Tyler was awesome to deal with. I was very impressed with Payton. She was so helpful with the setup of my new phone and watch. I highly recommend this store. I am from Alabama visiting and the customer service was exceptional.

Toye Is a very very excellent team member of Russell Cellular. She kept me informed and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend to get her when getting a new phone.

My family needed to change cell carriers because of bad reception in our newer home location. I went to Verizon and met with Joe who gave me great service. He set up 4 new phones including porting data faster than we ever have by any carrier.It was a great experience!

This store is great! Toye took all the time necessary to help with our upgrade and was by far the most knowledgeable person I’ve worked with. Made the entire process easy to understand and answered all our questions directly!

I would love to give this store a 5 star rating for their employee, Peyton, when we first wanted to exchange phones; however coming back to receive the new phones Toye made the experience a 1 star ( would be 0 if that were an option). Toye attitude/demanor towards me and my family was very stand-off ish and off putting. Walking out the store we debated on even having Verizon as a phone carrier. We won’t be coming back to this Verizon Center ever again!

Hi came in for a screen protector, Latoya one of the phone reps didnt try to up sell me on anything I didnt need. The team there was polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location for any phone repairs or replacements.

Joe was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He switched everything from my old phone onto my new phone within minutes. He got me the perfect case and screen protector. I will definitely come back here anytime I need anything.

I am visiting Dallas from Chicago and my phone broke. Verizon sent me a new phone and a tech to set it up for me. After hours of trying to download the old phone into the new phone I had to wait till the next day to go to a Verizon store. The Russell Verizon store in Rowlett, Texas was the closest store to me.There is where I met Toye Battle. She was so knowledgeable about phones I was amazed!She knew immediately the problem and took care of me. I have visiited many Verizon stores concerning my old phones problems and not one person could figure it out. Toyes first words were dont worry you came to the right place. I SHURE DID! If you need phone or need it fixed go ask for her you wont be sorry.

We had such a complicated request and Ellyssa, Joe and Harry helped us out with patience, humor, and kindness all around. They were willing to explain everything out and went above and beyond what they needed to make sure myself and my family walked away with no issues whatsoever. Even drove out of their way to get the phones we wanted and bring them back — stellar customer service here!!! You won’t regret coming here, I certainly don’t :D

WATCH OUT FOR THE MANAGER THERE. HE IS VERY SNEAKY!!!! I went in cause my phone wasnt working anymore and one of the other guys was helping me first. But then the manager took over. Well I ended up having to buy a new phone. So first of all when he went to ring me up he went to get a screen protector and a case and charged it then told me what my total was. I had to tell him no I didnt ask for that nor did he say anything before just ringing it up. So he took it off after I said no I dont want it. So about three days later a get a notification from Verizon about my bill. WELL GUESS WHAT he added insurance and storage plan to my service of corse he didnt tell me he did that nor did he ask me first so I had to call Verizon three times now to try and get my bill straight. SO LOOK OUT FOR THIS GUYJoe San Miguel sales manager

I called back to the store with a question to find that my favorite service representative had been let go and when I asked the questions I had to to the lady on the phone, she was unable to answer the questions and or gave me the wrong information entirely. This single call was the last straw with Version and I have already considered to change carriers AGAIN because of the mismanaging of good employees and the lack of training by management. The only reason and that is very slim at this point, would be to rehire the service representative that had helped be originally when I went to the store.

Joe took the 2 hours to be exact to try and get my insurance replacement phone to activate. We had no luck with replacement but that was no fault of Russell cellular. They went above and beyond to try to activate the phone for me. Thank you!!!

Great service, always dread going to the phone store but had a great experience this time.

I walked in to the store and said, Help! My phone is DEAD! And it was. Harry and his compatriot helped me choose a new phone, get it set up and transfer ALL my data. I am a very satisfied customer. I am not from Texas; we were visiting when my phone quit, but I was taken care of by two gentlemen in the truest sense of the word. Thank you.

I don’t usually write reviews ... but I was so impressed with the level of customer service I received from Harry, at this Verizon Rowlett location, and wanted others to know. I visited this store on 10-1-20, for problems with my phone. Harry, went above and beyond to fix the problems with my phone AND problems I’ve had with my account for the last 8 months. He continued to figure out why I was having so many problems and worked past the closing of the store. Additionally, he actually saved me money after looking at the plan I was on. It was a blessing to finally get help after getting nowhere with Verizon online .

My experience with Russell Cellular on Lakeview Parkway Rowlett Texas was exceptional. The management down to the staff were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to assist me. I usually hate dealing with phone stores but this experience changed my mind. I only want to deal with them. I dont understand all the latest technology and they had patience with me throughout my visit.
