The car buying experience was very good with them last year. That part I give 5 stars. However, now I can never get anyone to get back to me about any inquiries I make. Several times I have called the Nissan service department without an answer, and several times I have left voicemails with no call back. I have also reached out several times about my warranty and get generic responses or no response at all. I get bounced around between people and never get the answer that I am looking for. I don’t think what I have been asking for is too much. Customer service lacks.

The lease I entered into 3 years ago with Jeffrey Nissan was coming to an end in 2 months. I was contact by a salesperson, named Emily Diebel. She did not pressure me but wanted to know if I had an idea of what I wanted to do at the end of my lease. I was unsure. She asked questions about what type of vehicles I liked, down payment and desired monthly payment. I liked this because this did start me to thinking what I would like to do at the end of my lease. She emailed me several quotes and said she would give me some time to think. In the meantime I began looking at the newly designed Rogue. When Emily called again I was able to tell her I wanted to stick with the Rogue. I went to the dealership and test drive the Rogue and loved it. Emily immediately started to work to get me the style and color I wanted. I never had to call her, she stayed on top of this and was calling me, even gave me her personal cell number to call in case power was lost during the frequent thunderstorms that were happening. In less than a week, with one month and a few days remaining on my current lease, I was driving in my new Rogue. Emily was the best. She was no pressure, wanted to make me, the customer, happy and remained on top of all lease- end/ new purchase details. I recommend Jeffrey Nissan Motor Group and advise people to ask for Emily Diebel
Staff is very friendly. I never had a problem here until I found out my oil was filled way to high in my vehicle today when I went to get an oil change elsewhere. Makes me wonder if my vehicle could have engine damage due to this.

I had previously went to Nissan Dearborn and horrible experiences every single time. I was discouraged to try another dealership. However, I recalled my previous experience with Jeffrey nissan when my Altima was hit in my job parking lot they did my repairs. They are the most professional team ever. They communicated with me throughout the entire process. I made an appointment to get my oil changed and they were just as professional and welcoming and helping as ever. Every employee was so kind and helpful. Excellent customer service, especially from Eric Schmidt. Eric is awesome and very knowledgeable. I appreciate all his extra efforts to make sure I got the service I needed and the correct way. Nissan of Dearborn is closer to my home but the commute to Jeffrey Nissan was so much more worth it for my change of heart with service at dealerships.
Had a great experience working with Caitlin. This was my second transaction with them and I would return if I have a need for another vehicle. Caitlin was very helpful with the process and I like that she did not rush or push me with anything. She listened and did what she could to ensure I left the dealership happy and with the car I wanted. I e-mailed Jeffrey Nissan to get a quote on a vehicle. They replied with an outrageous price for a small SUV. I didnt respond, because it was out of my price range. They e-mailed me back later asking if I received the quote. I said it was too high and I was going to another dealership to look at another vehicle more reasonably priced. Caitlin with Jeffrey e-mailed me later in the day asking if I liked the vehicle I looked at. I replied I did but Im holding out for a better color. Caitlin replied back, No problem! Let me know what you decide and we can go from there. Well, if Im hesitant to get the vehicle at the other dealership, obviously Jeffrey has an opportunity to sell me the vehicle I was interested at there. The ball was in Jeffreys court, yet they didnt do anything. I had to e-mail a manager at Jeffrey to get Jeffrey to respond. Its like pulling teeth trying to get Jeffrey Nissan to sell me a car.
Bought a pre-certified Rogue and it was a very smooth experience.
Joe Washington was very knowledgeable about the cars and answered questions regarding the different features of the Rogue and the availability of the different models and pricing. He was easy to talk to and was/is Customer focused.I would have no problem referring friends or family to him for future car purchases.

I was required to bring my old Nissan Sentra in to Jeffrey to have a recalled airbag replaced. I was scheduled when I wished, and, despite having to reschedule on account of bad weather, was able to reschedule easily for the next day. My service advisor, Eric, was courteous, knowledgeable about the work needed, and concerned about my satisfaction. He assured me that the broadest virus mitigation steps possible were being used in the service area, so I felt confident waiting for the work to be completed. It was performed in a timely fashion, and my car was returned with the drivers side sanitized, which I really appreciated. So, this was another totally satisfying service experience, which is what I have come to expect from Jeffrey Automotive.

