Jeffrey Automotive was recommended to me when I wanted my Kia Soul. Very happy to say they did not disappoint! I will recommend them, and especially Matt Cowan. He was great to deal with, very helpful and even dealt with my insurance company to keep the deal moving ahead. (Yes, its his paycheck, but he went far above and beyond!) Even though the deal is done and Ive had my car for a few weeks, Matt has taken the time to text me to answer any questions and to make sure Im happy with my new car. The prices are at the sticker price. They wont give you a deal even if your cashing out. I know the reason being is there inventory is low and there arent any cars for them to sell due to chip shortage and its like that everywhere. But one sales manager is very pushy to make more money off of you than necessary.
We called Kasey from Jeffery Acura to get a quote on a lease after a very horrible experience at another dealership. When we realized the Acura was out of our budget, Kasey then helped us find a Honda Civic within our budget. She was very upfront and honest with the pricing, very easy to work with and very efficient in getting us approved. She also gave us a MUCH better price than the prior dealership we worked with. This process could not have been any easier. She was awesome to work with and was constantly communicating with us even after hours to provide us with updates.

I recently leased a Kia Seltos from them and I was in for my first free oil change. I was impressed. I was in and out of there in less than 40 minutes. The gentleman that took care of me was friendly and very efficient. It was painless. I have taken cars to places for an oil change before and have waited a good hour and a half . Jeffrey Auto has a great sales department and service department. If youre looking to buy a car go there!
First of all, if I could leave negative stars, I would. My mom (who doesn’t speak English) went to a fellow Albanian to buy a car because she trusted him to translate all of the details. His name is Luigi Gjokaj and he is a car salesman here. She is a widowed mother that works a low paying job. She got a car and through miscommunication because clearly Luigi didn’t translate everything, she signed all of the paperwork which apparently included $4,800 of warranties that she did not need or can afford. I found this out when I saw the paperwork and we went back to ask to cancel them because she was unaware. She only wanted to get the bumper to bumper warranty but instead there was more included. They would not cancel the one that she did not need and not only did they make her bawl her eyes out in the office in front of everyone, but Luigi said “I don’t care about the $200 commission I made”. I mean who says that? You’re clients are the reason you make money, no matter how much you make from them. On top of this, Luigi had told her the interest rate was 3.5% but we also learned when I looked at the paperwork that it was 3.9%. He clearly was not paying much attention to the details, which is his job. The finance manager had more empathy but still nothing was done. I am so disappointed in this company because clearly she was in distress and could not afford this warranty that she did not mean to purchase. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Pathetic.
I have found their services department to be not helpful. This is the third time i have experienced this. Two times bad advice and one could not get a answer to my question.
Lengthy but detailed.Firstly Gary and his team at Jeffery automotive body shop are very nice, However lack communication in regards to call backs and keeping me informed of updates(like most body shops) while my car was being repaired for rear damage.I have an Acura TLX that I dropped off for repairs and was sent inspection photos before work was done..Cool. There werent any warning/indicator lights on the dash in the inspection photo(down below). The completion time of 15 days ended up being 23 days then originally predicted. Which was fine because I was in a rental but again I didnt receive an update on that from the body shop. After being frustrated dealing with the lack of communication, I called Gary and he told me that my car had been fixed but questioned me if my blindspot and LDW system had been working before I dropped it off(which they were) because there were warning lights on for the system. Gary told me to keep the rental and he will see what the cause was. Fast forward he lets me know that theres an exposed wire somewhere behind the backseat(which they took out for repairs) that they wouldnt fix because it wasnt accident related. Now I have to come out of pocket and take it to a dealership to have it diagnosed and fixed, How is that fair or right? Now my blindspot and LDW system arent working at all. The body shop work is very good repair wise but nothing else.
Waited 2 1/2 hours to be told my car wiper motor was shot and they needed to order one and it may take a week. I had an appointment and still waited. The car is a 2021 car.

My experience was based on an online chat with the dealership. I was inquiring into a used vehicle listed on AutoTrader with the old practice of Call for Price. The dealership representative stated there are too many factors in the vehicle price and I would need to speak with a salesperson.I have been on the systems side of Automotive Retail for over 28 years and am shocked that dealerships are still using these outdated sales tactics. Jeffrey Automotive may be a fine dealership. Based on first impressions, they dont seem like a dealership I can trust.

Service department forgot to tell me my car was done, left me without a vehicle (even though my warranty covers a dealer loaner) then called in the morning to admit their error and offered several free oil change certificates for their error but they conveniently dropped my car off WITHOUT the certificates. What a joke!

