My husband and I drove from Elk Grove looking for a used low mileage vehicle for our daughter. Steve greeted and welcomed us right way. When talking to Steve we told him we had seen a particular vehicle on line and he had Esther bring out the vehicle right away. We test drove it and bought it. Amazing customer service! My mom lives in Tahoe and had to evacuate, so she has been saying with me in Roseville. She took her Infiniti in to get serviced today and they asked about the strong smoke smell and she told them how she had to evacuate because of the fires. They ended up giving her a massive discount on replacing her brakes and replaced all her air filters, deodorize/cleaned her SUV, and changed her oil all for free! Thank you for taking such good care of my mom during these difficult times.
I had a horrible experience the service representative was not very knowledgeable and did things unorthodox. I scheduled an appointment with him via phone and he knowingly sent me a text confirming a different date and stated still come in. The day of my appointment he attempted to tell me to come in a different date. I declined due to me making prior accommodation for the date we discussed. The day after my vehicle was serviced, the brakes went out completely! I was unable to drive my car. The service rep requested I drive it in to have it looked at again after I told him my brakes were out! He then said he would arrange a tow truck to get my vehicle. He failed to do that I had to arrange it myself after waiting 2 hours for him. Then he told me he would have a loaner vehicle available for me when I arrive with the tow truck, so I could continue my day. But when I arrived there was no loaner car available. So he sent me to enterprise down the street and stated Infiniti would be paying for the rental just provide them with a print out he provided me with. Upon arriving to enterprise I gave them the print out and they had no idea what it was and stated I would need to pay out of pocket. I then attempted to call him and get it sorted out and found out he was too busy to talk! I had the worst experience ever! I then found out the the replacement piece they replaced on my car was faulty! I feel my car was not inspected fully and the job was rushed. I will never recommend anyone going to that dealership. What really sucks is I spent over $2000 for a horrible experience. I really wish I could have my money back!
I had an awesome experience at Roseville Infiniti and with my salesman Geoff Vaio. He was always quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. When I finally got to the dealership he was waiting outside to greet me with the car I was interested in running with the A/C on. Talk about professional service. Bad. Bad. Bad. Bad.Absolutely the worst experience. I recently sold my BMW to this dealership and I am fighting with them to get paid! I have a copy of the check I should have received, dated in August, but it is now October and I still have not received it. The check is ready for pickup, sorry its in the mail, whoops it didnt go out, oh we sent it out today. REALLY? The only time a company would print checks and hide them in a drawer is if there are cash flow issues or lack of internal controls and incompetencies in the accounting and management teams.I will never do business with this company again and I caution you if youre thinking about it.

I had absolutely no problems with anyone here, even when I bought my car at this location. this dealership is very trustworthy in making all my needs quick and painless. If I need another car I will definitely make it a point to return here. Im very satisfied on the work done in my car, Thank you! Good honest work, considerate and just did exactly what I needed done. I also had some great advice and help from Nadine when I had concern about my warranty and any miscommunications, she was very attentive and helped me resolve any issues I had. My warranty had expired, I didnt realize it and needed some work done, but due to miscommunications the owner stepped up to help me with my service invoice so that I could get my car back to top shape by executing a Goodwill policy. I contacted the dealership and spoke with Jeff Vaio on the phone regarding the specifics on a used truck. I explained that I am in Denver and have been unable to find a truck like the one they have. He was very responsive to my request for information and within minutes had texted me pictures of the truck to confirm condition and specific features. i was a little hesitant to provide my phone number and email but Jeff reassured me that he understood and had been in the business for a while. He explained that things have changed and they were so busy that I would not have to worry about daily emails and phone calls. I look forward to meeting. Jeff next Month when I am in Roseville. He has been a man of his word, ( rare to find when car shopping)he is friendly and professional. Best experience I have had in 12 years!

