This Urban is so cute. The upstairs gets a little hot but the staff is so cool it makes up for it.

The first time I have shopped for clothes for myself in years at a store and I was pleasantly surprised. I found a few things I liked at a decent price and the atmosphere/music was t bad either.

It was okay. Went in with my daughter to check out what they had. I wasnt really impressed, but Im old and not hip to the new stuff anymore. YRMV

Staff were nice and the selection for women was good. Although, the the mens section is extremely small and they barely have much on display. If youre looking for mens clothes, look online or shop somewhere else because you probably wont find anything.

Found some cute clothes for the teenager and she even found a dress! She never wears dresses!

Always have great choices. Current trends but edgier somehow. Great brands! Fun stuff for gifts and the home as well. Always find so many things I NEED.

Shopped here today for the teenager. Lines werent bad and the store looked well kept. Staff checked on us as well.

I went here for an exchange and the staff member who helped me was really friendly.

Trendy clothing store that my daughter loves to look in but seldom actually keeps what she buys. During this visit, the ac was off and it was close to 80-85 inside. Made it very unpleasant to shop in the store. Shopping online would have been better.

This store is two stories. The mens is on the top floor and the womens is on the bottom floor. They also have cute books and knickknacks on the second floor.

They basically have nothing...might as well shop online

Love urban so much!!!! BUT, I find that they are so overpriced. I bought a graphic T-shirt at a different location recently and it cost me $30! For a t-shirt I could have gotten elsewhere for half the price!

It is pretty great but the service isnt to great they werent at the front dest for checkout i had to wait more then 5 minutes. Then I had to wait for my friends up stairs in the changing room because no one was helping them.

1. Paid $400 bucks for a dresser off their website that looked like a $59 pressboard dresser from Walmart.2. Took 6 weeks for it to arrive. Not their fault - their deliverer is a sub- contractor. It is their fault they continue to work with sub-contractors that are so backlogged. It didn’t take me 6 weeks to pay for the dresser?3. Dresser arrives- classic bait and switch . The dresser shown online is not what is delivered. Legs are Wobbly, drawers didn’t shut, random holes screwed in it, and grossly discolored.4 . Lesson learned; Urban outfitters is that classic overly hyped brand that benefits the investment firms today - the brand is probably about to floo. hyper- stylized online presence- beneath the fakeness is no real company—- or quality brand—— just layers upon layers of sub-contractors!5.Everyone is a contractor from the customer service reps, the people who assmeble the cheapo furniture, to the people who deliver the cheap furniture6.-UO represents everything that has happened to america since the rise of corporations.7. When you call customer service you never speak to an actual UO employees all are cheap out-sourced, sub contracted labor, who have no power when you call them. They Just shrug their shoulders and tell you it will take another 4 weeks for them to come get the dresser and only then can they process your refund?8. You will regret buying furniture from them.Never again.

Purchased a beanie and the cashier asked for email address. I told her I didnt have one then she became extremely rude.
