This store does not care about customer service. They only care about selling you on products that do not help your skin care. After summing up a total of $100 and getting a free moisturizing lotion, one of my purchased products ended up not working for me so I asked for a return. They would not do the return with out taking back the “free gift item” because my total was no longer $100. Will not be shopping at this store again.

Tried to see what was the best match for my skin color, tried to get help from the girl there. I think her name was Cesilay or Sisalay, something like that. She was pushy. Had bad customer service and an even worse attitude. I would of bought something if she wasnt so rude. I understand youre having a rough day (something about a daughter) but no need to be unkind. Please be more welcoming and nice next time