Purchasing this vehicle was not my first rodeo. I have experienced car sales teams before and I think we all know where I’m going with this. This dealership and their team need to be founded as the new standard. Randy Townsend was professional and knowledgable in his position as my sales representative. He and Blake Nero took excellent care of me and my best interests as a consumer. I’ve been a Nissan/Infiniti consumer for a long time and the service I’ve experienced was never as satisfactory as the service at Roseville Infiniti. Shawn Pollard closes the deal with care and accuracy to ensure everything is properly documented and to ensure that the customer is knowledgable in their new product. Todd Ritter is extremely knowledgable on the Infiniti brand and is an excellent resource for any concerns or questions. I walked in trying to look at a QX60 and the older guy who sits to the left tried to help us. He was immediately more concerned about his commission then actually helping us find what we wanted. When I asked about looking at the interior of a QX60 he took us to a QX50. When I said that’s not what we wanted to see he said “I just wanna show you the interior” we wanted to see the inside of a QX60 because we were interested in the 3rd row. We could care less about a model that we were not interested in. He started to argue with us and he refused to listen to what we wanted. I asked for a different sales person and he whispered something under his breath and so we ended up leaving all together. Very rude and very unprofessional. He should probably just retire since he fits the typical “old” style of a car sales person.
Just last Saturday we came in and purchased one the used cars on the lot. We worked with Esther and let me tell you she was amazing. So attentive very cautious of social distancing for ours and her health and very knowledgeable. The paperwork was a breeze and didn’t take long at all. She explained everything In amazing detail and we are just over the top happy with our new to us car! Thank you Esther for the fantastic help!

I called about a quote and possible maintenance for my vehicle and during business hours on a weekday, nobody answered. I was concerned, however, I understand it is an awkward time these days so I decided to call back a few days later.The second time I called someone picked up! BUT, there was no advisor available to talk to at 11am on a Tuesday. The lady I spoke with, did not even ask for my name or number so I assumed they had caller id or something and she said an advisor would call me when they get there in kind of reluctant attitude.I waited about an hour. then three, then the whole day even. I thought it was very odd. Still, to writing this review, it has been a week and I have yet to hear back so I took my business elsewhere. Sorry to Roseville Infiniti, you lost a paying customer.

Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. They were not high pressure at all and worked hard to make our purchase a satisfying experience. Our sales associate, Randy, was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. He responded to all of our requests expeditiously. The rest of the staff were equally supportive, friendly, and professional. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience.

The people who work here are so helpful and attentive. I love the service department. If you need a loaner car they will provide you with one (you need to schedule that) or if it is a quicker repair/maintenance job, just sit in their lobby and sip on a beverage you can make yourself from the magic coffee machine (also makes hot chocolate). I have gone here for many years and have never been disappointed with the level of service I have received. Thank you!We have also purchased two cars here and it was a great experience!

I visited this place today with my brother who was wishing to buy a car for his expanding family. When we first walked in, no one was at reception, which was fine. We dont mind waiting but we noticed as we stood there for a while, many employees walked by, looked at us, and did not customer service us. When we got an employee, we examined the car and noticed the car had not been clean as evidenced by the stains in the middle seat and the dirty, used shot glass that was still in the back. This raises a red flag about their cleanliness and sanitation procedures, especially due to the Covid-19 pandemic. If the car isnt sanitized properly, how am supposed I to trust this dealership to ensure my safety and well-being are taken care of? It makes me question if they are maintaining proper safety and sanitization techniques within the company.Furthermore, the associate Randy, was just a peach. He really showed us a good time by demonstrating a lack of education about the vehicle, the warranty, and other questions we had regarding the vehicle. Not only was he not educated about the vehicle, he was very rude and disrespectful when it came to talking prices. The way he had talked down to us was appalling and disrespectful. He talked down to me and my brother, when we have bought multiple used cars in our lifetime and have been able to negotiate and compromise on a fair price. That was not the case with Randy. He immediately got defensive and continued to talk down to us. We were in disbelief how unprofessional and rude he was. I did not want to argue, so we just walked out and said no to a vehicle my brother really did love and worked really hard to afford.The real kicker is, my brother had the money to pay for the entire car and was willing to buy that car and take it home that day, but with how demeaning, rude and unprofessional Randy became after speaking about money negotiations, he did not want to waste his money at that dealership.It seemed as if there was ageism and possible discrimination against us. The moment we walked in, we were not taken seriously by the lack of customer service we got. Its almost like we were invisible. Also, when we were attempting to negotiate, Randy was talking down to us, assuming we didnt know the process of buying a used car probably because of us being dressed in sporty, comfy clothing and how young we looked. As said earlier, me and my brother have bought many used cars and have always been able to come to an agreement. I do not appreciate being demeaned and insulted based on Randys small-minded perception and judgement of us.Working in sales and customer service got me through my Bachelors and Masters degree, so I do have a lot of experience when it comes to that and I would never treat a customer like that. If he were to effectively do his job by providing customer service, asking open-ending questions, and attempted to make a connection, he would have learned my brother was willing to pay for it and take it home that day. Because of his rudeness, we walked out and you lost a sale.I will never go back to this place.