I have been using Jeffrey Nissan for over 25 years to buy and maintain my vehicles. Currently they are caring for my 2007 Pathfinder with 200,000+ miles on it, which has never had a breakdown. I am always happy with the way I am treated. I dont ever feel pressured or mislead with respect to services recommended, and I feel their pricing is fair. I LOVE that the same mechanic has cared for my vehicle since I purchased it. Its important to me to have that continuity and the peace of mind that comes from him knowing my vehicle so well. I would definitely recommend this dealership--since moving, I now drive approximately 50 miles to still go there!

May 2021, I brought my 2019 Nissan Armada to the service department for an oil change, tire rotation and tire pressure indicator light that was illuminated on the dashboard.I spoke with Eric in the Service Department, he told me Jeffrey Nissan would not repair the tire pressure indicator under warranty; stating the existing tire pressure part on the Armada was not an original Nissan part.I told Eric, this was nonsense. I purchased this vehicle from this dealership, brought this same vehicle in multiple times for routine maintenance, oil changes, tire rotations, Nissan recalls, purchased batteries for remote controls and had repairs completed after an auto collision.I reminded Eric he was the person who sold me the Armada and told me my Armada came from Ohio or Kentucky. I told him it’s possible the other dealership made a mistake with the tire pressure part.He suggested that maybe someone else took my Armada to a different location for repairs. This made me furious. I told him it doesn’t make any sense when I thought I built a relationship with the dealership and I live a few miles away. I asked him, why would I go somewhere else to pay for repairs when my Armada is under warranty?I also reminded him that I previously brought in my other vehicle which was a 2018 Nissan Rogue to Jeffery Nissan for standard maintenance, routine oil changes and tire rotations.He elevated his voice and told me I must pay for the repairs although car is under warranty. I told him this was my 1st time having a Nissan and this is not a pleasant experience. I usually purchase GM and now I would never recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, having repairs or service.

I will not be coming back to this location they didnt put the push pens back in for the oil cover! They did close/ tighten the intake valve which was made my car ride hard have a loud noise and take to long to pickup speed I had a scratch on the back drivers side door after the car wash. I was told by the tech that he would keep me informed of the progression of my tire being fixed because he had to call about the insurance. Almost two hours went by and I had to go find out what the hold up was and it still took another half hour. The service is definitely going down.

It was very disappointing, I wont be back, they were repairing a broken lug nut, they needed a replacement at a shop that was just 20 minutes away, and it took over five hours for them to get it done, thereby wasting my day and my valuable time.

The WORST experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I found the vehicle I wanted online, completed the application and went the next day to test drive it. The test drive was great and I loved the car. The man I was dealing with, Luigi, found a bank to finance me and I put $500 down and was told to come the next day to put the rest of the payment down when I picked it up to take home. The next morning I received a call telling me that I had to wait 3 days to pick it up because the AC was all of the sudden not working. I called the morning of the day I was due to pick it up and spoke to Luigi, who stated he’d check in with the shop and call me back. I never received a call back so I went up to the dealership, where I was informed they now wanted almost half down on the vehicle after having to fix the AC. They admitted they list all of their vehicles before completing a check of the vehicle and before knowing if it needed any work done to it. For some reason the repair to the AC that worked when I test drove it, was now causing the down payment to be doubled. They offered a damaged kia with 50k more miles at the same price to replace the vehicle I had already picked out and put a down payment on. I chose to withdraw my down payment and waited over half an hour for Luigi to return with my receipt for the refund. The man had the nerve to come back with boxes of ice cream in his hands and blame the “computers” for taking so long. He also had another customers paperwork in hand to complete their purchase. It was very obvious that they did not want me to purchase the specific vehicle that I had chosen and had realized they could sell it for more. Absolute TRASH business and customer service. I went to Crest Lincoln and had an AMAZING experience with the staff there and left with no issue with exactly what I was looking for. 0/10 would recommend this dealership, or any of the other lots they own.
