Stopped by here on a whim. It was warm and I really wanted an ice cold espresso. I had never been here before and came simply because it was the closest coffee to me that wasnt Starbucks lol. And wow, I am so glad I did!! Fantastic coffee! So rich and delicious. My drink was absolutely perfection. I got a regular caramel machiato. This is my new favorite coffee joint 🤙 so bomb!Their little hut is also super cute and welcoming, I loved every bit of it.

He had such patience for our large complicated order. Everything was perfect.

Stoped by for the first time and I am very pleased to say that it is worth the stop. Fast service got our drinks real quick so no long lines like the name chain places. Drinks are not sweet and taste was very similar to Buckys along with other drinks such as flavored RED BULLS, TEAS, Smoothies, Italian sodas and special seasonal drinks and local jams food and snacks.So all in all making me returning customer and keep up the good work guys.

I got a 32oz iced, almond milk, SF hazelnut latte. My companion got the same, but in the 20oz hot version. The drinks were great, and the price was surprisingly good for two large drinks!

I cant say enough great things about this place! The coffee is amazing every single time, the owner and his staff are always polite and kind, and their options are endless! The day I got the peppermint white chocolate mocha was the day I decided there is no way I can buy it anywhere else and be as impressed. I have tried it everywhere else, Starbucks, Dutch Bros, ...etc and nowhere else compared! Colin made it with oat milk and I swear it was as creamy as having it with half-n-half! Not too sweet, not too much peppermint, it was perfect! Ive had it several times since then and each time it has never disappointed.I live on the other side of Salem and will happily make the 20min drive often whenever I feel like buying a latte! :) They deserve all the support!

It is nice place, however name is different. It is a garden shop primery not coffee shop. I like, but somewhere on experience side.

The staff was very friendly. I ordered a vanilla chai, but the barista recommended another (better chai) and it was amazing. I’ve never been to a place where a barista told me I ordered wrong- he was right. 5 stars. Will come here again.

We went there for the first time a week ago and got great tasting coffee so we decided to go there again. Colin was working at the time and was super friendly towards all three of us that went. We didnt quite know what to get and Colin happily gave us some recommendations based on our favorite chocolate bars and also told us he could flavor the coffee based on any dessert! And he wasn’t kidding, he made some of the best coffees that we have ever had using almond milk. We could tell the coffee they use is good quality and the drinks were surprisingly creamy! We will definitely be choosing Arbor Hut over any other coffee place in Salem.

Coffee is sweet but good. Downside is when you get a bagel it is doughy and not toasted enough. One worker is hard to understand because he walks away from the window b4 you finish saying what u would like.

I was thrilled with the service I received today from Colin. All the drinks my party and I ordered were delicious and very enjoyable! I appreciated how they were not too sweet but just sweet enough. Also we ordered some ground coffee and are looking forward to trying that

Its the best coffee Ive ever had and they have special drinks for girls scout season.. The samoa cookie cold blended was the best in my opinion. But they also make a killer half sweet mocha!

Very friendly and speedy service! Theyre always kind and dont lolligag with orders and can serve many people very quickly. I would highly recommend them over say a Starbucks, Dutch Bros or any other giant corporation that might be competing with them. Go give them a try and let your taste buds take a trip to heaven 😁

I have purchased a few things through your co-op/buying club and never received them. I was told there was an audit happening. Though the owners went on a tropical vacation when having admitted to owing people money. Ive messaged the owner multiple times for resolution and just keep getting told to wait, if I get an answer at all. I just want my money back for goods never delivered. This has been ongoing for months.

We came here because we wanted to try something different were usually Bentleys or Java crew frequents, and while those places are still good, I was surprised by Arbor! The staff were SO genuinely friendly and recommended me great drink (Im super picky and particular) its a little bit of a drive but I will for SURE be back and often! It may easily become our new favorite!Drinks: we both got the The great white mocha, both are so good and so cute!! I dont like milk chocolate drinks and this one is perfect. I can tell its not nasty cheap white chocolate that Im unfortunately used to at coffee places.We had a wonderful experience and will be back! Thank you! 😘

Best coffee experience. The owner goes above and beyond to have the best products for customers and really thinks about peoples wants and needs. its easy to stop and grab a quick coffee, or if you feel like chatting they are glad to talk about the day! Highly recommend!

Just got a white mocha from Arbor Hut yesterday and they made a delicious drink. I dont like too sweet of coffee drinks and they accommodated my preference flawlessly. Plus, they are selling candy for the Cub scouts, which makes my heart so happy. I will definitely be visiting again soon.

I wanted to get some coffee, so I looked online and was disturbed to find that some people seem to think that politics affects the flavor of coffee. Who knew? Anyway Im a satisfied future customer for sure, now... not about to let a bunch of thin-skinned bullies tell me where to drink coffee!

Definitely one of my favorite places to get my coffee. Im really picky with coffee but I always go for blended coffee drinks. They have to taste like coffee and still sweet and the same time and they make some dang good coffee. The owner is also very sweet.

Came through last year and had a wonderful experience, its hard to get a good shot pulled, but the indie places do it best! Heard some people take exception to business owners expressing political beliefs, its a shame they cant do that without being hypocrites. Well, the free market dictates, as it will, and I am happy to see so many others supporting a local business.

The absolute best espresso drinks anywhere. I get Blended caramel mochas from different espresso shops and this one makes the best. They take the time to blend it right and just the right amount of ingredients. I dont know if the secret is in their coffee or just the way they mix it but it is excellent

Delicious coffee and friendly service. Got a latte and it tastes wonderful. I was surprised there wasnt a long line of customers with the quality of coffee + service I received! Got an extra punch on the card for being “new” as well :) can’t wait to try other items on the menu when I’m on this side of town next.

A friend recommended the place and I had to try it. I will definitely be going there again! The coffee is not burnt like Starbucks but its not a naturally sweet like Dutch Bros. It is that perfect warm flavor

The best coffee I have had in a long time. I ordered a blended mocha, and he took a little bit of time to make it, but it was worth the wait. Its been a while since I have had a coffee drink that actually tasted like coffee. I will definitely be back!

Sad how people will put negative reviews to discredit your place of business because they do not agree with you. That speaks volumes on their part. You keep doing what youre doing. Once I discovered Arbor Hut, its hard to go back to Dutch. Im finding myself driving the 4 miles to south salem a lot to get a latte. Just discovered their new drinks, trying one each day. My biggest kudos: they started to use and continue to use well water the entire time after hearing about the water crisis. Im sure its a hassle but customer health is paramount. Deirdre, Denny, and all their staff are friendly and happy to help no matter if I cant choose what the heck I want to drink. Try adding the energy boost to your drink!!