After my initial review the owner reached out to me and genuinely wanted to know why I was not satisfied. After i explained my experience he apologized and made sure the service that i needed was addressed immediately. Truthfully i was surprised that Marco contacted me but that just shows that he really cares about his customers. After my follow up visit the staff, specially John, was extremely helpful and provided a stellar service.

The service we’ve received from Charlie Bermudez is impeccable. This summer while on vacation we had a tire warranty issue. Charlie was quick on the response. He endured multiple calls from us to walk us through coordinating with Palm Desert Infiniti to fix the tire and get us safely back home. I bought my Infiniti X50 there and had a blast doing it! It took 4 salesmen to seal the deal, but in the end I got what I wanted. We were there until midnight without any pressure whatsoever! The staff was wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable, and super friendly. At the end we felt like family. And they didnt abandon us after the sale either. 4 months later and I call sales with a question, and they remember me and help me out. Love this dealership! A very new and exciting experience for me!
The customer service at this dealership was amazing! From the moment we walked, till we drove off in our car, we were well taken care of. My husband and I thought we would be at the dealership for at least 4 hours, but the whole process from start to finish was maybe 2 hours and the only reason it was even that was because we had to empty out our old car we were trading in. Everyone took their time to explain everything to us, from Jeff the manager, to Blake the salesman, to Esther (who took her time to show us every single function in our car and even helped us sync our phones and program our seats), to Beckie in financing. I will be telling anyone who tells me they are in the market to buy a car to come here!

Sacramento Infiniti gave me the easiest overall car shopping experience I could imagined. Justin Sousa knew his stuff tremendously well for being fairly new and when it came to purchase time it seemed as if he was as much on our side as he was his own jobs. I called and wanted to speak to someone about making a key. I am a used car dealer myself and know how important customer satisfaction is. I spoke to Patrick and he was so rude. I asked to speak to a manager and he said there was not any managers and hung up the phone on me. I called back and got someone else and asked to speak to a manager. Sure enough, there was a manager. I spoke to Charlie and he turned everything around for me. He was very understanding and nice and addressed all my issues. Although Patrick does not deserve his job I am glad there was someone like Charlie to make things better.

Test drove a certified Infiniti, got a good written estimate and told them Id be back tomorrow to buy the car. They even confirmed that morning but when I came by to buy and pick up the car, they were in the process of selling it to someone else and simply said sorry. Bought a brand new Mercedes instead from the Mercedes dealer.

Cars are amazing, very luxurious and maintenance doesn’t cost as much as other luxury brands. The service department is quick to take you in when you need something done. In any business problems will occur, but management is customer service oriented and will take care of you in a way that is fair. I am Happy with and would recommend roseville Infiniti.

