Donuts are really good, but if there is a lady with black hair and glasses, I suggest you go another time. She was super rude to me. I ordered an iced coffee and got a cup of cream and sugar, so I nicely asked if I could get a side cup of coffee to add to it and make it less sweet. She made a scene and slammed a cup of coffee on the counter at me. Everyone in the store was also in awe at how rude she was.

Love there donuts. We picked 11 different flavors and they were all super yummy. Totally love the chocolate raspberry.

The selection of donuts is fantastic, they have so many different choices! Everything we have tried is really good, the donuts are always fresh and soft. The prices are great as well, along with the friendly staff. We swing by here once a week now, its our new donut shop.

Very good, traditional American donuts, friendly service, Covid-careful, clean shop, open all day, and they have French crullers, which almost no one makes anymore. I’d say they deserve a solid 4, but I’m going to rate them 5 stars to balance out some undeserved low ratings (which I never do, but seems warranted here). My partner adds, “they use good quality ingredients.”

I love this place, with the exception of the fritters. I just felt they were overcooked. I like them crunchy on the outer part, but mine was that way to the center making it dry.My favorite are the lemon filled with powdered sugar...yes, I could eat 1 or 2 daily without any problem.I just hate (and love) that they are so close to were I live. Maybe an ⅛ of a mile, yeah, way close!Anyway, they are fresh and really good and I hope they do very well in their endeavours.

I was working in Salem and came across this gem. They have a good variety of donuts and pastries. I had a Boston creme and is was delicious.

First time eating a doughnut here in Oregon. Stopped here because I couldn’t find a donut shop close to Woodburn I went in items looked tasty. But to my surprise when I got home the apple fritters needed apples in them The blueberry fritters needed to have blueberries in them, the donuts were not fresh they were stale for the price I paid for these donuts I will not be back not even if they’re marked down half price

The staff is super friendly and the store is clean and inviting. The price is good but the doughnuts are honestly not that good. I think the doughnuts at Roth’s bakery are better. I have not tried the other items there and please don’t let my review discourage you from trying them.

The donuts are always so fresh and if you havent tried the black liquorish ice cream it is a MUST try. The biscuits and gravy are just the price i like i mean the way i like them. The workers are very nice also

Went in today for the first. I must say that not only was I impressed with the brightness and cleanliness but also the huge variety. The prices were great. Doughnuts fresh, very fresh. We had a hefty order and the gal behind the counter was really quick with our order, doughnuts, 2 mochas and a small biscuits and gravy. Her service and personality is enough to bring us back. Perfect location as well.

Great donuts. Don’t order the croissant or English muffin sandwich’s. I got mine and realized they resold me some Jimmy Dean croissant egg and sausage sandwich. I’ve had some great and now some poor egg croissant sandwiches at donut stores. Donuts are great I just don’t approve of them reselling Jimmy Dean sandwiches.

Ive heard mixed reviews about this place, but I’m so glad I got to try it myself today! The donuts we got were delicious! The donuts are smaller than the average local donut bakery, but just as tasty, and slightly cheaper which definitely makes up for the size. Theyre light and airy; my favorite donut texture!! I ordered a maple bar which is my favorite kind of donut, and it did not disappoint. My boyfriend ordered a few different kinds, one of which being the red velvet. I wanted to try a bite but he devoured it before I could even ask. The Apple spice donut was amazing, and we work at a donut shop that sells similar donuts but now prefer Dude Donut City’s! The snickers latte I ordered was also delicious, and the workers were very friendly and quick even though they were quite busy. The place was super clean and everyone had their masks on correctly by the way. I’m hardly ever on this side of town, but next time I am I’ll be stopping by!

Walked in today as a repeat customer only to be exposed to two of the employees ( I believe the husband and wife) were fighting in the back room over sprinkles on donuts. They were yelling and shouting at each other.I stood there with 4 other customers very feeling uncomfortable. Not ever going back! Not professional at all.

This Donut shop is pretty new to our area. They had all of my favorites like the other donut shop in town with even more variety and the place is about the same distance away from where I live but like I said a better variety.

Fraud! Overcharged me 4 times for 1 donut. Went to shop and was asked to leave because I requested my refund and to see their business license. It was not posted anywhere visible. I researched and checked with the county/state and they have no record on file. Next up the BBB, which again has no file. The city has been notified of these frauds and the business next door. Same illegal slum owner! Shameful!

The staff are always friendly. Theyre patient with people who need time to decide. The prices vs. quality are really good compared grocery stores who sell fresh doughnuts.

Best donuts. Even though I live on the north side of town and they are on the south end if I want donuts I go to Dude Donut City.

High employee turn over. If you want to leave a tip make sure you have cash. If u leave a tip thru credit or debit your cashier will not recieve it, the company keeps it. This is actually stealing from your employees which is also racketeering. Illegal!!!! Give them all of their tips!!!

Husband surpised us with a dozen donuts this morning and they were so fluffy and amazing! We love glazed & sugar donuts so we cant wait to try some new flavors.

For starters, the place is in a brand new strip mall in south Salem, so the building is clean and esthetically pleasing inside and out. You can only order from the clerk. No self serve. They have coffee and specialty drinks, along with other breakfast food. It reminds me of a better version of Day/Night doughnuts. They have a at least 20 different doughnuts and they’re colorful and unique. Doughnuts are less than a $1 each, so pretty cheap. Great customer service. I got 6 doughnuts and they were crammed in a bag. A box would have been better. I tried the velvet cake doughnut at it was better than say, a Safeway doughnut, but not as good as something like Bigwig. Overall, good impression.

I went to this doughnut shop today it was clean and had a pretty good selection. My kids liked the donuts and the customer service was good. Im only giving the shop 3 stars because I ordered a breakfast sandwich and what they gave me was a Jimmy Dean microwavable breakfast sandwich😅🤨 As an establishment that sells food if you are going to sell people microwavable breakfast sandwiches you should at least let them know ahead of time... Especially since they are a little over $8 a Box at the grocery store🤦‍♀️

Actually got sick from their biscuits and gravy I dont think they keep it very clean and donuts are hit and miss sometimes theyre really awesome and other times theyre really really bad

Finally found a place in Salem that makes donuts using pastry and cake type dough! Theres been this horrible trend all over Salem of grocery stores and other donut places like Day_night, that are inexplicably using dough thats more like bread or rolls or something. Same with winco and Walmart. They dont use the right dough. Only Donut Dude City... Or dude Donut City.

Is very tasty. While many recipes taste little more than flour water and salt in a glue like consistency. The recipe of this place delights the pallete with rich sausage, robust sage and hints of spices. The buscuit was good- light & fluffy.Will happily return here anytime im passing through for a far better breakfast than most any diner and enjoy excellent coffee and donuts while im at it.

I went there today. because the Statesman Journal made them sound so good. I ordered a croissant sandwich and all they had was sausage and egg (2 left). As my wife was walking out, a gentleman was walking in with 2 boxes of Jimmy Dean croissant sandwiches...never again!! I couldve went to WINCO and got a whole box for the $8 I spent...Bad Business Donut dude...
