Alyson is a waxing goddess. Ive had my fair share of girls waxing me and she is by far the most professional and experienced one. You can always expect to feel a little bit of pain when waxing but with Allison its almost non-existent. Shes also one of the trainers so you know shes your girl for your more sensitive areas.

I called a little last minute to get a Brazilian and they had one last opening! The girl at the desk was super nice and helpful both on the phone and when I arrived. Summer did my Brazilian, she was so nice and sweet and got the job done in a very timely manner, was in and out of there within 20 min. I’m very happy with my service and i will definitely be returning to summer😃

Everytime Ive gotten something done here they have been amazing. So sweet calm and mellow Im not freaked out and they do an amazing job

My estnathist is awesome, very personable, friendly, and professional, not mention knowledgeable of her skill. Im a huge fan of theirs and will be a regular customer moving forward. Alicia always does a really clean wax that turns out perfect every time. The staff is friendly and it’s ridiculously easy to schedule an appointment on short notice like I always do. I can’t speak for other locations, but whatever the ladies here are making, they should ALL be making more! 10/10 customer service.

The girls here are so friendly and do their job well. I havent tried any other places to get a wax but I think its a little pricey but if you get a pass its a big money saver and way worth it

I had Natalie wax me today for my Brazilian and she was absolutely awesome! Had a few past traumatic experiences with former wax people in the past and so I didnt get waxed for awhile. Was stepping out after awhile and super skeptical and afraid. My experience was Natalie was totally redemptive and Ill be returning again to see her again. I am always treated so well when I come here! Plenty of services available, and the app is super helpful for booking or changing appointments late notice. The shelves are stocked with different beauty products, but I recommend the ingrown hair serum. Ask for Britany! (:

I have tried other places, but ultimately keep coming back here. Wax on. Wax off. And with it goes all the hair you wish you didnt have. It is pricier than other places, but their wax also hurts less, and Im willing to pay a premium for that. They are always thorough and I can usually go a full month begore I have to go back. The wax passes are definitely worth it.

Never have any issues with them! They are so nice and their products actually work for me! Tried the ingrown serum and now Im trying the wipes instead and it works great! Natalie is so sweet and good!

They are great. They explain why they do thing, ways to prevent things, and what to expect down the road. I bought package deal. Love the friendly staff and the place was clean. Its pricey but worth it. There isnt a wax lace that will get 100% of hair removed the first visit but it you continue going with them, you will be smoother than a naked cat.

I usually go to the Folsom center and that has always been a great experience but this one time I had to choose this location and did not have the best waxing experience.....they are all very friendly but the girl who did my waxing put a lot of pressure while applying the wax inspite of repeatedly telling her not to....she kept saying the wax has settle in so she has to put a lot of pressure and spread it... application was 10x more painful than removal......worst waxing experience of my life........I even noticed that I had a few blood clots after the session....I will choose a different wax specialist if I ever go here

Yeah everyone is right staff is friendly but I didnt like the services I received for my full face waxing hair wasnt completely removed. The front desk ladys were nice they asked for tip which I didnt mind but the girl that did my face rushed the whole process there is 4 steps for them to do she only did the 2 and I had to ask for the Rejuvenated for my face. Not worth it for 40 dollars. Im sticking to my regular facial waxing... Sorry to say but thats what happened..

Awesome staff. Great location, and they do a great job. I like getting my eyebrows done so that I have two instead of one, but I dont want them to be shaped or too clean cause Im not into all that and they make them perfect.
