The people working here are so nice and hilarious! They made my first trip to a MAC wonderful and I ended leaving with quite a bit of product that they helped me pick out. They helped me match my foundation shade perfectly and I will definitely come back to this location.

Courtney was awesome!!!! Go see her! She was warm and stands out from the rest! Knowledgeable about the products. My sister went in for the recycle program. She returned empty containers for free items 6:1. We chatted as she picked items out. Best experience I have had in a long time in a retail store.

Incredible! I am an older woman who loved the product, but had never received competent help. Much to my surprise I discovered a MAC store in the Roseville Galleria.I received excellent help which was so good that I went in search of my shopping buddyand brought her into the same woman who it turns out is the assistant store manager. She knew her product, was not pushy, yet solved our make-up questions or problems. She was fabulous! Usually cosmetic sales people ignore or give light service to the older customer, but this lady gave us full attention and we ended up happily spending just under $200.00 between the two of us. Today is the day after and there is no buyers remorse. The cosmetics,which were carefully recommended, fill the bill. Thank you for not ignoring your older customers and producing a fine product. I am very happy and will continue to visit this young woman in the future.

We visited Mac cosmetics last night me and my mother in law. We had Reggie Freeman did our makeup, we felt like 2 million dollars...not only he is an amazing artist but so warm and living a well. We will recommend to go there and feel special to anyone who feels lie it.

Super friendly staff at this MAC cosmetics. Even gave my ten-year-old a free makeover. Made her day!

I always love going into this MAC store. They have great customer service! They help you as soon as they can and they can and they dont try and push products on you!

The staff is super helpfel and polite here. I needed some make up and they got me taken care of in less than 30 minutes. I walked out with fresh makeup applied and all the supplies i needed in the bag. I even had my little one with me and they fid some glitter and lip gloss for her as well. I often buy makeup there and my skin does not break out from it.

Had a make up session today with courtney and she was so friendly and did such a fabulous job! 10/10 would reccomend

Jas is the ONLY reason I would ever give this store 5 starts, if not for her I would give it none. She outshines everyone with a great smile and wonderful customer service. I wish you could multiply her!!

I went in at 1030a.m. this morning. The two employees were talking to each other and were using a lot of curse words. Not professional at all. I ask the young lady if she could recommend any lipstick that did not have any grey undertones but she wasn’t very helpful so I left.

Went there to buy specific make up for my wife during Christmas time the store was packed and very busy I was lost and had no idea what I was looking for Ashley j took the time to help me find everything I needed and when my wife got her gift she was amazed that I got all the right stuff thank you again Ashley j!
