Wouldnt ship packages that Ive shipped with ups ground 500 times literally because store policy wont ship a box without a shipping certification. Couldnt have mentioned that as I made multiple trips in and out carrying 250 lbs of stuff in. I even asked where I should put all the boxes so there was perfect opportunity to mention something like that. Just a waste of time going to this store will go elsewhere.

Terrible Customer Service at this UPS Store. I was e-mailed a prepaid shipping label to return an item to a store. When I went into the UPS Store I showed them an image of the label on my phone with the barcode for the pre-paid shipper. The UPS Store wanted to charge me $3.20 to print out the shipping label. I can bring in items for Amazon returns and theres never a charge for the label. They just scan your QR code and print out the label. Seems like the UPS Store on Pleasant Grove is gouging their customers. I recommend using FedEx or going straight to UPS instead of using this UPS store.

Easy to locate in plaza. Very friendly service and quickly helped. My cashier was still being trained and the rest of the staff seemed to be very attentive to the new staff and the help they needed.

This girl Brandi is the absolute best. Came in for a mailbox set up and she was so sweet, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She has the best people skills! You should promote her.

Staffs poorly trained and the FF in charge is complete A. I used an old USPS box to package my shipment. Dragon tatoo girl behind the counter rings up my return QR code and creates a label, then, the DA says - we cant accept USPS boxed packages. WHAT?! a.) Ive never had any UPS deny a package cause of that -matter of fact last week shipped one at a different UPS. b.) Information that should have been brought to my attention BEFORE you scanned the QR, you FF. Ok, fine, reverse the QR scan, I said, no problemo, right? Wrong! When I went to another UPS, the code wouldnt work any more cause its been scanned already. Apparently the uppity millenial self rightenous tirade prevented him from knowing how to do his job. So I had the vendor re-issue another QR return code and got my, get this, USPS boxed package (yes indeed) sent out without any issues at a different UPS. Quite pleasant experience, much different than that DA of a place. Avoid like the plague (or maybe thats what they want, the lazy bums)

Terrible customer service. Went to ship a package today and they refused to send it saying it wasn’t in a correct box (which it was) and wouldn’t even check to see if they could ship it. Went to another location and had zero problems shipping it what so ever! Very disappointed.

I went in today to ship a medium-sized package. The store had a few customers at the time and I was greeted right away. After finishing with another customer, the young man attended to me. He was extremely efficient and competent. I was out of there in record time thanks to him. He was also very friendly and polite. I look forward to going back!

Been to this store for Notary service, and the person has done it incorrectly. When asked for a correction in the next day, they said they will correct it only after it gets rejected which would delay by a month or so. end up paying again.

I would rate this location a zero if it was an option. I have been a UPS account holding customer for years. Literally decades. Recently, I was going out of town so I had my packages redirected to the Pleasant Grove store. The day before I was to return and pick up my packages, I went on to the UPS App to confirm which packages had been delivered. To my surprise, I learned that they returned all eight of my packages THE WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!! No phone call, no email. Nothing. When I called the store, the clerk, Jessica, tried to tell me that they have no way to contact me to let me know they were going to return the packages. This despite the fact that my phone number is in the UPS system. To add insult to injury, the owner Tan (sp?) called me back to tell me they were right and there was another package there that they would return. His attitude was so nonchalant and dismissive it was appalling. So now Ill have to pray these items are in stock and will have to pay overnight shipping fees to get them in time for Christmas. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store. They lack customer service skills and quite frankly common sense. I will be sure to let the Corporate offices in Atlanta know how their franchisees treat loyal customers.

Worst UPS Store in the area. They will only provide the bare minimum service. Just do yourself a favor and go to the Foothill location. The staff there is very helpful and will take the extra time to help you out if you are having problems with packing a item. I just wanted to write this review to hopefully prevent someone else from having a headache like the one I had today. I will never visit this store again.In response to the owner: it is not UPS guidelines that you use... its your own store guidelines per what we discussed over the phone. And, your fees are outrageous. This was a amazon return. And, there is no way that Im spending 20-50 dollars to return a item. Yes, I did get a new box (For 5 dollars at Walmart) because you made it seem that nothing can be sent in a manufactured box. But, that was not true... just your own store policy. The Foothill location not only helped me repack my item in the new box.... they didnt charge me a dime. The item did not fit into the box and they took one of their own boxes and put it on top of the new one. And to top that off, they even used their own tape. At your location, you are more than happy to charge someone extra just to put one piece of tape on their box. People should know that there are other locations in the area that are more accommodating and handle amazon returns at a higher lever of customer service.

Hands down the only UPS Store location for solid customer service. So glad that Jessica is still here (despite me wanted to hire her away because she is AMAZING, hee-hee). Every few months I have some sort of printing project due and I am eternally grateful for how helpful she is! I’ve seen this place be slammed with only her behind the counter and she hustles to get everyone taken care of and on their merry way.One of my favorite things to do while waiting is browse through their adorable/hilarious gift cards. Do I recommend this location? No, I INSIST upon it. Like I said there are truly no other options, Jessica makes my visit worthwhile. Every time.

I came in the other day to receive my parcel and mail and was extremely disappointed by the lack of regard that I received. I walked in and was completely ignored by this staff member named Jessica. She was assisting this other customer when I walked in and she never acknowledged me. I stood there for almost 10 minutes while she took her time helping this other customer and completely ignoring me. Then, when she finally acknowledged me, she deliberately had a snide, sarcasm as if my presence bothered her. This kind of customer service is very poor and unprofessional and this Jessica person should know better than to behave in this manner. I have been coming to this UPS for two years now and I am certainly not paying all of this money for a personal mailbox just to be disrespected and disregarded.

I shipped my artwork to the gallery in Ohio from this store, paid around $350 for return shipping and insurance for $1000. My artwork came back damaged. UPS deny my claim blaming me that they didn’t use original package when it shipped back. I called and emailed the gallery they say that they shipped my $1000 worth artwork back in good condition and used original box for it. I came to the store asking them at least to cover repair cost of the frame and glass of my art (about $250 damage) providing recites that how much I pay for it... No response from them at all!!NEVER USE THEM AGAINI did everything right and they blame me for bad service they provide!!!

This UPS really needs more staff other than Jessica working there. Most of the time when I come here, she is the only one working and she doesnt even greet you when you come in. Poor customer service.
