I would like to give a shout-out to Henry the sales manager. I have had ongoing issues with my account. He not only help fix the problem but also put security in place that it won’t happen again. He was kind, sympathetic, and had great customer service. I didn’t have to wait as he took the problem serious. I went in there wanting to cancel service but after he helped me we are going to give it another try. Thank you Henry!
I came in the other day just to get my phone activated and Byron was amazing. i was in and out so fast. he gave me answers to questions i didn’t even ask but should have. i also spoke to Raven on the phone prior to coming in and she was also amazing and answered all of the questions i had. 10/10!
I went in wanting to upgrade my iPhone since they have some good promotions. Taylor helped me out today and she was wonderful!! Her personality was vibrant and she carefully broke down the numbers of my trade in, which I really appreciated! Thank you, Taylor!

I love this location@ They are always helpful, friendly and efficient. This one is the closet T-mobile store from where I live but even if Im out and need to visit T-mobile I will wait until I can be serviced by them because they always take care of me.
This T-Mobile store is great, the service is super quick and helpful, and everyone working was incredibly nice.Mason helped me out and hes a rockstar! Very knowledgeable, was so efficient helping me upgrade my phone, and made sure everyone was taken care of.I would definitely come back to this store the next time I need anything.

The associates listen to what I had to say whether it be human error or device then he took the appropriate action ordering me a device and I go switch them out the next day. This is service I am not used to most of the time theres some excuse. !!!

Staff will waste your time. I called before arriving asking if they had a certain phone in stock. The gentlemen assured me there were plenty in stock. When I walked in the lady didnt bother checking and brushed me off saying no we havent had those for a while, but you can go online and order it. When I informed her that I just called she just said sorry.
I went today to get a new phone. I was nervous about going with my two small children. They put on My Little Ponies for them and even gave them a tmobile Cape and sunglasses. They showed me some features on my phone I didnt know about and were very quick and helpful. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of long wait times in the past.
It is not often that I leave reviews but we had a fabulous experience with Mason this past weekend. So much so that we left with 2 new phones AND new cable and internet service! We adore doing business with T Mobile but amazing team members like Mason and the rest of the team make it even better.
Mason and the other staff were awesome! We were looking for a new phone plan that met our needs and he was able to determine what made the most sense and at the same time helped us save money. He then worked with us step-by-step in the termination of the old plan, unlocking and transferring multiple phones, and helped us research additional phones for our college student so we could purchase one without us breaking the bank. I know the process took time but Mason gave us his undivided attention and we never felt confused over the process or rushed to make a decision. He was very clear in his explanations and I am grateful that he is the one that answered my call and later helped me in the store. The customer service was great and the financial savings a definite plus.
Looking for a new screen protector this guy removed the one I have on then checks on his ipad. Then tell me your going to have to order it online then gives me back my phone and screen protector. I was like why did u take it off in the first place.
I had an upgrade that turned into a downgrade. The original store I had purchased from could not do an exchange because of the employees did not know how to operate their own system. 2 hours later I end up here only to tell me they cannot help even though its a T-Mobile issue and wants to charge before they even begin to help resolve the issue.
As a T Mobile customer, I can truly say, they have been very helpful to me and has always been friendly whenever Im in the store . Every visit has been enjoyable and I love my Tmobile experts.
This review is for the so called store manager Anthony on June 3 2015Sir, I Dont care to know why some of your employees have left or been fired.I also dont care that you are bad at numbers (your words).Please DO NOT interrupt people when they are talking to you.You should NOT be in a costumer service job.I beg other costumes or potential costumers to avoid this store.
Visited this store to try and sign up from Sprint to Tmobile. They profiled me as having bad credit from the moment I sat down. I kept hearing you need to qualify, this requires down payment...etc. If he would of bothered to pull credit first he would of found out I would have no issue qualifying for the 0% 0 down offer they advertise online. Have they ever heard of fair lending, consumer credit protection act. WOW!!! Needless to say I left and went outside of my neighborhood to another tmobile store to sign up with no problems.
Taylor the sales rep was amazing and I will only be going to this tmobile store for her customer service. She is by far the best rep I have ever dealt with at any tmobile store.
Rudeness and condescension factors are off the charts in this store! My first T-mobile account was in 1995, when it was Voicestream; never had to file a complaint, ever! Never had issues with the Rowlett store until 6/1/19; so the hostility with which I was met was a bit unnerving. No welcome etc., what I got instead was what is the issue? That set a tone that continued for a few minutes with the one fellow. Then he hands me over to a woman, whose great rejoinder was what seems to be the issue? Despite my best efforts I couldnt countenance the humiliating treatment for too long; especially when they deliberately gave wrong information that contradicted the online provided information; so I left without commentary. I was ushered out with a loudly yelled sarcastic Have a nice day with a smirk and giggles. Look, Ive been around the block a few times; so I know exactly what was going on with those people. So, while John Legere is publicly presenting T-mobile as an inclusive company, his employees are presenting what Im guessing is the reality of T-mobile.

