Staff was nice and great environment. Good desks to sit down for your printing needs which I appreciate eons... But the printing services are sneaky. It is really easy to print color copies for 45 cents more than B&W. Also those computers are a scam if you need to get printing done. Educate yourself and be prepared for any COMPLICATIONS that you may encounter here in beautiful Roseville California!
Cant speak to staff courtesy, but my package has not moved from this site in a month. Every time my stuff has to go through this godforsaken location, my stuff gets delayed.
I’m frequently at FedEx locations for work. Most are extremely friendly and courteous. Not this one. This one is condescending, rude, and not helpful (especially to females…for example please don’t be rude to me and then follow it with “hun”).If you need to drive an extra few minutes to a different location, do yourself a favor and do so.
Helpful staff showed me how to use the copier to scan documents and email them to myself as a PDF.
The staff and management are very helpful and thorough in serving Shoulder To Shoulder and Forging Disciples for their various printing needs.
My packages are never on time! I did notice the driver will mark the package as delivered even though they never are until the next day or two. My package now has said on truck/delay, on truck/delay many times. Please vendors, stop using FedEx!!! Look at my pics.
I come to this FedEx office store whenever I need specialty printing. The people here are very friendly and very knowledgeable. The fees for the printing or nominal. There’s so much more to the store than meets the eye. Computers are available you can do your own printing from A variety of printers. Lots of stationary And office supplies at the store. They really make it convenient for you to do your business here.
Not very busy, was able to get my items and get my copies.

Came in to print something once, the service was outstanding from a “trainee” that we stopped going to the post office for shipping and print exclusively here now.Everyone is always nice and helpful, even when they’re extremely busy.
I always had beautiful experience at FedEx (Douglas Roseville) for past 2 years until yesterday. I went in to drop off a laptop and I was close to the counter to place the parcel on the scale and to pay if needed. I ( double masked)was asked to step 1 feet away from the counter, while I could see other customers standing close to the counter. When I enquired the reason the worker said, that they dont have a glass to protect. I humbly request the company to provide a glass shield or to leave a sign board requesting customers to step back from the counter. So that it applies to all no matter what their skin tone, race, religious belief is....I felt insulted yesterday.
I have used this center multiple times. Their staff has been incredibly helpful each and every time I send Priority overnight, including International. I highly recommend.
Robert helped me with some printing questions and made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. I dont often write reviews but seriously, he was amazing. He told jokes and was super easy going. Give this man a raise!! 10/10 Robert.
The employees are very attentive. No matter how long the line, it flows quickly. The store is well stocked and clean.
Just dropped off a package. They were very polite gave me a receipt explained to me how long it would take to get to destination and to hold the receipt until it arrived. Wished I had a good safe day very polite employee.

Have not once had an unpleasant experience at this location. The two ladies behind the counter tonight were exemplary and the lady out on the floor whom I did not personally interact with but witnessed being flawlessly helpful to multiple customers during my time there was tremendous as well.

I have come here for at least 7 years. The employees are all great and often helped me with sugggestions that saved me time and money. Management and every employee I have had contact with have always been, friendly, professional, and so very helpful.
I usually just drop off packages, staff is great at getting me in and out in a timely manner. Lately I’ve been using their printing and office services and have found it to be decently easy, with the staff again being very helpful in those areas as well.Makes it worth the “out of the way” drive.
Just had to leave a review because the staff tonight was amazing employee Chris was the first one to help us and was SOO incredibly patient and helpful with helping us print our wedding invitations. Its obviously a big deal for us and he really worked with us to make sure they were just right and exactly what we wanted!! Wow. Ashley W. is absolutely amazing. I have worked in the service industry my entire life, and I can say an employee like that is extremely rare. It looked like the other employee was off the floor for a bit, and Ashley seamlessly assisted me and about 3 other people during my visit. She was attentive, sweet, calm, and very good at what she does. I was printing wedding programs and placecards for my sisters wedding, and she helped me pick the best paper, and they came out perfect. Thank you so much, Ashley. You are very appreciated.
My husband comes in to print labels because because we cant afford a printer. They are always very kind and curtious and fast. Highly recommend! 5 🌟

FedEx is awful. I mailed some important paperwork and they quoted a delivery date of 8/3 and I just called since the paperwork has not arrived and they lost the package. Awesome. Customer service just said oh well they will call me with an update when they find it. Never again will I use FedEx. Shouldve gone with the US Mail. Never send anything important using FedEx.
Fed ex should give people more of an ETA when a signature is required so they are not sitting around wasting their whole day. It’s not right!
This is one of the most helpful and by far, the best ive been to. They have literally ran my packages out to the trucks as they were pulling away! The customer service is impeccable. The store is clean, supplies are well stocked, and prices are reasonable.
I only come here for the shipping desk. It would be nice to have one closer to me. Also, they need to work on efficiency. It sometimes takes 20-30 minutes between standing in line and having your packages processed.
Staff wasn’t as helpful as I would have liked. Came into get something printed on standard photo paper and was told they could not do it behind the counter and that it could only be done at the self service. Went to the self service and both machines I tried did not work to connect my drive account.
I go to this store whenever I can due to the laminating machine, the double sided copier for legaldocuments, etc. Robert is the clerk I like the best. I have had special wall mount pictures which turned out better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend this store.

