My experience with Jake at the Roseville Galleria Verizon store could not have been better. His expertise, warmth and professionalism made my day.
Dion went above the call of duty. Workers called in sick and he got us taken care of.
Nick did an awesome job taking care of my issues which Verizon couldnt resolve for the last 6 months. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. If you need anything to do with Verizon, go see Nick.
Go else where. Save yourself the headache. The manager gave me the run around and wasted 2 hours of my time. Also, even when the store is in the wrong and does waste your time due to their misinformation, in store customers take precedence.EDIT: Since this review and writing their corporate I was reached out to by the district manager. She was very nice and helped me acquire (one of the last) IPhone 12 Max Pros in the area. I went to the store on Pleasant Grove and had a good experience there. Thank you for helping make this right.
Isaac did a great job helping me out with every question and concern I had. It was a pleasant experience. Id recommend anybody that needs help with their products to stop in the Verizon at the galleria mall. Ask for isaac. He represented the company very well and made my tech shopping experience easy!

I hate to say it but I had a very poor experience with this Verizon store. Johnny is who helped me. I came into to this Verizon Store to open 1 business line for my company. First he questioned the legitimacy of my company, he asked what my company does, called the business department, questioned me more and told me that unfortunately he cannot open a business account for my company. I went to another cellphone provider after that horrible experience and had a seamless experience getting a business phone line without being interrogated about the legitimacy of my company. I would have never in a million years anticipate that at I’d experience profiling like this but I truly believe he questioned me so deeply because of my appearance. I don’t look like your stereotypical business owner. I am successful in my 20s, African American, and I choose to wear braids. Please Verizon this needs to be fixed. Shame on Verizon.
A complex transaction transferring my line from a biz to a consumer account and it took no time at all! They answered the phone after several attempts with other locations and had 1 iPhone 12ProMax left. Great customer service!
Nick was great. Helped with what we came in for. Then, reviewed account to verify options. Also showed me a couple of helpful things to do on my phone. Very good experience.

The employee that “assisted me” was extremely rude. As I walked in I waited for him to get off his phone until I was greeted. I then shared that I was interested in added an existing line to my current account. He advised me to call customer service on my own. He was super short as if he was not interested in having me in his store. This was extremely disappointing knowing the fact that I used to work in cellphone sales, so I know how things work, and because my mother was super happy of getting her first new iPhone. As mentioned the man clearly showed no interest in selling anything and showed the worst customer service. I decided to leave the location and activate my line at a different store where I had the complete opposite experience. This man was A bigger Caucasian male, with arm tattoos. I really wish I would of got his name. Long story short I will not be visiting the mall for any Verizon services no more.

As a salesman, I go into every sales situation with an eye for misinformation or a lack of all the information. Unlike usual, I was blown away with the honesty and openness to info that I received from Chris Ball. Truly what I look for in salesmen. He is exceptional in product knowledge as well as customer service, nothing short of excellence with this guy. Mentioned that if he ever thinks about selling real estate I hope I will be the first call he makes. Happy, calm and confident was how I felt leaving the store after making my purchase. An all around great experience, I will recommend anyone looking for phone service in their new home to this guy. Had a great time, made it fun for me. Thank you Chris, I appreciated your help!!!

The people who work here are super! They are so down to earth, friendly and knowledgable. Not pushy what so ever. They acted like they actually care vs. other times I have bought a phone and the salesperson I could tell could care less and just wanted to be done and send me on my way. The wait time was not long at all. The entire staff is awesome but we worked with Bryan and he went above and beyond to help me with backing up my phone and being sure my data came over. I can not put in words how incredibly happy I am. Not only am I set up with a beautiful phone but most importantly the customer service I received was like no other. Chris has given me hope in life that there are good people out there that truly do care about you. Not only is this the best customer service I have ever received at a phone retailer but by far the best customer service I’ve ever received. He is a role model salesman if that’s what you’d like to label him. I never would’ve ended up with a new phone without the education he provided, help he provided throughout the multiple times I came in or the simple kind heartedness he showed. Very poor service dont help at all .once you switch from another carrier they ignore you . they kept my old phones like 6 months ago still waiting for refund no one answer my call no one listen to my problem no credit for line porting i dont understand who i talk to . it really strees me out
I have never had a good experience at Verizon in 13 years, until today. Our sales person Chris was very pleasant informed and efficient! If you have to do business with Verizon I highly recommend seeing Chris at the Galleria location.

