Great customer service

Do quick and convenient.

I came in today, and not only was the lady rude to me, it seemed as if the store hadnt been cleaned in days. Also, when I came in, I went to the counter to purchase my items, which included 2 fountain drinks. I paid before getting them, and when I went to get them, there were no cups. No issue. Its a warm day and kinda busy, so I go back and ask for a refund on the drinks. I stood at the register for about 10 mins while 2 employees that seemed to have no idea how to do anything sat there messing with the register and finally I just got annoyed and left without my refund because I was also backing up the rest of the store while the only 2 employees were trying to help me.

I live halfway between here and 7-11, and I usually go to circle k. They dont have a deli cooking a bunch of stuff, so the line moves faster. They have a hot box with sandwiches, and they do serve hot dogs, but the customer gets it on their own. Ive never been treated anything but fair here, and Ive been coming off and on for twenty years.

Theirs this young Hispanic lady that works in the mornings, I must say every morning when I go to get my coffee theirs always a fresh pot ready! :) Her customer service is 100% excellent every time.

If you dont know Circle K then you may never understand, come and see and we will help you with anything thatwe can including fresh coffee before work a donut, some hotdogs, or maybe even a tornado. Come visit we got great deals and awsome prices.

I live 1/2 block from this location and been shopping here for years. Last night at around 12:30am I stopped in to grab a few things and ran into a buddy I haven’t seen in a very long time and we started to chat for about 15 minutes and the larger short haired girl very very rudely yelled across the store and said will you guys QUIT YOUR TALKING AND GET OUT OF MY STORE. I’ve stopped in this location hundreds of times and won’t be back after that!!! She should worry more about all the tweakers that hang outside of the store and ask people for change as your coming in. I’m a paying customer and was asked to leave. This place has gone down hill and is dangerous to even go to because of all the scum that hang out in parking lot for hours on end!

Clean store, very polite fast service!

The lady who I always end up at the register with is so rude, you can tell she hates her job. She makes customers seem like they are incoviencing her for coming into the store. Other then her I have had very good experience there.

This Circle K is extremely disrespectful and discriminates against their customers. Both the manager Sharon and the elderly woman who works during the days, I believe her name is Tina, are extremely rude. I tried to return cans from which I had bought from there (they have a can return policy up to $2.50), and I was told that I was not allowed to return cans there, despite watching 2 other individuals return cans in the line right in front of me. I asked what, so other people can return cans but I cant? to which their response was sorry but no you cant, and I cant tell you why, despite the fact that they had at least 9 bags of cans in their storeroom sitting in plain view from other customers.I repeatedly asked several questions as to why they were refusing me service when they offered it to other customers, and I kept receiving the same response I cant tell you why. A horrible store with pathetic customer service and quality, and 6 other friends of mine have had similar experiences to where none of us will ever shop there again.
