Colton was a great help, and he knows his store very well (including stock). He can handle helping multiple customers at the same time, answering the phone, and providing excellent customer service all the while.

Getting a warranty is useless and a waste of money. The employee I talked to had no care to help me with my problem and lacked any knowledge of helping me find a solution. I haven’t purchased anything from GameStop in years and won’t ever return because of the incident I experienced. I’m looking forward to the day when GameStop goes out of business.

Colton is the BEST EVER!!!!! I wish he managed rockwall location. He took care of something that didn’t even concern his location. He listened and offered a solution quickly. He also contacted Joel the District manager for me to make sure the issue at rockwall was handled! You talk about high high customer service beyond reproach. Friendly and helpful. I got just the game I was looking for, not an easy task as the game was made in 2014 for the Wii game system.

We visited this GameStop to find a used game for my son who is starting to get into games. We got the PS4 version of Plants Vs Zombies, which later we found out was online only and it required a Playstation Plus paid subscription. As we paid, the associate asked if I was a member. Discovering that I was not, he did not attempt to ask if Id like to join. We went home, only to discover that he had given me the PS3 version of the game. Returned the next day to get the right one. The service was better the second time around but I will be returning to give back the online only game. I personally wouldnt want to go back into the store again.

Super helpful staff with great knowledge. They always go overboard to make sure I get the best used games with the best artwork and game cases. As a collector of video games I know I can go to this location and get a clean copy of most games they have in stock.

Its a good gamestop, not great but good. But its only good because its been open at this location for a while. But its been old faithful for me for some years.

Totally out of control with the price of used controllers, 57.00 for a ps4 controller thats been abused, or malfunctioning save the headache and buy new or used elsewhere. Im very disappointed in how GameStop has deteriorated over the years which is why I have stopped frequenting them.

I want to give this store props. I bought a game thru the app on Black Friday and did store pick up. Never received a confirmation to pick up email. So today a week later went to go check out what happened at the store. Very nice lady let me know it had cancelled. She let me know she did have it reserved for a while and still had it in stock. I asked if I can still buy it. She said of course! But it did go up but she would honor the prize I had initially purchased it since it seemed my email wasn’t up to date. Really happy about my experience being it was the first time I’ve gone to this location. Will definitely be back. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Dont go to any GameStop, no one is fun to talk to at all on these stores. Just find the games online, its better anyways.

Never answer the phone when i call and the last 2 times Ive bought controllers from there they didnt work right. Seems like poor customer service and equipment.

A young man named Oscar helped me. I bought my kid a Nintendo switch. I’m a gamer myself but I know nothing about the switch. He helped me pick a trio of games for my soon to be 4 year old. I also called the store the day after to make sure the manager acknowledges Oscar

Staff is always super cool, especially Mason! But the place does smell a little funky. Other than that, we always take our kiddo here for his gaming needs and wants!

Nintendo switch lite still 199 and had more then 1 color

So I paid for a game in full and they said they would call me when it came in. That was 4 weeks ago and two weeks past release date. I call they said someone sold the game I had perordered and paid for in full. Said dont worry we will get one from another store and should be able to get it in two days. Yeah called three days later and made up some other story about why they havent got it yet. I will be going in and getting a full refund and never shopping at this GameStop again.

Went in there trying to do a pre-owned exchange, but was denied and rushed to select a replacement. I believe the manager was present (Hispanic lady with glasses), who was very rude and disrespectful with my exchanging process. Please whatever you do stay away from this bad customer service location.I Do not recommend this location.

Ive never had a good experience with this Gamestop in the years Ive been going to it. Been lied to, cheated out of money and now Im just trying to get a simple question answered that would take 2 whole seconds to answer and I keep being put on hold and ignored. If I could I would give 0/5 stars.

Been dealing with these folks for a while now. Staff seems to know what their doing, and they always say hi and try to help you out. I do most of my trading here only if I have to since it is still gamestop and their is no haggling the price. You get what they give. But other then that their selection is good and their always getting new stuff.

Ive been shopping at this Gamestop since it first opened some years back (I was actually the 100th customer so that was pretty cool) and there is absolutely nothing to complain about. The employees are very knowledgeable and kind, and they will help you with whatever you need. I got a free game through an offer and I couldnt decide what to buy, and with such a large selection and limited interest, I was in there for a while. While most people would have been very irritated at this point, the employee helped me and finally found a suitable game. If you ever need help or input for anything gaming, go to these guys. Theyll be happy to help and you will most likely walk out with a solid, informative answer.

Not all GameStop stores are built equally. But the Rowlett location has great employees who can help you if you need someones opinion. Havent been disappointed yet.

Store was closed when i got there at 6:50 PM but the sign clearly says Open until 9:00 PM. Called them, no answer. Store Leaders name is apparently Jessica... But of course, no way to contact her.

This store is usually great. But I pre-ordered the new Pokemon game and its 10:53 and I just got back home from the GameStop on 66 because it was closed and we called corporate and they said for all of the people who were waiting outside the building to get there preorders, to go back home. So Im very disappointed now. I called the other GameStop in firewheel mall and she cant transfer my order if there isnt anyone at the store 😂 why cant I get my preorder from any GameStop. And who doesnt come to work on the day 2 player Pokemon comes out. Thats suicide... Hopefully the store opens soon. I keep calling to see if it is. I hope they dont sell out if they do Ill be so mad. I was first at the door this morning waiting I got there before 10. Owell, early gamer dosent get the game I guess.

I bought a game card for $10.00 that cant be used because the value is not $10.00 after taxes were deducted from the value. I returned it to get a $20.00 card but they refused to take the $10.00 card back. Some lady came out of nowhere confronting me in front of other customers. Im not sure why GameStop would sell a product that has no value and refuse to take it back.

They sell too high and buy too low I really hope they go out of business and get it out the way
