The pharmacy here is terrible. Go somewhere else. They can’t get it together.

Been going here for about 8 years. Was a great pharmacy! In the last year, maybe less, the pharmacy has been getting worse and worse! The staff has completely changed, for the worse. The old staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Knew who I was and cared about my prescription needs . Now they are rude and let my prescriptions go past fill dates with any notice or attempt to contact me! They no longer seem to answer the phone so now I have to drive there just to ask a question about my prescriptions! Its sad really to see how a great pharmacy can turn into this !

I always find my receipt has been rounded up. Nobody asked if I want to, they just do it.

I love my Pharmacists here!!! They recognize me when I come in, advise me on each medication, and are ALWAYS open to questions! I look forward to coming in and picking up my Prescriptions!! Thank you!

Really unpleasant experience with one of the pharmacists, she was unorganized and rude. Overall I would go to a different rite aid pharmacy, save yourself a headache.

This used to be a 5 star review. However, after dealing with Nora, the pharmacist on duty on Saturday, September 25th, 2021, Im taking all my prescriptions to Walmart. I have never spoken to a pharmacist more inept in all my life. First she told me that I had picked up my last prescription early. Then, she told me that I couldnt pick up my prescription because I had picked it up LATE, and the law states that they must go by when the prescription was picked up, not when it was filled. When I pointed out she had contradicted herself, she became impatient and told me very firmly, as if I were a pill-seeker trying to get medication early, that I was not getting my prescription until the correct date. When I told her that I dont like dipping into my reserve medication because I dont always get the chance to pick up my medications on time due to work and family responsibilities, she told me that they didnt like patients having reserves even though my doctor says I dont have to take all of my medication if I dont need it on that day. Apparently, Nora thinks she knows better. Well, Nora, Ive been a customer of Rite Aid for over a decade, and you just convinced me Rite Aid is definitely NOT the pharmacy it used to be. My advice? Steer clear of this pharmacy. The front end is awful and they only have one decent pharmacist left that Im aware of, which is Andrew. But, who knows how long before he quits and goes elsewhere? Keep in mind, I dont often leave negative reviews. This is the rare exception.

I always liked this store and pharmacy. I shopped for pens and pads for 3 months no luck empty shelves, I went for a new coffee pot, which Ive bought there before. Not anymore, just alot of empty shelves . Not a way to make money.

Lots of seasonal items, 90% off on fall and holloween. Electronics makeup, refrigerated and frozen items. Like a small grocery store. Oh and they still sell smokes.

A great place to shop for personal and medical needs.

JO and Everyone in the pharmacy are excellent! They are so friendly and on point! I’m so happy with the customer service I have received since 2018!

Leticia was my cashier this morning and she just had a bad attitude. She rang up my item and as I was retrieving the amount from my wallet, she walked away. I said can I have my change please. With a sigh she returned and said she thought I gave her exact change. I said no I didnt. When she realized it was 2 cents, she rolled her eyes and oh your want your two pennies and I said yes. If I shop here again I will not let her service me. Maybe should do some roll play with your employees, because that is just terrible customer service and there are many other pharmacies people can go to..

The pharmacists is real rude and not very friendly at all. Went to get a prescription filled as a new patient and didnt know I needed different insurance and she gave me a mean attitude and recommended I go to Walmart or Costco.

I use this pharmacy and have never had an issue, they have always been friendly and professional, I have witnessed on several occasions people giving the pharmacy techs (not the pharmacist) a really hard time, and if they were rude you probably deserved it for giving them attitude.

Kind of snobby at the pharmacy. Dont ask any questions because every question is a stupid question.

Wouldnt give a handicapped person on crutches a plastic bag for purchases to walk home with :(