I mainly use this store for laminating cards. For that purpose it is perfect. you basically bring in your own cards but you want to laminate, then put them in the pouches turn on the laminator and youre off. You pay at the front when youre done and the prices are not that bad. Its usually pretty busy but not too hectic.
Compared to UPS, FedEx is head and shoulders above in terms of Customer Services and the delivery that is provided. I actively request FedEx shipping label for company Drop Off at the FedEx Stores around California when ever possible. My company uses both UPS and FedEx for delivery and drop off.Everytime that my company has a FedEx drop off, I am a very happy customer. FedEx does things the right way that UPS gets so wrong in Store Services such as 1) FedEx doesnt charge for Printing a Label via Email, doesnt chage.foe Taping up packages like UPS does. I cant say enough great things about the simple experiences with FedEx stores. Thank you!!!!
Good to drop off packages, not much else. Printing services dept employees seemed very uninterested in their job when I was there, and the one person I managed to flag down to help was short with me.
A real Kinkos! Huge, lots of machines, lots of computers. Everything working. Everything clean. Nice restrooms. I go to Fed Ex office locations all over the country and this is the nicest one I have seen in a long time.
I went they’re to pick my a TV the I ordered and The management was extremely very comfortable inside
I went to get my sons birthday party invitations printed. Very friendly staff and very quick. I look at the invitation and could see white streaks through the invitation (almost as if the ink was running out). I showed the clerk it, and he reprinted it again.... same streaks. He said it must be my file, so I regretfully still bought the prints. I went directly to my job and printed out my file on their printer... NO STREAKS! -_- Ugh 30 dollars for crappy invitations
The UPS store on roseville parkway tried to charge me $4.15 for a service that cost 18 cents at this fedex. Friendly customer service and affordable. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

The clerk tells you you are packing the package wrong and tries to upsell you on their correct packing service.
I have been into this store countless times, with many confusing requests. All of the employees have assisted me greatly, often helping me through any confusion I may have. The person that has helped me out the most is Daniel T and I dearly appreciate all of his patience and kindness. Ive been to other printing places prior, but no other has employees quite like this one.
I came in to print of some paperwork and ship a gift. I was helped by Akilah and she was great. She got everything done quickly and was very nice and easy to talk to. Made my fedex office visit a lot shorter than I expected. Thank you.
Their phone system kept hanging up on me.Delivery driver failed hard, two people home all day and he counldnt manage to make contact or leave the package.Ive gotten many items that were much more expensive and never needed a signature.After the driver failed delivery I called the store and kept getting disconnected by the automated phone system.Called the main number and got disconnected AGAIN! Finally got to talk to someone at the 1-800 number and he said they would attempt redelivery on the next business day (72 hours later). I said that was ridiculous and I wanted to pick up my package today.He said they cant do anything till Tuesday so I said get me a supervisor. He transfers me and the supervisor tells me everything I want to hear. He says the driver will come by again that day and if he doesnt they will call me and setup a pickup arrangement.Lies. It was just the scummy coorporate tactic of lying to get you off the phone. I cant believe FedEx is willing to just lie to customers after bad service. Like bad service is one thing, at least own up to it.Hopefully ups and USPS put FedEx out of business very soon. Its rare anyone uses them anymore, at least in my experience, luckily. Its obvious they are too big to care.
Pleasant and helpful. The employees are knowledgeable in all the machines and generally drop what they are doing to assist. Robert does a great job when he helps you.

I absolutely hate going into this store. The environment is rude and not welcoming. Ive tried to ship packages here multiple times and they nag me about how its not packaged correctly and try to sell me packing materials/boxes. All I do is drive over to a nearby FedEx store and they take it without question. In the future I will go to all lengths to use any shipping office other than this one (preferably UPS off of Roseville Pkwy and North Sunrise, these people are super friendly!). When you frequent a business it is a sign of your approval, and I will not be frequenting this location going forward!

Hate is a strong word, but I can honestly say I hate FedEx, and my experience at this store is to blame. Everytime I come here it feels like they are looking for an excuse not to take my packages. A prepaid return label had a tiny white line through the barcode that made it unscannable, which isnt their fault, but they were unable to print a new label even though they had the tracking number. Than they want to charge $90 to ship a return, that was damaged in shipping by FedEx, so I can get a $180 refund from the manufacturer. They refused to take a prepaid return because they said the box was too heavy to ship ground, but it was obviously not too heavy when it was delivered to me by FedEx ground. A different location ended up taking it. The people that work here are apathetic jerks. Do yourself a favor and go to UPS.
This place is pretty good. Im in there all the time and always leave happy.
Needed to fax a fair number of pages and the charge per page is pure robbery!! Only one machine available and gave multiple customers problems while i was there. $2.19 per page is rediculous!! If i had to fax 30 pages thats around $70.00. Thats entirely monotonous.
Great place to have you packages shipped if you live in an apartment and dont like have your stuff sit out by your door.
This is one of their better stores with two self service photo printers. They are a little pricey.

If you are looking to print GO TO OFFICE DEPOT. Dont bother with this place. They were, rude, demeaning, argumentative, and pricey. I can usually deal with some people having a bad day or run-down establishments, but these people went out of their way to make sure I had the WORST experience at any store I have ever had in my entire life. Heed the warnings from yelp, heed the warnings from locals(!), and dont even think about stepping in here!

Horrible experience. After a lengthy process and continued headache as well as attitude from an employee, I just paid 50$ for business cards I will never use due to the horrible printing. Never again.

The FedEx system was down and no letters could be accepted except on one I had prepaid, but for which no receipt was given. A manual system should be in place when the automated is down. Very disappointing. Another wasted trip. Will try again tomorrow.
