Would rather go to this sephora than any stand alone location. The absolute best service by far. Also an a husband with a wife and 5 daughters who gets sent on errands often. They are the most helpful and never make me feel unimportant

Limited selection vs larger Sephora store in mall. Felt I had to request service vs being approached and asked how I could be helped. Although, I was only customer in store. However once I asked for help staff informative and helpful

I was not greeted by the workers. They seemed to be more interested in the conversation between themselves, and the causasian customers, more than me (Im black) and my friend (who is also black.) We were in there for 15-20 minutes before we were even greeted, or looked at, and its after I was roaming around and continuously picking things up. Which I can only assume the reason I was approached was because I seemed to be suspicious.

I love the products here but the employees were so rude! I booked a mini makeover here for my birthday and when I got there, no one was working. After 10 minutes of waiting, someone finally comes up to help with my mini makeover. Ive never done this before, it was my first time, I thought they would have nice bedside manner like hairstylists would at a salon. But she wasnt helpful at all, she acted like she wanted it to be over with. She didnt offer me to sit at the chair, it was awkward and it felt rushed. What a great way to start off my birthday 🙄🙄🙄

I went into Sephora looking to redeem my points. I didn’t need anything at the time and I just wanted to redeem my points for a purfume. The Asian girl who helped me said they didn’t have anything for my amount of points that I had. They only had rewards for 100 points, but I had more. Then she rudely said ... “you know you have to buy something to redeem your points.” On the Sephora website it states that when inside a Sephora no purchase is required. Very rude and a liar. Would not recommend this Sephora. Won’t be coming here again.
