Well... You tell me.You can see my before, what I wanted, what I got and after returning for a correction. I had a master stylist...She said i had too much gray for it to show up. My hair was pretty dark when I started. Oh well.

I loved the salon and Josh did my hair and he explained everything to me and was fabulous. I cant wait to go back to see him!!!!

Lakea is the best, not only she is very knowledgeable, she is also very patient.I love that she will take her time, not rush you, sit down with you and discuss what type of hair style is better for you, what her plan is and what you can expect. Me and my son have come to this salon since 3 years ago, by far, she is the best, better than anyone I have meet here, not only her skill, but also with a golden heart.

After no hair cut let alone a style or color for 3 YEARS... My husband surprised me and set me up with Kathy. We cut off about 4 inches, the shape and the color is so beautiful. She took kindly to my worries and my wants and i left super satisfied. She recommended some great products and got.me the best deal. Thanks again Kathy and wonderful hubby.

Have had my hair done here by several stylists here and Ive never been disappointed! Been coming here for 2 years now! The atmosphere is great and I always feel welcomed. The energy is young so dont be offput by it being a JCP salon!

My mom and I made appointments yesterday online. My appointment was with a guy, and hers was with a woman. We got there on time and they took my mom back right away, while k waited for a couple of minutes. I was taken back and sat a few chairs away from my mom. My mom was told by her stylist that the coupon wouldnt work because her stylist was a master stylist, which we didnt know when we made the appointments, she also said that her minimum was at least $95.00, but the online booking said $85.00. She also had a nasty attitude like she was so much better because she was a master stylist.When I told my stylist what I wanted, I wanted a really like color and I had dark roots and light hair. He was like it would be a double process and at least $190, which is absolutely ridiculous. Then my mom asked how much it would be for highlights he said he needed to check the system and left. So we waited for a few minutes, and we called Fantastic Sams in Rancho Cordova who did a phenomenal job, for a much lower price, then JcPenneys ever would have. My hair was light like i wanted and my moms looks very nice and she loves it.This is not the first time Ive had an issue with this salon. I came here after Christmas and my hair color started looking bad, my roots started coming out by 3 weeks, plus they overcharged me more than I was even quoted.So I think this time I think they were trying scam us, and this place does NOT do quality work. Go somewhere else, and spend your money for better quality. Fantastic Sams in Rancho Cordova is AWESOME, they do quality work for a lower price.I will probably NEVER go back to this salon. They are so overpriced for nothing.