I contacted them about a used car posted on their website. I asked if it was still available, they looked it up and they said it was. I let them know I’d be there in a couple of hours and they confirmed the car was there. When I got there they were very sorry to tell me that the car had sold last night and that the person helping me said she did not know because she just come back from vacation. Obviously they let me drive there to try and sell me a different car. When I told her I thought it was a terrible business practice to bring me in under a falsehood and that they are known for that she said they were in the past but they’re under new management now and it was an honest mistake. Too funny… I meant in general the car industry is known for that and she confessed on the spot! And when I look at response to reviews on this site I see that it’s the same old management. I would highly recommend Infiniti of ELK GROVE. Much better reviews and that is where I take my Infiniti for service.

As someone who has always dreaded the car buying experience, I truly appreciated this exceptional team! Mark, Peter and Marco were wonderful to work with. It took me 4 trips to make up my mind but they were all very patient and professional, no pressure. They went out of their way to locate the exact car I wanted. The finance dept was easy to work with, without the high pressure tactics you expect from a dealership, and they continued to search for the best rate even after I left. My experience with Charlie in the service dept also far exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend Infiniti Roseville!

I just had my car serviced Saturday at Sacramento Infiniti. As always, the customer service is great and the employees are extremely helpful and friendly. And theres always a little breakfast layout for the customers in the morning. Lol.
Absolutely will never be back here. Had my car back and forth between the dealership 3 times in less than 2 weeks. Every time I picked it up I was told it was 100% only to have the CEL come back on EVERY SINGLE TIME. I decide to call one last time and got sent straight to voicemail and never received a call back. So i filled out the survey honestly with all 1 stars (wish i couldve done less). And guess what? Got a call back within the next day to basically get blackmailed into coming in and sitting down with my adviser. I will, and I repeat, will never come back to this location. Oh btw, I took my car into another shop and they had my issue fixed the first try.
We worked with Sarah Farinsky and the Costco auto program. Sarah was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable about the QX50s features. There was no pressure and the Costco auto program seems to have gotten us the best price with no hassle. This was a great experience and I would recommend Roseville Infiniti, Costco auto, and Sarah to anyone looking to buy a new car.

BUYER BE AWARE, this dealer will create laws and call you names, just because they think they can do that. I would exercise caution when dealing with them. Moreover, if they choose to, theyll claim theyre government employees. Im pretty sure thats a crime of itself.Im not a CA resident, however I work in tech and move back and forth in and out of CA, for short periods of time. The dealer asked me to notarize the docs, and I notarized them at Wells Fargo in CA. I get a call later from them that Im a fraudster because I notarized them in CA and not in my home state. They pulled my credit, and took my money in full for the vehicle. Im not so sure a fraudster would let you pull their credit and pay you.When I asked them to check with DMV to make sure of the laws theyre making up. The manager that called me, claimed that he is a DMV employee, and that he can answer any questions I have. When I confronted him with that, and called him out that hes not a DMV employee. He hung up and said he doesnt want to sell me the car. Again, after pulling my credit, and taking my money.
If anyone is looking for an Infiniti, ask for Randy, this guy answered all my questions, got me in a test drive, and had a great personality! Randy Townsend and Steven Khuu got me approved for a lease after a ridiculous issue over at Acura. I got a better car for a lower monthly payment and half of the down payment that Acura wanted. They got me approved in less than an hour and I was in one of my favorite cars in 3 hours. They were willing to negotiate and were very fair.

