We had a fantastic adviser Tessa who communicated often during the 2 week long repair. She was honest, genuine and really knows her job well. She did everything in her power to ease our minds which really helped. Her honesty snd commitment to doing the best job for us showed. She has an amazing group of technicians that really know what they are doing. I think we have found a great place to take our car when repairs when warranted. It is a difficult time to purchase a new vehicle but necessary as our current one is 20 years old! We went to several dealerships and test drove many models. Once we settled on a make and model we called around to see if there was any inventory in stock or expected to arrive this year that would meet our needs. We had almost resigned ourselves to ordering a 2022 hoping to get it in 4-6 months. Then, I called Walser GMC/Buick. I talked with Trisha who said there was not inventory but they might have one in the courtesy loaner program that is due to be released for sale. We test drove it, loved it and purchased it on the spot. With discounts and incentives, we felt like we got a good deal even in this competitive market. Trisha, Alex, and everyone at Walser was resourceful, professional and flexible when we decided not to trade in our 20-year old vehicle after we had already signed paperwork that included a trade. We highly recommend Walser (especially Trisha and Alex) and and look forward to working with them for many years to come.

Kurt was wonderful and so was Brian. It was Brian who explained to me why it would benefit me to exchange my lease. I wasnt going to explore it, but Brian did a lot of leg work that convinced me. Kurt was amazing, too. Really took time to help me work it out my options. They both listened to my needs and I never felt pressured to make decision. I am very happy and trust this dealer.

I brought my car in for some transmission issues to be looked over. Tessa was the person who helped me from beginning to end. I have to say, I appreciate Tessa and her communication with me the whole time. She made sure to send me updates, she was very prompt in getting back to me with my questions and was overall a joy to work with. My vehicle was at the shop for about 10 days which I understood as I know transmission issues are not a quick thing Tessa updated me as much as she could through the whole process. She was very reassuring me that the transmission guy is one of the best she knows. I also believe she went the extra mile to do some calling around and working with my warranty company to cover some things and I appreciate so much!After getting a new transmission and a couple other things fixed, I feel I have a new car, these mechanics do great work!

Came to look at a GMC Terrain, drove one around and of course loved it, but there were some features I wanted that the car didn’t have, no problem. Noah suggested looking at a Buick SUV... just for fun, and I ended up loving it!!! Leased a brand new Envision 3 days later from Walser! And the process was SO much quicker than when I leased my previous vehicle 3 years ago in Missouri... I was pleasantly surprised! February 18th 2021 stopped in Walser for battery and left with truck. Two years ago I stopped in Walser for an oil change and left with a truck.So this happened today, 2/27/21. Wife went in to Walser to look at a vehicle, just checking things out. Well, she left with new car.Mike was our salesman for both vehicles. Nice guy and we couldnt be happier with our service. Jesse initially helped answer all of my questions over the phone and was much more helpful than any other reps I spoke to from other dealerships. He was the main reason I came in for a test drive.Ben helped me with the actual test drive of a few vehicles and answered more questions, sent a personalized walk-around video of the truck before coming in, and provided all inclusion data so I could easily compare to other vehicles.Great team and I was very happy with the no hassle car buying process, especially in this market. I’m not one to typically leave reviews but my experience at this dealership was above and beyond. I worked with Kirk originally to look at trading in my car for a newer model with more features. He was super informative and able to answer all my questions about the trade in process! Then I worked with Trisha to find the perfect car with all the features I was looking for. She really went above and beyond to find something in my budget that had the most important features for me. She also took the time to explain how to use some of the newer safety features on a test drive. Best car buying experience I have ever had (and Ive had over 15 car purchases)! The dealership went out of its way to accommodate an out-of-state buyer. They sent me videos of the truck, fedexd the loan documents, coordinated the shipping to my home which is 2000+ miles away... all while maintaining constant communication with me. This was absolutely the lowest stress car purchase I have ever had. My salesman, Joseph Schultz, was outstanding. The management deserves kudos as well. I had called over 15 dealerships, slowly moving further and further away from my home, to try to obtain the specific vehicle I wanted. Only Walser Roseville Buick GMC allowed me to make a purchase of a vehicle en-route to the dealership. The other car dealers wanted to wait until the vehicle was physically on their lot before negotiating a purchase as it was a high-demand vehicle. I would definitely buy my next vehicle from this dealership, even with the added cost of having to ship it 2000+ miles. Their phenomenal service has earned my loyalty!

