The employees are very nice and are always looking to help you. The store has a vast variety of items and its very easy to find what you need. I only put 4 stars because there are some brands that they only have online and Id like to see them in person to try out their products.

I walked in to see what the new store was like? Well of course it’s clean and beautiful. What I didn’t expect was how nice and helpful all the employees were. It reminded me of our small stores in Auburn. The employees were very personable. Will definitely go back for all my beauty needs.

I wish they leave me alone a bit since I know what Im shopping for and I am doing at this place. Once or twice is ok to be asked but every staff for 3 or more times are much. Though I completely understand how many customers they allow with limited capacity and products/display, they would want everyone to enjoy inside. Its like a candy store or my favorite chocolate store to me, and sometimes I am in and out, sometimes I compare and discover my favorites. The items and how they display never disappoint me!!

I wasted 30 minutes walking around, waiting for the worker that could do a mini makeover to get back from break and when she came back she told me she was the only one working and couldn’t do it today. She asked if I could come back tomorrow. I am not from this area and decided to swing in because of the convenience and was given poor customer service at a location that is severely understaffed and obviously doesn’t want my business. I won’t be returning.

My favorite Sephora now! The girls are so sweet here and so helpful!! There are customers who complain that they hover, you have to understand that its thier job to help you especially during covid since we cant swatch anything ourselves. Nalia helped out with a cologne for my husband, she recommended YSL and we both love it! Smells so good!

Bad customer service, rude staff and always crowded. Teenagers and kids everywhere. Prices are high and not worth the time. Order online or wait for coupons to be mailed. Youll be happy.

I LOVE this place! Everyone here is so nice and so helpful and I love that they give you free samples of perfume! I will definitely be coming back soon!😊 They have all the newest perfumes I love and tons of my other favorites! Cant wait to go back!!💗

Everytime I come here the customer service is good! Everyone seems very helpful. It is nice to be greeted by multiple people because sometimes we do not know what we are looking for and may walk away with more knowledge and products. :)

Greatest sephora Ive ever been in. Courtney, and Jasmine are two of the sweetest workers there. They greet me like a family member whenever Im there. I enjoy shopping there, and they treat me with respect and dignity. Also greet customers.

Terrible experience, and terrible service. Was persistently followed by an employee watching everything my group did, was demanded to carry a basket and the employee regularly checked the number of items in the basket while hovering the entire time. When we swapped one item for another and didnt properly restock the item, within a minute 4 employees surrounded us and demanded we come up with the product immediately or else. We politely showed them where the item was, while the other employees refused to let us go until the item was located. The employees were extremly rude about the incident, so we promptly restocked all of our items we intended to purchase and left.

Okay today I only got the name of one person but stefan and a very nice lady who found brown mascaras for me helped me get Christmas gifts for my family and gf and they were so sweet and knowledgable and helped me whenever I had questions. Thank you!

First of all I have a rouge account, so I spend a lot of money at sephora obviously, had a coupon and thought I wanted to try it for a hydro primer from milk when I tried to make my purchase Olivia “the manager” with no human skills, kept running her mouth in her ugly make up about coupon being used, I’ve never used the coupon I said whatever I’ll just pay right out cos I didn’t wanna continue talking to her, she made my visit very much so unpleasant. I’ll go to another location and definitely will contact customer care, cos me spending thousands of dollar and freaking Sephora should be valued more than that!

Definitely, if you have the option always choose the full store, not the ones located inside other retailers. Sephora is an awesome store. Yes, sure, its make-up and stuff for women, but they also have a wide range of products that will benefit mens needs such as age defiance, moisturizers, face washes/body washes, really all kinds of stuff for guys. This particular Sephora is a mixed bag. There are a few staff there that truly know what the heck theyre talking about, and like with all retailers, there are staff that really dont care, or dont listen to you. Once you find someone to help you that you know is good, keep going back to her. Tina is one of those people. She rally makes you feel like she cares about your specific needs and is willing to take the time to get you well taken care of. Overall, this is a super store and Ill visit often.

Bad customer service. I called before I went In to see if they would do my eyeshadow for me and the girl on the phone was fantastic and super nice and she said that they would be able to do it for me. Once I got to the store the ladies I was talking to were super rude and stuck up and neither of them would do my eyeshadow for me.