Jeffrey Auto GroupI saw a vehicle on-line that I was interested in at JAG so I sent my information in to them and that I was interested in driving it. Soon after, I recieved a text and an email from them. We set up a time to meet 1/2 way for a test drive (the site said they would bring the vehicle to you to test drive). I was also told that the paperwork would take approx 1 hour if I chose to purchase it. When I test drove the vehicle, I had questions about different features...the salesman couldnt answer ANY of my questions, he had to keep calling his GM. WHY would you assign an on-line sale to someone that literally knows NOTHING about the vehicle when you have others that DO know about them!?Now, were back at the dealership to fill out paperwork. I had to contact my insurance to get the vehicle insured before I could finish any other paperwork. The insurance company cant fax over the info because the dealership DOES NOT have a fax machine! WHAT?! So they have to send it in an encrypted email and the salesman couldnt figure out how to open it up. Now Ive been there for 4 hours (far cry from 1 hour) and was feeling sick because I hadnt eaten all day thinking this was going to be quick and easy. I told them I was leaving and getting something to eat and the salesman says I can get you a sandwich from Jimmy Johns across the street if you want I said yes that would be great. He disappears (this was the 3rd disappearance), comes back about 20 minutes later and says he just ordered my sandwich (I wouldve gladly drove over there, eaten my sandwich and been back in less time). Now he sends me to the finance guy (Im delirious) has me sign a ton of papers...my bad, I didnt read them over. I look at my paperwork at home only to find out they didnt take the measly $200 off that they said they would AND they added an extended warranty for $4000 that I was never asked if I wanted! And this warranty is part of the package of the certified pre-owned vehicle purchase at my local dealership!! Now I cant get them to answer my calls to get the warranty canceled. NEVER will I do business with them again! Very shady!They stated that they did cut me a check for the $200 (didnt include the tax that Im paying on that)

Came in for an oil change. The technician was wonderful, attentive and informed me of a recall that I hadnt been made aware of. Took care of everything for me and even washes my car.
I ended up at this dealership because I was looking to buy a new Kia and had a great salesman. Unfortunately my wife did not like the Kia and ended up at the Jeffrey used car lot.We purchased a 2017 Acadia for over twenty thousand dollars. Shortly after getting it home we discovered both key fobs had low batteries and Apple care play was not working.Batteries are cheap and easy to replace but I guess I mistakenly expected more from a dealership of this size. Apple car play required a trip to a GM dealer and $120 dollar charge.After owning the car for less than 20 days it has already been in for service and still has issues. I learned two lesson from this experience that I want to share.Dont expect better quality just because youre at a large dealership.Dont by a used GM from a non-GM dealer, its just like buying from a private party but costs more.

I was told that I needed new inner tie rod but because of their rules $2000 was the total, because they have to replace whole rack and pinion that mine doesnt need replacing. So they never charged me to look at it because they couldnt help me. It was a waste of time.
I feel as if I didnt matter! I submitted an application to purchase a car on 05/28/20 and on 06/04/20 they still hadnt returned my 23 calls, and 3 messages (according to my call history). Thanks to Jennifer (who was great) I finally spoke with someone and he had the nerve to say it was sold a few days ago. Thats strange because when I called Monday begging to check on my progress for the 18th time, she said it was still available. At which I requested to put a deposit down to coincide with the app to show my interest. Still no return call!!! He also had the nerve to say Ill keep you in mind if another vehicle in that price range becomes available. I cant get you to return a call, and you never spoke to me so how do you know what my price range is!!! Ive never worked so hard to patronize a business!!! I should not have to either!!!

The WORST experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I found the vehicle I wanted online, completed the application and went the next day to test drive it. The test drive was great and I loved the car. The man I was dealing with, Luigi, found a bank to finance me and I put $500 down and was told to come the next day to put the rest of the payment down when I picked it up to take home. The next morning I received a call telling me that I had to wait 3 days to pick it up because the AC was all of the sudden not working. I called the morning of the day I was due to pick it up and spoke to Luigi, who stated he’d check in with the shop and call me back. I never received a call back so I went up to the dealership, where I was informed they now wanted almost half down on the vehicle after having to fix the AC. There was also now an issue with the bank that approved me, and the issue was due to the fact they typed in my name and other information incorrectly. They admitted they list all of their vehicles before completing a check of the vehicle and before knowing if it needed any work done to it. For some reason the repair to the AC that worked when I test drove it, was now causing the down payment to be doubled. They offered a damaged kia with 50k more miles at the same price to replace the vehicle I had already picked out and put a down payment on. I chose to withdraw my down payment and waited over half an hour for Luigi to return with my receipt for the refund. The man had the nerve to come back with boxes of ice cream in his hands and blame the “computers” for taking so long. He also had another customers paperwork in hand to complete their purchase. It was very obvious that they did not want me to purchase the specific vehicle that I had chosen and had realized they could sell it for more. Absolute TRASH business and customer service. I went to Crest Lincoln and had an AMAZING experience with the staff there and left with no issue with exactly what I was looking for. 0/10 would recommend this dealership, or any of the other lots they own.