Had a really great experience purchasing my new vehicle from Walser Buick GMC Roseville. My sales rep, Joseph Schultz, consulted with me and was able to work with me completely remotely. We were able to select the right vehicle, secure financing, and get most of the paperwork out of the way. When I came in the next day I had very few papers to sign and then he sat with me for a while to go over all of the new features my new Acadia was equipped with. Bought a brand new denali sierra 1500 cash. Dave the manager is a problem sorry to rewiew as this cause the other people (Adam and Todd) went above and beyond to help me or it would be one star! After Adam telling me they would fix the initial problem Dave asked to buy the truck back to not deal with me it felt. Also telling me not to drive down gravel roads with my windows up so scratches dont happen on the plastic in front of the gague cluster which scratched from wiping with a microfiber cloth in the first 1k miles on the truck. I live on gravel so thats not rite to say to anyone especially this being a $75k truck. Im 29 and felt as if i was treated differently than if i were older. Overall cant blame one person for others who do help go above and beyond! For that i thank the aforementioned Adam and Todd for saving my experience!

Excellent experience all the way through. Very knowledgeable staff. Sales person was great. Got a fair price on a vehicle that met my needs. There is so much to learn on this vehicle that the short training does not begin to cover everything. They should offer a two - three hour training course. I am working my way through the manual which is OK and a lot better than the Subaru manual for my wifes car.

Our rep was extremely helpful and courteous, explained everything that needed to be done on our vehicle and kept us up to date on when we could expect repairs to be completed. My issue is with the overall cost of service and the fact that GMC would not honor certain coupons that came from them for brake pads and rotors, which we did have replaced, and a coupon on fluid flushes which we had done. Our rep found only one 40.00 coupon she could apply.

We were a little apprehensive because it is, after all, a dealership, but our experience was delightful. We were greeted at the door by Gabe Pantano. I was able to surprise my with a new 2021 Yukon Denali ordered directly from the factory and surprise my wife for our anniversary with a giant red bow on top like the commercials we’ve all grown up with!A couple things didn’t go as planned as I ordered it back in January so missed the anniversary date by a couple weeks and I forgot to push record on my phone on the initial around the corner reveal to film her surprise (which seeing the lightbulb go off in her head was priceless) but in the end I officially kept my mouth shut for 3 months to surprise my beautiful wife!Amazing Experience!!!

Great customer service and very helpful in taking initiative to get cars ready even before I arrive for me to test drive. I can tell the person I work with really cares about the customer and helping them make the right choice for there new car.The person I would like to thank for there help is Gabriel ( I hope I spelled the name correctly); when I arrived he even placed my new license plates on my car without me even asking for assistance. If youre looking for the stereotypical Herb Tarlick like sales person then I suggest shopping elsewhere. If youre looking for a customer-centric experience Walser GMC is great choice, they are very upfront and a pleasure to work with their team.

Weve purchased multiple new vehicles at Walser over the years. In 2016 we purchased a new Acadia SLT1, at that point wed traded in our Denali Terrain wed purchases 3 years prior to that. The 2016 Acadia vehicle had many MAJOR issues starting soon after we drove it off the show room floor. All air conditioning components needing replacing after 20,000 miles, the rear heating system never worked, at 40,000 miles the entire electrical / warning systems had a major failure. This issue resulted in just needing to pay to have the vehicle towed to Walser as the car would not start without this being fixed. Up until this point GMC covered some of the costs to fix but we still have to pay a great deal in addition to towing, and time off work to deal with the issues. Then at 45,000 miles the transmission started having issues. The diagnostics said they wont know until they do the work if its a simple valve or a major issue, it would be between $1,500 - $5 K but the wont know until they do the work. We decided to trade in, this new vehicle was getting very expensive. During the trade in process they never once apologized for all weve been through. They also subtracted the full potential cost from the trade in even though that was highly unlikely to the case on a car with 45,000 miles. This was a first GMC we had all these issues with, we believe we just got a lemon but were shocked with how little they cared. Brendan at Walser was kind but all the other people we worked with made us feel we were trying pull something over on THEM. We ultimately decided to give new GMC vehicles one more try. We paid cash for a new 2021 Denali Acadia. Im not sure however if Ill ever want to do business with them again. A simple apology for the experience with our 2016 new purchase would have gone a long way.

My vehicles power steering has gone out, it is under warranty and I provided the bulletin was posted on. My claim was denied. They stated it was due to an aftermarket piece being put in - that means a GMC part didnt work or broke! Trying a different brand that might do better is not acceptable and voids the warranty. That seems like toxic manipulation to me and I wont stand for it. My vehicle is a safety hazard to me since it is unable to turn at low speeds, this is a known issue GMC has addressed, and they are not accepting my claim.** Edit** For them to complete their special policy I had an OEM part placed and they did the other half of the work. Adam and Josh were the guys I worked with and they did their jobs just as well as they can. My problem isnt with them but with GMC. It was also stated that poor reviews hit them with their paychecks- GMC shouldnt manipulate their employees like that because my anger isnt with those guys at the shop- it is with GMC and how this car has had to have the power steering replaced 3 times by the time it hit 92,000. That is a huge problem!!
