I always had horrible experience. All expedited services are of absolutely no use. Drivers come and just put door tag and go back. This happened to me many times. It’s always get delayed. They expect customer should sit outside of their home whole day waiting for them. Very frustrating

This location is a hub so they are always busy, but they are the kindest, most helpful, and accommodating staff on the front line at any shipping place I have ever been to (And I have been to them all multiple DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx!!!Keep up the good work, too bad I cant do a survey on you all!

Would give them a 0 but you cant. No the package was delivered but no attempt of ringing the door bell or knocking was made. My package thawed and now Im out alot of time and money. Called customer service and thats a nightmare trying to get ahold of a real person and that is a joke in itself. Its not their policy to knock if a signature is not required...

Teach your drivers to check their own door tags for signatures, updated instructions, corrected phone numbers... BECAUSE THEY DONT LOOK. (2 different opportunities)Do something so updates from your central customer service group get dispensed to the drivers because FEDEX DOESNT. (3 opportunities)Other than that, behind the desk, in person, SYLVIA ROCKS and went to extra lengths to assist me and got the package into my hands.

Bad customer service and appalling behavior by employee. I was there this evening around 5 pm when an employee was helping a customer. The customer was trying to share some details regarding their situation and the employee was having a hard time hearing them. The employee reacted by say, Im so over these masks! Cant we all just be done with them now and proceeded to remove their mask while still at the customer service desk and with a line of customers going out the doors. Then they put their mask on and carried about their business. Ive interacted with this employee several times and they tend to have large, inappropriate reactions especially with customers present. They seem to be very dramatic, loud, and short with their language. Im struggling to find where to report this concerning behavior to the company so Im resorting to this review in hopes they see it. I do believe this employee is management.

Staff here is always attentive to what you might want to know when shipping various products. If you have preprinted tags they ask when you arrive instead of making you stand in line before being told you can just drop them off and leave. Always willing to drive here to make sure Priority packages make their destination on time.

My package was to be deliver next day on Friday. It was not. I called Friday and they assured me it would be delivered Saturday morning. It was not. I had to make a 3 hour round trip to pick it up. The package was filthy and damaged.

I wish I could give it zero stars. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They delayed my company package 3 times saying they couldn’t deliver when they were just too lazy to call the company or confirm any details. Spent a cumulative 4+ hours on hold trying to sort it out. Finally went to the store and they were even less helpful. The person at the front desk was able to provide zero help. And mostly told me to use the app to try and solve my problems. Will be avoiding using FedEx express from now on. Would rather have paid triple for any other service than dealt with this horrible customer experience.

Staff is super friendly and always curious when I stop in to pick up my packages. They hold my packages which usually contain live snakes Ive ordered. The lady whos there loves to see them and take photos, its a hoot.

I have visited the Walnut Street location twice when packages were not able to be delivered to my house because no one answered the door. The staff at the counter was extremely helpful in locating my packages and sending messages to the driver to redeliver and release. They even called me to let me know the driver responded and would redeliver. Their customer service went above and beyond.

Terrible service and outsourced support. Their reps will lie about delivery times, package location, and manager follow ups to get you off the phone and on to the next customer. Dont consider them a viable option for any kind of important delivery, even if you pay for expedited shipping it will be at least 12 days until your package arrives, and the drivers are likely to mark delivery attempted and bypass your location entirely in order to save themselves time.

Had to send 4 packages that contained dry ice so I had to make the trip to this service center. To ensure I was following all the guidelines, I waited to tape my packages at the center so I was there for a bit finishing and labeling in the lobby. The staff was so friendly and helpful! I overheard many transactions and conversations among the employees when other customers werent around. They were always professional and cheery.The gal who assisted me took her time and double checked with another staff member from the back room to ensure packaging and labeling was accurate so there would be no delays in getting the time sensitive shipments to their destinations. She was patient and thorough and upon leaving I felt assured the packages would arrive on time.Ill definitely be returning here to do more shipping. Thanks fed ex!

Similar experience as the ones below, waited for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged by an employee, I was shockedal as I have worked customer service for several years, the least you could say is sorry about the wait. When they got to me they retrieved my package and several other customers packages. The whole thing took too long, and the line behind me kept growing, when people are leaving instead of waiting in line, clearly youre doing something wrong. Only giving two stars which is more than they deserve, but still better than UPS.

Their driver didnt even try to deliver my package. I was home all day, I highly doubt I would miss a loud buzzing noise at the door (I live in apartment). I know they didnt even try because they put the door tag on the sidedoor! They didnt even try to find the main door where the buzzers are! If your drivers arent gonna do their job, fire them and find someone who will!

Very poor service this is the 3rd time A package was lost at this location in the past week. Today my package was scheduled to be delivered the driver pulled up to my house I received a notification that a delivery was attempted and no one was home while I was standing in the door way. I called this location. They would not allow me to speak to a manager and told me to wait until Monday for another attempt or I have to wait until 7pm to pick up at location.

Very rude and employees ar counter give you wrong information. They dont care about your time. IF YOU HAVE A BUSINESS and you have to pick something up from them. They wont give you the package unless you have your business address in your LICENSE! So make sure that your business address is in that I.D!!!!!!