Employee lied about status of device claiming it was blocked.. after putting in an activated sim card the device picked up signal and made calls perfectly fine. I was trying to sell the phone to someone I had met on an app and he made me look like a scammer. I wasnt able to sell the phone because of it. Please be cautious with these people.. do not trust them so easily.
Had to get a replacement phone again. Stood around for 30 minutes then they said system was down. Female rep said she would call me back when system was back up. More than 24 hours later, I had to call up there to find out about getting my replacement phone. POOR follow up! Ive been a customer of T-Mobile for more than 8 years. Seriously going to re-evaluate my carrier options. Im in sales and if you dont take care of the customer, there is someone else out there that will!
I live in Rockwall but prefer the Rowlett location. Customer service is great. I had a million questions about a device, and Andrew answered all of them with clarity and patience.
Been to 3 T-Mobile stores today trying to do an exchange on the T-Mobile revvl plus. The processor isnt powerful enough to run an app I use for work. It crashes just using Facebook also. Not worth my time or money. So, the guys want to charge a $50 restocking fee. Keep in mind I got the phone 2 days ago. The phone crashed multiple times while I was helping clients. Lost 600 bucks yesterday due to phone crashes. So they want me to be out 650 to get a better phone. Nah Im good

I changed over to t-mobile from AT&T, first experience was here and it was AWFUL!! The guy didnt know what he was doing. We spent 2 hours here. The sales rep that was working with us left to eat lunch & said the other guy was going to help us. NOPE we just got ignored. I unhooked my own phone and left. My second time back was even worse. I sure will be going to Corp with this. Ive done mobile sales and this was ridiculous!!!

So I stopped buy this location to get some information about upgrading my phone, because I had called over the phone and spoke to there representatives and she gave me a good price I just wanted to make sure it was true... well I have been a customer with t mobile for about 2 plus years now and I Never had any problem with them. So I go inside, and Im asking for pricing and the man because I cant say gentleman that helped me was extremely rude, throwing so much numbers at me so I ask him nicely can you write all this down please so I can show it to my husband so we can decide together if we should do it or not, Im guessing he thought I was just searching for pricings and taking it to other companies he told me, why do I need to write it, whats there to write down its simple?! Yes sir it maybe simple for you, since you have worked there for X amount of years but for someone that doesnt know needs things written down. Also Since the pricing that they gave me over the phone was completely different from the price he gave me I wanted to make sure I wasent missing anything so I simply wanted it written down. Well he answered me In such a rude manner. I left the store super upset! Im never visiting this store again. Great customer service is what I look for when I enter a place and thats the last thing I received.Oh and since he was so rude I wasent able to get his name but I know that he is skinny and bald! So who ever you are sir, congradulations on making a pregnant woman extremely upset to the point were she has to rant and give yall a horrible review! I would give you guys no stars if possible! To bad google is merciful and likes to be nice and we have to add atleast one star.Anywho I was able to call the t mobile representative again and not only did I complain but I also got pricings again with them over the phone, and well they took care of me. Was told they had a phone in Stock. I drove 60 miles to get it and when I got to the store they did not have it. They just said woops and did nothing to make it right. Go to Rockwall or Garland and skip this location. Horrible management.

The 20 minute wait time was ridiculous. I wanted to get a phone activated and added to my family plan, but they claimed Id have to change plans to something that wasnt as good. Im no longer a T-Mobile customer.
They are a little slow but thorough.
First I called sunday evening to see deals about getting my 9 yr old added to my plan. I spoke to the asst. Manager Shaq told him I coulnt come in then but would like to today (Monday the 18th) he took my name, number and told me I should make an apt because they get busy! I came in today at my said apt time..and an employee, Andrew first looked annoyed that we walked in.. and second stated that he couldnt make us priority because they didnt have me down. Nor even take appointments! That he didnt know why Shaq told us that. All while he looked down at his computer and hardly looked at us! When he could tell I was upset and i stated that we wouldnt wait just because of the lack of customer service, still could care less! Needless to say. We were there a total of 3 min and left due to being treated poorly by Andrew! I wont be returning to this location even though its a min down the road from me!

Bought a phone from them with a protective case and screen protector. The next day when I took it out of its cass to clean the screen, the back of the phone had scratches on it as if had been used or returned. I literally had the phone for 1 day and kept it in its cass and never dropped it. I went up there to exchange it for another one, they wanna charge me a restocking fee to exchange it.

Customer service, management is HORRIBLE!!! They do not give you all the options, warranty exchange is a joke - IPhones are a joke. They are on back order, so you wait, no guarantee when you will receive, nobody can tell you anything, BUT YOU WILL BE BILLED ON TIME, LIKE CLOCK WORK! !
