As always, they place their specials in akward positions to confuse you. This is why I always take pictures of the sales so I have supporting information to show them. On this day I left without buying what I came into purchase because of the deceptive placement of the special. I then found what I need on line for 1/3 the cost of Ulta. After the extra 10% discount, I was able to buy three bottles of the shampoo I needed for about the same price as one bottle at Ulta.😁😁Great day for me, not so great for them because now my wife and daughter have stopped going there as well. Hopefully, more people will find what they need online for less the cost than at Ulta. I saved money had it delivered to the door, and now do not need to worry about shampoo for the next 12 month.

Krystal at the Brow Bar does an AMAZING job! I see her every 4 weeks and she always takes care of my brows! Dani at the Ulta Hair Salon explains what she does with your hair. The other staff is very HELPFUL. This is Ulta is my favorite store to go to.

I had my hair done about 6 months ago. The hair stylist did everything I asked her NOT TO DO. Im a long time customer of Ulta from the woodlands. I have never paid so much for a cut and color that was entirely NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. I WAS SO FURIOUS I DIDNT DARE SAY ANYTHING BECAUSE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN RUDE. RECENTLY I Made ALMOST A $400 purchase. Explaining what I wanted and stated I did not have gasses on so I was putting trust in the associate. Got home and realized she totally miss understood me. I don’t return things as it is a hassle. So now I have spent over $800 for a haircut and color that I had to spend more $ on to get it fixed. Now I have $400 in products I won’t use. Employees called for next in line and then told my husband to get to the back of the line when he was next, and the other people in line weren’t even ready. They were super rude with him and I guarantee they wouldn’t have gotten past me if I was present. HR will be notified.

Nice place to go for most of your beauty needs and I like the use of coupons.

Terrible customer service. I tried to pick up an online order for my daughter and even though she listed me as an alternate person to pick it up, the lady who was working there that day was very rude and she and the manager refused to give it to me because her excuse was that my last name and my daughters are different and thats why she didnt give it to me.

Sells clerks really know there stuff! Helped me pick out makeup and cleanser that was good for my skin type.

I enjoy going to this location and will continue to. The staff is welcoming and friendly and checkout has been fast in all my previous visits. The store is clean but sometimes feels a little warm at times.

Was there yesterday to pick up a few things I needed. The staff was extra helpful and friendly. Only downside was that it was super busy and the checkout line was a little long. Overall great experience.

This place is so immaculately clean. When you walk in it smells so good. All of the different fragrances from colgnes, hair products and lotions. Great prices and helpful staff

Take some notes from the Mesquite store!! You really need some better customer service.

Terrible experience, could not try any product, no way am I spending money on a product I can not confirm how it looks on my skin. They had color swatches but that is not acceptable to see how it works on your skin tone.

Great place for makeup but sometimes the staff can be judgy judgy when it comes to how much you are willing to spend on products. Not all of us get that amazing discount and not all of us can spend a butt load of money on skincare, haircare, and makeup.

The manager Amanda needs to take a managers class to learn how to speak to customers that are having issues with the workers there.

Q helped me today and she was so very helpful, it was lovely. The store is so pretty for the holidays its a lot of fun shopping, a nice break from the gloom of Covid.

The sales Associate Melissa at the Brow Bar was super sweet.

The staff working on Saturday august 15 at about 3/4pm were so rude! While checking out they were so rude. The ladies helping on the floor were nice though. The girls at the front counter were rude and didn’t greet or say thank you. Didn’t clean any keypads after each customer. Didn’t enforce any type of social distancing.

Bad experience with GM Amanda. It’s sad how rude she is to paying customers. If she treats customers this bad, I can’t imagine how she treats her employees under her!

Beauty, skincare, fragrance, hair care, and cosmetic store that carries a wide variety of products. One knock on Ulta is that it doesn’t carry all the brands, specifically higher end brands, that Sephora (my favorite beauty store) has.
