These guys are absolutely awesome! Best car buying experience ever!! They go well above above and beyond and treat you like family. I would highly recommend buying a used car from them, no need to shop anywhere else. We had an issue with the ignition immobilizer sensor and they were on it immediately to find a solution. They made us comfortable in the office while waiting, even ordered pizza for us. Tony was our guy but all the guys were spectacular. They handle themselves with great patience and kindness and want to help you. This isnt just business to them, and you arent just a dollar sign!

Went in to do a test drive and was told I needed to apply for a loan first. And then proceeded to say that you most likely wont get approved for the loan so we need you to apply before you test drive. Who applies for a loan before making sure they want the car??? The car was only 18000.

Went down to test drive a car they told me to come back the next day and I could do a test drive. When I came back the next day I was told I can’t test drive the car unless I apply for a loan. I am not willing to buy a car I am not even given the opportunity to test drive. Should not have wasted my time asking me to come back if they were not willing to let me look at the car

Unreliable people... don’t waste your time and money here. Car may look good, but car doesn’t last very long. Also, they will not fix the problem like they guaranteed they would, even if it’s still under the warranty and even if it’s an engine problem.

Shadiest place to buy a vehicle. They sell run down cars, looks good on the outside, engines are bad transmissions are bad, high miles. Once they get you off the lot they will not help you with anything. They will take your money with no remorse. Do not buy from this shady location. Go to a REAL dealership.

Came in told them how much I had for a down payment and how much I could do monthly they said they could do that Nd then one guy tells me it would be 20$ over what I asked for monthly okay cool . We sit down to do paperwork and every single for price given too me was changed . I waisted so much time here its ridiculous . A big waist of time and gas to keep going back . On top of that I had gave them money for the original down payment and they said I would need to.come back the next day to get it I come back and they were telling me I needed to wait longer... It was a bunch of BS with these people ..They were nice yes but they just kept playing games . And being shady on prices .

Her salesperson wasnt overtly obnoxious, but the vehicles were not in the best shape, the paint on the vehicle we were looking at was fair, at best, with way above average miles, and with her Being a 1st time buyer tried to sell her on a 24% interest rate, which was 15 points higher than the highest rates she was offered EVERYWHERE ELSE. I would not recommend them.

Worst experience ever. Sold me a car that was gunna cost me more then what the car was worth to fix it. Didn’t even fix the car and gave it back to me screwed up. Traded the car in for a truck that after a week transmission fails and they never sent in paperwork and crewed my credit up and when I message worker about anything I get ignored. Don’t recommend this place at all.

This place is completely dishonest in terms of the down payment process. They tell you one thing on the phone but its a totally different situation when you arrive. Also, their interest rates start off pretty high even for decent credit. I was told that I would have to put down a total amount of $6000-$7000 for a 2007 truck with 100,000 miles on it. This is a terrible place to go to purchase a vehicle!

I came in with my friend bought me a Infiniti G 37 coupe Tony hooked it up with a low down payment and low monthly payment for a first time buyer great place to go highly recommend it

I bought a vehicle from this place and the same day I drove off the lot and parked the car the battery went out and I had to replace it. Also once I took the vehicle to get a diagnostic it showed that the cars power steering pump was bad and the abs brake sensor was missing; additionally someone had tampered with the cars wiring and jimmy rigged some of the connections behind the front lights. These were very costly repairs and when I told Tony about it to see if I could be compensated since I had just bought the vehicle from him and he refused to help but reimbursed me for the battery. Also Tony was not forth right with the financing part of the purchase leading me to believe the vehicle was less than it actually was. This was my first time financing a vehicle and tho its my responsibility to read any contracts that I sign its the responsibility of the dealer to explain such things as financing tax. Of course I understand the concept that everything has taxes, however I was quoted 11 grand for my vehicle and trusted that thats all Id be paying plus a lil extra for tax. It was not explained to me that for the bank to grant the loan the would charge and additional 6 grand. This figure was quoted to Tony prior to me signing the contract yet he did not disclose it to me, and lead me to believe that what I was signing was simply an agreement to take responsibility for my monthly payment. He is sneaky and manipulative the vehicle has run moderately well but the matinance that has been required has be extensive. So all Im saying is run a diagnostic on the car before you do any business with Tony and read the fine print of the contract yourself!

We got a 07 charger and two days after getting it out the lot it started overheating! Tried to blame us because said the water pump was missing okay obviously it was sold to us that way. Not only that but the middle of the dash board was broken, side driver mirror broken, and driver side door cannot be open from the inside. My boyfriend & I are first time buyers and we didnt notice any of those things when the car was shown to us. However, the man that sold us the car knew about all the little bad things that was wrong with the car and failed to inform us. And they wanted us to pay for the repairs, NO you sold it to us like that fix it! I really feel like it was bad customer service, bad business, bad service period! We went back to complain and we were promised that it would all be fixed but I dont trust them I feel like they are only doing half of their work and unfortunately I cannot get a refund. So I would not recommend this place to anyone. They took advantage of a young first timer but couple and took our money. We definitely learned our lesson with this experience.

Im going to have to agree with everyone else. Buying from this dealer was the worst car buying experience I have had. I was lied to numerous times about the condition of the vehicle I bought. These guys dont care one bit for good customer service or good product quality. As a salesman for a local business, I am shocked that Automax is still in business considering how poor they treat their customers. Hey Google, how the hell do these guys get a 2.5 out of 5 star rating when they have six 1 star reviews, and one 5 star review? Im not a math expert, but that seems a bit off.

At first I really liked this family owned business. When we first arrived, we were greeted with smiles and the customer service seemed fabulous.Fast forward, I’ve now had my car for a few months and over time I have noticed that more and more things were not disclosed to me regarding my vehicle. Many things are breaking or do not work at all.When I first purchased my car it was summer, so I didn’t check my heater, but now that it’s winter I have discovered that my heater doesn’t work. This also causes issues for effective defrosting.Today was the first day it rained since purchasing my vehicle and, come to find out, my rear windshield wiper also doesn’t work.Before I purchased my car, there was a piece on the back that includes my rear camera that fell off and needed to be fixed. They did not replace it with a new piece, instead they glued it back on. I didn’t know this until the piece fell off and was hanging by the electrical cords, with the evidence of glue.They also stated that they were going to replace the broken mechanism that adjusts the driver side seat. But that also fell apart a couple weeks after I left the lot. Upon examination of the piece that broke, I discovered how they “fixed” it. They screwed holes into the plastic and used black zip-ties and screws. They even went as far as to camouflage their work by painting the screws black. SMH. This is not how a business should be run!Unfortunately, all of these things have panned out over the last few weeks and months and my 72 hour window to return my car has closed. I am now stuck with the bill to repair all of these things that should’ve been addressed correctly by them.I really liked my car before it started falling apart and I really wanted to like this dealership, but unfortunately their integrity isn’t what it seemed. I take back what I told them and will not be doing business with Auto Max in the future.

The owner doesnt pick up calls or reply even after leaving messages. I bought a car and put a huge down payment. In two weeks check engine light was on. I called them no reply. Took car to dealer and spent 1100 on it. They have worst customer service. I will recommend stay away if you looking for quality product and you care about how you been treated.

Poor customer service. I came in asking to see i could buy or swap rims and they said that they were interested and told me that they will call me. They never called me for over 2 months and i called one day asking about the rims and told me to come on a Saturday. I came on that Saturday around 11am and waited 2 and a half hours for the owner to show up just to tell me they cant do that. They wasted my time and i drove an hour for something that couldve been told to me over the phone. If youre looking for a place with helpful, resourceful owners, dont come to AutoMax Roseville.