Joshua was super helpful and explained everything. We upgraded our phones and plans and he explained all fees and changes. The only downside was he was the only one working so it took us over 2 hours.

When we first moved to the area 3 years ago, we landed at the Roseville Mall Verizon Store. We upgraded our phones that day. Everyone was knowledgable and helpful. Just yesterday, my phone died suddenly so we trekked again to the same store to replace my phone. Dion was very helpful even though he had to juggle us between other customers. Service is always excellent and fast. They get lots of traffic but every customer is greeted immediately and helped. Getting a phone in this store has been stress-free. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went into Verizon today to open a new wireless account. It was a little complicated because I was joining into the account of a family member. But they were very patient and handled my well.

Poor service. Deceiving. Added charges without telling me.The agent added line protection knowing that I’m providing my own device. He DID NOT TELL ME HE IS ADDING $15/mon protection. I HAVE APPLE CARE I DO NOT NEED THIS. I canceled it through VZ app. Also, I upgraded account w my 5 lines to unlimited but didn’t se this reflected anywhere, still have old 25g plan. Tried calling VZ phone but was on hold for 36 minutes!!! Then called the Victra store twice, first time she routed me to VZ customer service!!! The second time to a useless automated service.

I requested a refund and the saleperson was very RUDE. We even got into an argument ( so much for the customer is always right). We were told our refund check for the iPhone we traded in would be mailed to us. However nearly a month later NOTHING. We called Verizon corporate office today to find out absolutely no paperwork had been processed concerning our refund and my iPhone 10 was no where to be found. My wife called Victra today 10 times ( I am not kidding ) for the stores location CODE and the young lady would not answer the phone after hanging up with my wife ( i literally had to drive to the location to get it and there were ZERO customers in the store yet the young lady stated she was swamped with customers ( one of many lies this store uses). Luckily Victra corporate office ( Harriett Little ) was EXTREMELY helpful and professional and she processed our refund nearly a month later despite not receiving any paperwork from this store. We went with T-mobile up the street in Roseville, they are no pressure, laid back and no surprises. In my entire life i have NEVER once wrote a bad review on the internet, but when my wife has to spend two hours on the phone after getting the run-around from this location, i feel its imperative management learns the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Store is in the mall and this time of year fairly busy, especially in the evening. There was 1 employee working and he was doing a pretty good job helping everyone as he could Pretty impressed with his service and ability to multitask.

Wait in this store was 50 minutes just to return one item and purchase a charger. 8 people working. I was told two people ahead of me. Ridiculous wait time. Once I had a sales rep he had to go “in the back” to figure out return and purchase. Did he take a coffee break? Who knows..he was out of sight and gone a long time. No other store (except maybe other Verizon stores) requires this length of wait to return and purchase two simple items.
Horrible customer service. Tamim was extremely obnoxious, rude and careless employee. By the time we left the store he kept lying to to me on multiple things. Too much to write on what happened in the store. Do not waste your time here. Go to Apple and get your self a new phone bypassing these folks!

Their sales man (brayan) does lie and dont know anything he offered us hot spot only with out any lines for $20 per month and said they wont pull a hard credit check after he was done came out it is not $20 and its $85 and checked credit karma app they pulled my credit and added a hard inquiry to my credit report when I asked him whats going on and I do not want to be a Verizon customer he said I do not care when I mentioned it to his manager Josh he was like I can not do anything I will talk to him this store do not know what they are doing called customer service after speaking with 5 difrent people nothing happened we have hot nothing just an hard inquiry in our credit report and no one would help us not recommended store do not go there they lie to you and make your day crazy and do not even care .