If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. Purchased a 2018 certified Pre owned infiniti from this dealership last saturday. Because this car was for my wife I decided to purchase the 7 year bumper to bumper warranty. When signing the finance docs, I was told that I could cancel at any time. Just call in. After bringing the car to my wife and speakin with her, we decided that we wouldnt keep the car for 7 years. So I called in 4 days later to cancel. I was transferred to the finance department where someone told me sure no problem. so and so will email you a document that you need to fill out and sign, scan and send back. Ill make sure that he sends it to you right now. What is your email? I did not receive that email. The next morning I also did not receive the email. So I called and left a message. Sent an email. No response. I finally called the cell phone of the finance guy who immediately tells me that I have to come in person to cancel. After hanging up I call one of the sales managers twice. Once on his cell phone and once to his office. NOONE picks up and noone calls me back. Amazing how when they are trying to sell a car they can call me 6 times in 5 hrs. But over a simple customer service issue, im being ghosted. Now in normal circumstances this would be no problem. HOWEVER I FREAKING LIVE 3.5 hrs away. AT NO POINT WAS I SHOWN IN WRITING or TOLD by any representative of the dealership that I would need to come back to the dealership in order to cancel the warranty. Literally the day before I was told that it was a simple email and scan back. Im then told that the dealership was sued because a car engine needed to be replaced and blah blah and that this was their new company policy that all warranty cancellations need to occur with wet ink. REALLY??? Is this what a 2018 CPO Infiniti vehicle with 6k miles is going to do? Its going to need a new engine? Does that really apply to me? Fine, so email me freaking document so i can sign it and send back via fedex!!! Finance guy tells me he will talk to the owner and get back to me. Doesnt get back to me. So I had to spend 7.5 hrs in a car to sign a single page word document that my 5 year old daughter could have created to cancel a stupid warranty.The ironic thing is that I was literally going to trade in my audi A8 and purchase another vehicle from this dealership at the end of this month. But since my hand was forced and my time was wasted I went up and purchased another vehicle from another dealership. Ill make sure to tell the 500 employees of my company what kind of customer service this dealership provides and if they are looking for a vehicle that they should go anywhere but Infiniti of Roseville.
I have been looking for a Pathfinder for a couple of weeks now and I ended up Infiniti Roseville. I was very impressed with the professionalism and relaxed style of my salesman Jate. He was knowledgeable, helped me to feel relaxed, was honest with what he said, and I felt I could trust him. He did a great job of following up and not putting too much pressure on me and just doing his job right. Then the manager that came up to talk to me afterwards Todd was no pressure and honest. I told him I needed to go home to talk to my husband and he offered a discounted price and said he did not need to write it down because it would be honored. My husband and I returned later in the evening and even though Todd is not there they asked me what he said and they took my word for it and offer the car at that price. I was impressed with every person that I interacted with. They were polite, professional, and not in my face in any way shape or form. They obviously understood how to do their job and did it well. I will say we did not purchase the vehicle due to the horrible interest rates that currently exist for used cars. But I just want to say to anyone looking for professionalism and kindness to try Infiniti Roseville.
In all honesty, our first impression on our first visit was MEH; we actually ended up leaving soon after our test drive and went over to another dealership. I had pretty much decided to go with the other dealership, we was just waiting for the transfer of the car I was interested in. A few days had past and I received an email from Blake inquiring about my interest in the vehicle we had looked at. After sharing our experience, and giving him our feedback via email, I went on to proceed with the other dealership thinking we were finished with Infinity; but Blake had other plans. After following up with a couple of phone calls, and leaving me messages, I called Blake back; and Im glad I did! My husband and I came over to the dealership soon afterwards, met with Blake and Steven, and left a couple of hours later with the car I originally wanted; and I couldnt be happier! Shawn made the financing end so easy, explained everything as we went along, and made sure that my personalized plates were included in the paperwork to DMV. So thank you team, you won my loyalty; though I dont think the other dealership is so happy with you, I actually had to break the news to them while we were still with you. I will gladly recommend this dealership to friends, family, and strangers.

1st I have to say Service Dept and current Receptionists are very helpful and great to work with!! Excellent!2nd Salesman Jesse Whistler is a top notch salesman sorry to find out today that they let him go last week, he was honest and trustworthy and excellent to work with.3rd Jon the Sales Manager was very hard to work with and yes I understand the dealership still has to make money but the haggling and back and forth gets alittle ridiculous when you have to explain why you cant pay $700 for a leased vehicle and $500 a month payment doesnt seem crazy when you where just paying $300 a month...Car buying experience good, service great, sales managers lousy and very difficult.
