then 10,000 miles. She paid $16,000 for it only to break down 6 months after purchasing needing $3500 in work. Now they want another $700 for an intake manifold. Over $4200 in repairs in just a year. That’s horrible. This is putting her at over $20,000 for a vehicle that I was told she paid too much for. $6000 over priced. Just awful. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and are contacting Buick themselves due to they didn’t return my phone call about the issue.

The staff at Bennett went beyond what I would ever expect from a car dealership. Never did i feel pressured, and they were able to work within our budget and provide us with a vehicle we wanted. We are from out of town and they were very flexible with showing us the car and the ultimate purchase. Plan on buying my next car from them.
I had a few problems that were to be fixed promptly. As the days went on I made numerous calls only to get a response of hes with a customer, hes out of his office, or hes on the other line. Obviously this is understandable. But once the better business bureau was called to be used I got a phone back within 10 minutes. My truck was then detailed, a light lens resealed, alignment, and tires for 270 dollars. However the alignment was not performed the tires were replaced and headlight sealed. I personally had to replace my burnt out headlight due to already waiting 2 weeks for repair. 3 weeks later my headlight go out again. I check the work that was performed and I was unhappy with the workmanship. Absolutely terrible. We waited 6 hours when we could have went to our local Caseys car wash and detail and got the same job is 20 minutes.
They werent really interested in selling me a truck. Maybe a different salesman there wouldnt act like you were wasting his time.
I bought a used gmc terrain for a great price. Two weeks down the line and check engine came on, starts popping different codes. I came to them since we were well within the lemon law. They told me I should have got the extended warranty. We live 2 hours away so I just cant miss work to drive two hours for them to hard ball me on fixing the vehicle. Fast forward & the alternator blew. So now Im high and dry with our only vehicle, its not realible. I will never buy anything there again. My wife and I are absolutely astounded by the treatment we received. Do not recommend.
Will never recommend buying from Bennett.Darren Ditto sold me a car with numerous underlying issues. Two weeks after totally our car, we were desperate. Thought it was a great deal. Our alternator blew over the weekend, several cleared codes were popping. Avoid at all costs!! Save your money.

Made an almost 3 hour trip out to Salina, KS from Kansas City, MO and came away with an awesome car and great experience. I had been looking for a newer Chevy Traverse for several months and couldnt find what I wanted in the KC Metro area. On a whim, I expanded my search and found an unbelievably low priced Traverse at Bennett Buick GMC that was exactly what I wanted. After settling on a great price over the phone with Braydon and Chris (the GM), my wife and I made the drive to check it out. The car was cleaner than what the pictures showed and we signed all the paperwork with Ryan that day. Braydon even made the trip a couple of days later to KC to deliver our car and take our trade in away...talk about service!The staff at Bennett Buick GMC made this the easiest car buying experience I have ever had.
