I came in for a quick fix on my internet access for my newly purchased phone and to buy a screen protector that the other location did not have. Tatiana was sweet and was able to get me in and out in 10 minutes and did a great job applying the screen protector! Thanks, Tatiana!

The manager was not helpful at all.. i asked could they wave a $3 convenience fee for paying at the store because mymetro was down... she acted like could care less, all the other employees were even more useless.. PLEASE hire people with some sense

This particular location is by far where Ive experienced the Best Customer Service.Ive gone there for myself and have also taken family to set up service and purchase phones. This location actually helps you, they are not rude or messy or have loud music playing in the background.I live literally 2 minutes from a Metro pcs down the street from my house but purposely only go to this location for the Quality Customer Service

I went in on Tuesday to up grade my phone. They did not tell me about the offer to add a line and get a free phone. I saw and ad on TV and when I called to try and take advantage of the offer they told me I could not. That i had to do it at the same time. So they lost the new line income.

Read reviews on new k30 phone before purchase........ I purchased the phone with new plan, had to pay full price plus $15 extra activation even though I have a existing account..... why Im still not sure, was giving bad advice at the store about new k30. Phone freezes takes forever to download on apps totally disappointed went to store the customer rep offered to replace the new k30 with a refurbished k30, ( design problems with k30 ) really........ I very much dislike being cheated then told Im sorry theres nothing I can do about it zero Customer Loyalty or service. Metro pcs you have lost a customer, I doubt you really care........

Come to this store all the time to buy new phones or if there is just anything wrong with my metro account I recently went to the store to get my phone fixed bcs it was saying no service... long story short the guy couldn’t help me I ended up buying another phone which cost me $300 (LGQ7) which is not working properly restarting and freezing only after 2days of purchase. I got my other phone fixed by the metro 411 number all they did was troubleshoot my phone and back on. I wanted to return this $300 phone or even just get a different device but nope the owner doesn’t want to bcs it was an upgrade, even though I spend more than that in months. But that’s okay because they just lost a loyal customer. I will never go back to that store again! Unsatisfied and felt played.

They young workers NEVER want to work. It seems as if it’s an inconvenience for them if they aren’t supervised. I’m not sure if the older ppl are the owners but they are the reason I continue to go to this location.
