I love this store, its on the smaller side of the Cosmo stores but the customer service is great!

The Store Manager, Liz says that the only time you can return a broken item is if its unopened. How the hell am I supposed to know if something is broken until I open it? Clearly I will no longer shop at this CosmoProf. Ill just head over to the SalonCentric on Harding or on Greenback or use Amazon.