Took my friend to get matched for a specific foundation she wanted.. we went in the store and asked for her to get matched... the employees said that they would find someone to match her.. 10 mins later and no response by any of the staff. We asked another staff member to get my friend matched and they said they’ll find someone to match her.. another 20 minutes later... no help what so ever.. unbelievable. We just left the store without getting help. Save your time and order any makeup products online to avoid the unhelpful employees.

Sephora might be overwhelming! So many wonderful name brands to choose from! Make sure you check out their ouw saphora brand its actually very nice. Be ready to spend more than half an hour there cause if your like me you get easily distracted! Went in for one thing came out with 4! Haha

My BFF and I went into Sephora last night because I’ve been wanting to try some new beauty products. I left with a few samples but most importantly I left with the BEST Sephora experience ever. We had a great conversation with Katie, she was fun, honest and welcoming. She restored my faith in the makeup industry! I normally avoid talking to customer service consultants because of previous bad experiences but she was just so incredibly sweet and helpful! Katie we are grateful for your customer service, you made us feel important, you recommended great products and we left in a great mood. I have never had a better experience when it comes to shopping at makeup stores/counters. Thank you!

Sephora is awesome. Some locations are better than others when it comes to how helpful the staff is, but I love this store in general. I prefer it to Ulta for the following reasons: 1. You can request samples which makes it easier to invest in products you already know work.(Ulta doesnt do this) 2. You can try products in the store and they can disinfect them for you. 3. They usually have a good ratio of staff to customers which has not been the case at Ulta (I have to track down people and it takes forever to find good help). 4. I love their 2 day shipping option 5. Ordering online is a breeze and they have great rewards if you stay aware of when they put new ones on. 6. I like their brand offerings way better than other beauty retailers.

I had a certificate for a free travel perfume and I specially wanted to the Marc Jacobs sunshine one. I walked in one day and they were out of stock. No biggie, the lady told me to call first next time. So two weeks later I call and ask. I spoke to a gentleman who put me on hold twice to check for sure to make sure they didn’t restock. He told me no, twice. He told me to search online for the nearest stocked store. I hung up and checked. Roseville said they were in stock. So I came in and there it was. Literally like 10 bottles on display. When I went to checkout I told her about my phone call. She said he must’ve been only checking in the back....she apologized but I couldn’t help but wonder how he could have not checked the store when he put me on hold twice...I was frustrated and had expected better from a Sephora. I get way better service from ulta and would rather pay more for their perfume and earn the credit card points from now one. Bye Sephora. Won’t be paying the yearly fee for 2-day shipping anymore.

Place is good, usually crowded. I went with my baby and a stroller and survived though. Didnt like that there was so much people and less workers. Took a while for me to get a worker to answer one of my questions. Ive been really into skin care and love how their online system shares if its a clean product, which products are avoided in this product. Gives you a lot better comparison than if asking someone in person. So this definitely got me started doing some online shopping as well as having a baby. 🤣 also love their rewards card system, definitely get one they even do birthday gifts, how sweet.Had a girls get together and ordered a lot prices and some were left over and had to make a few returns, I mentioned they werent used or even opened but the lady still inspected each item before returning which I thought was great bc if I were repurchasing an item I wouldnt want it being used. Got my refund with no problem. Since I dont go in stores that often I did love that I could test out a few creams I have been reading about and didnt know which one I would prefer. However it would have been nice to get a 3 day sample or something and test it out on my face since I am sensitive to some products. Overall not to bad other than too much people at times and not enough workers to accomodate the needs.Helpful tip: if you are buying skincare, looks at the workers skin first then take their advice. For makeup same thing, I look for the one whose makeup I like the most, (ex. No cakey foundation, no heavy makeup or eyeliner) and then ask for recommendations or advice on products ❤ youre very welcome 😉

For the first time ever I used my vib rouge perks of a free 45min makeover. It was for a photo shoot. The makeup artist I was paired up w/ was Lusi. She was so pleasant, professional, knows her product knowledge & has a real talent & passion for makeup artistry. I will definitely be back to shop & visit w/ Lusi for more of the must haves as seasons change. Book with Lusi for your makeovers youll be so happy you did!
