I had a great experience Mark and Tasha, the service and care was phenomenal. They helped me find an amazing vehicle at prime time. Everyone was welcoming as well. All of the vehicles I test drove were immaculate. All of the vehicles I looked at were very nice clean and fair priced.

Waste of time. I called and texted and got no information so drove way out of my way to go look and wasted my time and gas for something they could have told me

I purchased a vehicle from them in August of 2018, with 500 dollars down cash. Total price was 1447 with tax and tags. Boy when I say I was wrong for not getting a receipt for my down payment! I paid them the full amount, they repoed the car and they still wouldnt release the lien until I filed a report with the SOS and hid my car from them until the investigation was over. Finally after 8 months and an investigation by the SoS my lien was taking off today!. These people will repo your car knowing you paid them out of greed! Buyer beware of these people! Look if you do go there and have problems file a complaint! That is the only way you will stop the illegal repossessions and extortion from Alex and Joe. They say its not us its the bank! There is no bank just their lawyer who funds them!

Dont ever ever buy a car from Joe at Prime Time. Before you buy the car he tells you to drive the car for 15 days and whatever is wrong with it he will fix. That is total BS. My daughter bought a car on 2/28/19 and still hasnt been able to drive it as of 4/2/19 due to all the repairs that it needs. Then he trys to act like he did you a favor by giving you more for your trade in. This guy is a liar and a cheat and doesnt care about what he sells you. DONT BUY FROM HIM!!! If I could give him zero stars I would.

I finance a van from this company and was promised if something go wrong in 15 days repairs were free I drove the van for two weeks and the suspension went bad I could have died the wheel and suspension was almost completely off I lost my job because of this and want me to pay for towing and repairs they towed it away and the only thing I got back was court papers this car company ruined my life dont have the van but still paying