I made an appointment and arrived but no one knew about my appointment. They had me sit down with Sam. I asked for financing options and told him the car I was there to look at. After sitting and speaking with him for 5 min he asked my name and then told me my appointment was with someone named Luigi and moved me to his desk. I then had to re-explain everything and they didn’t have the car ready that I wanted to see even tho I was told when setting the appointment it would be. After asking a few times for financing options I gave up because Luigi did not seem to want to discuss what financing options they had. I then test drove the car out of courtesy even tho I was aggravated at this point. The car was not to my liking and I decided not to purchase it. When I came back from driving it to inform Luigi that I was going to continue searching, he very rudely asked me what I expected to get for that price. I will NOT ever return to this dealership.

They did a great job working with me via email until I was ready to come in and test drive. No pressure. Test drove on a Saturday, worked with Vibe Credit Union and drove home the car Monday night.
I went for a oil change and they usually provide a inspection and car wash and that was not done. If I wanted a plain oil change I could have went to a Uncle Ed or something. If I give you my business at least Be Consistent !

I think they charge the insurance company for nothing because my car is still not fixed. I dont like for people to do such things such as milk insurance and you know you havent did anything to the car to be charging the insurance sad but true.

I was look to get a recall air bag fix on my off day happen to call them after calling the number for the recall air bags for Nissan. They said they could get me in today if I get there by 4 pm. So kool I said I got dress when there the service advisor was friendly and helpful got my info. and car info. fast. He got my car in to the bay to do the recall and I ask if he can do a quick check of my car for anything else. I waited about 45 mins though for them to tell me that they could not do my recall today and that the parts have to be ordered. Sad but I guess I have to come back on another off day which I work six days a week and rarely get off days. Positive was the service writer, the free cell charging station, coffee, and the complementary car wash they gave my car. Just wish I could have got it done that day but it my fault for not setting things up for it.
Shout out to Bill S. Hes the best car salesman Ive ever met. Very knowledgeable and not pushy. Hes straight to the point. He checks on us to make sure that the car is alright days after we got the car. The cars name is sportie in case youre wondering.

Disappointed that Tom in the service department never phone me back regarding a free oil change that was given to me by tameroff.dealership. I felt he blew me off. Not sure if I want to bring my Honda in for service due to this. I did receive that Free oil change after bringing it in on the day the oil change was scheduled.
The service people were polite, attentive and diagnosed my problem accurately and quickly. They let me use my coupon which was on their website and that saved me $10. The courtesy van gave me a ride to work. I also like the complimentary car wash. I have no complaints!

I bought a used car from here about a month ago. The buying experience was quite bad with my name being misspelled on the title and the car being filthy on the day I came to pick it up, but they corrected the issues, everyone makes mistakes. Recently the car was leaking fluid, and I took it to a certified dealer closer to my house. The leak was caused by poor work done by Jeffrey Automotive, and the other dealership gave me proof in order to get a reimbursement. I spoke on the phone with management, and they argued with me rather than seek to resolve the issue.From my experience, this dealership seems very sloppy and unprofessional.

I always am well taken care of at this facility. The guys working in the repair shop are pleasant and helpful. There is a lounge to read to daily paper, a coffee bar, and a tv to watch. When the phone is answered, the voice at the other end is pleasant and reassuring. I definitely have not complaints about the Honda service.
Terrible customer service Rick Kelel invited me in to view a car, I drove 2 hours from my home town and 10 minutes before I got to the dealer he sold the car to someone else. Did not try to help me find a different car and did not offer me services. The car was sold so he had no interest in doing any other business with me. Would not recommend, very distasteful.

Had a part painted. Took a bit longer for then to get it done than they said, but it came out great looking and under quote!
On trade in proposals given, watch when the salesman gives you a quote on your trade in as for me on the proposal paperwork given, they lump the trade in $ with the Nissan Rebate $ thus lowering the $ amount really given for your trade in. Then on the Purchase Agreement to finalize the transaction, the trade in lowered $ and Nissan Rebate $ are broken out on separate lines. For me (as an example): Proposal line for trade in was $7,000 which is what they said they would give me for my vehicle and then on the Purchase Agreement the trade in was $5,250 and the Nissan Rebate was $1,750. I use to trust Jeffrey Nissan since 1998, but will not ever go back there again.
