I just wanted to give a shout out to the guys at the shop. I messed up my boyfriends foldable scooter and after we got the part they fixed it right up that day. They are busy, it took a week to get a diagnosis, but once they got started it was excellent.

Home town bike shop with world class produces and service. This shop was open before electric bikes were cool. I went somewhere else to save a couple dollars. It quickly needed work and I had to take it here to make it work correctly.

I find this place very interesting. It would be nice to have my own little electric/peddle powered vehicle. The thing is that I am so old and fat that I am afraid that I might fall down if I was riding a two wheeler.I took a picture of the place early in the morning before my morning coffee.

Very helpful. Go out of their way to solve problems. I’ve been a customer for years at their previous location. Helped us set up and maintain our recumbents with primo motors, controllers, batteries. They have the skills and willingness to make all the ‘moving parts’ work together.

Fixed my electric scooter and dealt with the warranty people for me too! Very nice, small friendly staff.

I was not happy on the repair of my bike I took it in for a tune-up to get the gears check than the brakes adjusted and get the flat fixed the guy asked me if he wanted him to clean up my bike I said that was fine a day later he calls me to pick it up charge me $281 and all they did was fix the flat and wipe down my bike he did not offer to reimburse me any money so I will not be taking my bike there anymore

Mike was very patient with me as i struggled with deciding exactly what I wanted in a electric bike. After buying and selling two electric bikes I found a bmx aluminum bike that fit me perfectly. Im only 5 ft and 70 yrs old. so I feel more in control in traffic and on back trails on a real small bike. Mike convered my bmx to an electric bike.It is so much fun and safe becouse I can get my feet to the ground in an emergency. And I can get through intersections before the light changes. It is a single speed so no peddle assist. But I can turn the throddle just a little to get peddle assist. Any faster and Im sailing down the bike path or passing cars on the streets.It is so much more fun then driving a car and i can get around town just as fast. Even this last rain didnt stop me with rain gear on. My little dog wasnt impressed though. YES I recomend The Electric Bike Shop! Mike knows about all the different brands and can recomend what will work for you and your needs.
