Came to this place to buy a car part (Rock and pinion) they told me the parts will be ready next so I waited for 3 months they kept changing the stories saying they sold it to somebody else and I had to wait for a other I still hasn’t gotten my part would rate it a zero stars if I could… awful customer service do not recommend to do business with

Called about a car I was interested in last Thursday. This black lady (don’t know her name so no offense) picked up the phone and said that they’ll have it next Saturday. I called today (Wednesday) asking about it again and the same lady picked up with a careless attitude and was like I don’t know when the car will be here. Like this is really unprofessional planning or whatever they’re doing.

Wouldnt let me drive the vehicle to my mechanic, fixed things as cheap as they could and they did not last. Be careful.

I went to the shop because I needed a hard to find part. The staff was awesome and friendly! They found my part and gave me a great deal! This will be my go to shop going forward.

Do not buy or deal with this company. I found a car i wanted. I asked them to do a complete inspection before traveling 5 hours to get there. When i arived i was promised a ride from my hotel. They did not do this. The car pictured had chrome rims this car had black wheels, the car has many issues and was obviously in a wreck. EVEN IF THEY HAVE THE ODD BALL CAR YOUR LOOKING FOR AT A GREAT DEAL STAY AWAY FROM THIS AUTO DEALER!

I messaged this dealer to inquire about a vehicle they listed for sale. They gave me information on it. I then called them and said I was coming to look at it with intention to purchase. I drove an hour to get there. When I arrived, the sales lady said her manager increased the price which was substantially higher than advertised (35%, and this was a newer, relatively expensive vehicle). This new price was well above market, especially for a vehicle that they bought at auction with damage then fixed (I already had done a VIN check). They are trying to capitalize on COVID prices; I understand that, as its simple supply and demand. However, false advertisement is not a good practice and this dealership clearly is willing to be dishonest.The sales lady was pleasant at least.I found a better deal the next day than even their falsely advertised price, so it worked out for me.Buyer beware.

Just drove home in my new truck from M-97. I havent been this happy with a new car since I got my first car 48 years ago! Sylvia, Ryan, and the all of the staff were so helpful and professional. I just met them the day before and yet they treated me like an old friend. If I buy another car for anyone in my family Im going back here first. SADISTIC NIGHTMARE! I bought a car through M97 on June 12th of 2017. The car, along with all of the hidden fees were promptly paid for at that time. Since that time, I have yet to receive the title for this vehicle. (Which I paid an extra $120 to have them apply for from the state of Michigan) and has sat in my drive way for over 3 months! They claim that they are waiting on the State of Michigan to issue a new title, which is absolute garbage. No state could take this long to issue a new title. The fact of the matter is, that they have gotten their money from me, and they no longer care. They have been rude, and short on the phone, told me they would check into it and call me back on 8 different occasions, but never bothered calling me back even once. HORRIBLE PEOPLE. I have since had to file a complaint with the Michigan Attorney Generals Office, and the DMV Dealer Enforcement Bureau. In addition to all of this, they will not refund my $400 deposit after several request that were simply ignored. Do your self a HUGE favor, and buy your dream car somewhere else.

I used this business to purchase a vehicle from Copart, an online auction. Their broker was not the best to work with, despite the fact I let him know that this was my first time going trough the process. The vehicle was purchased on Dec 12, and I didnt receive the title untill mid Jan. Got stuck with all kind of fees and a lot of cat and mouse to complete the transaction. Would not recommend this business for a purchase like mine. Follow up was very much lacking, really hard to get an answer form the broker, and seemed annoyed by me calling once a week to check up on the process. Fees are ridiculous amounts when all they did was call a few places, and went to the secretary of state.

Miss Sylvia is a wonderful customer service representative she is honest she is understanding and she is customer oriented.The finance manager however is a LIARHe sat down with me, approved a deal and when i arrived to pick up the vehicle, he was conveniently out of the office, and told me that he never approved the deal... what a waste of my entire day, gas, and time. He had the sales rep miss sylvia to deliver his news. What a coward...And when i called him, he conveniently didnt have a signal on his cell and texted me..Even had the ordasity to try n get me to spend more money with them...He mad me never want to do any business at a small lot again..(Responding to the owner/finance mamager)What im willing to spend and what i have are not the same.As im already driving a new car [not from your lot].I wanted a second vehicle...So please pay attention to the difference.

Really nice guy, but my paperwork is over 2 weeks later than promised and now I have a car that is illegal to drive. If I can get a new plate at the Sec of State in 2 hours, it shouldnt take a professional over 3 weeks.

I called m-97 car lot a day before i sent some one to look at a car for me. They said they would send me there contact info. They never did. I called 10 other times no answered the phone. I called And asked to speak to the person and charger. his name was Joe. I told him that i sent someone to look at a car for me, and he drove down from grand rapids mi. And that he has been waiting down there to see the car for 2 days now because no there would pick up the phone so i could set up a time for a test drive. $6000 cash is what they just missed out on.smh. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT A PERSON WHO IS TRYING O SPEND MONEY WITH THERE DEALSHIP. Dont buy a car from them u will regret it promise

Used this dealership to broker a bid on a salvage auction. Paid them a $600 deposit to place the bid for me - I did not win the auction. Deposit was supposed to be returned, that was more than 2 months ago. Contacted them asking why they hadnt credited my funds, they said theyd get back to me - Hasnt happened.