Very friendly people, great service! I showed up 10min before close on a weekday (~7:35pm), a very busy time for them as the day trucks were coming in and the last night trucks were going out, plus there were several people in line ahead of me, but I was immediately greeted and thanked for my patience, and it was clear the 3 employees working the front of the facility were getting through the line as efficiently as possible. More people continued to arrive and they let the line grow right up until their closing time of 7:45, when they locked the door but continued to serve everyone who had arrived by then. I had my package and was out by 7:50, and again everyone was very nice and apologized for the wait even though it really was not their fault!

Got in line with partially packaged shipping box, plus peanuts to purchase to finish filling. Was asked to exit line to finish packaging. Line grew 8 deep, with one retail associate. The following costumer, similar situation, was allowed to finish packaging his items while associate entered shipping info, keeping his place in line.

I am writing this review in response to the strongly negative reviews (I don’t get it). Now I do wish all shipping companies would care enough to be more careful with my packages, I do ship and receive quite a bit, and any damage is generally only to the packaging.As for this Roseville office, I give them 5 stars. Clean, safe, and convenient parking, willingness to let me use their carts, never a long line (often no waiting), friendly and professional.Again, the folks scoring so low seem to be venting about the company and not about this office.

I just had a not so great experience with fed ex today. I ordered a 3.5ft long uvb light for my bearded dragon. Receiving this light is literally life or death for my dragon. I paid for expedited shipping and it was supposed to arrive in two days from my purchase date. I had been following the fed ex tracking and last night it said that it would be arriving today by 8pm. I checked the tracking this afternoon and the tracking website stated that it is sitting in Roseville and that it will be delivered tomorrow.- what the heck? I called and talked to a woman that said it was just delivered a minute or so before I called. I have been waiting and watching for this package for the past 2 days, like I said it’s a very important light. I live in a very small complex of 4 apartments in one building. The main doors to get into the building aren’t locked. I order online quite a bit and have had packages coming from ups, usps, and amazon prime. I have never had an issue with them getting packages to the right place or leaving packages outside in the cold. Well, today fed ex decided that instead of walking 5-8 feet inside the building, they would just leave this expensive and important uvb light outside in the cold- where it could potentially be stolen. Not cool Fed Ex. I wanted to give 2 stars but because it actually arrived when it was supposed to I gave them 3 stars.

The short haired lady at the kiosk was blatantly rude because we had a lot of packages. She was scolding us for not doing our labels online and then stated that we should print the labels ourselves. Rather than making sure we were taken care of she moved on past us. She was also upset that we had old labels in the packages. NEVER COME HERE... This review is being nice...

Horrible customer service. I waited in line for 15 minutes while 1 employee worked on one pickup that they couldnt find. Then my turn finally came up, she scanned my ticket and asked me to wait. Okay fine someone in back is getting my order I thought. She moved on to dismiss the next two people. Another employee came out and berated another customer. When the last person in line was delt with she told me she would get my package. Stunned that I had waited for 15 more minutes to have other people delt with I just took my package and thought OMG this is worse than the DMV.

This is the worst Fedex I’ve ever visited. The front desk lady was rude and she is not even bothered about the customers in the queue even though she was not helping any customer and she was fully free. When I finally get to her she literally charging for the tape to close the package. It’s insane. These people are leachers. Guys if you have to visit this location for sure, then make sure that you tape the boxes before you take it to this place.

I paid for overnight shipping to my apartment. The FedEx driver was too lazy to bring the package to the apartment office (I asked the leasing manager and she was there at the time of delivery) and left me with a door tag saying itd be dropped off tomorrow. I wouldnt have paid for overnight shipping if I didnt need it tonight. After calling the facility I was informed it was too late for them to do anything about it, and Id have to drive 45 minuses to the delivery store to pick it up if I needed it today. Then they refused to refund my shipping, even though I paid for overnight shipping and clearly didnt get it due to the drivers laziness. Terrible customer service and terrible practice.

I arrived early in case of a line and waited for over 1 hour for them to say you should just go. They said all the packages from the truck were being unloaded but not scanned so they didnt know where it was....??? What a waist of time.

Like anywhere you dealing with its who you talk to that determines the help or service you get. Barely being able to speak the countrys language (English) really limits the help or service you get when contacting this facility. Ive talked to several representatives here and the 1 and only time I got any help was when I talked to someone who could actually speak english. I suggest hiring more english speaking customer service reps... When you know your not going to get your package on the day its supposed to be delivered and you want to pick it up yourself- what are you suppose to do when the package gets to your facility during the night and is on a truck going nowhere soon before your open for business? Fedex cant hold the package for pickup nor get it delivered!

Judy (woman with short hair) was great. She went above and beyond to help plenty of people who she really didn’t need to. I could see how she may rub you the wrong way because she is a little brusque - but only because she is clearly doing the job of three employees and she’s being forced to try and deal with people who are impatient and -in many cases- just plain wrong.Fedex has some issues though. Call center told me I could go pick up my package (wrong) and the office was significantly understaffed (not helped by the fact that everyone in line seemed to be having issues with their packages).

Apparently reading street signs is too much for the drivers that work from this location. Three times in a row now, my packages have been delivered to the wrong house. Had to do a cell phone warranty exchange via Xfintiy Mobile. Was not too happy that the carrier refused to send my replacement to my work, forced instead to my home where I couldnt sign for it. THANKFULLY this local distribution center is on a bus line where I could grab it. Im grateful for the location and the hours to enable this. If it were UPS or USPS, the pickup locations are convenient as well as Im more familiar. Never had the experience with FedEx until now and it was pleasant, despite how Xfinity treated my package. The center is clean and the main street actually has sidewalks, which for this part of town is freaking rare!
