Great service and amazing staff

I was in the store today for hair color and the manager Evelyn is absolutely the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever seen. Very rude. I was asking questions & she kept rolling her eyes acting as if it was bothering her to help me.I do not recommend going in there if she is working.

Every time I come to this Sally’s there is only one person working the same person. So I have to wait in line for 30 min to ask a question. They are too busy to say hello. Which i understand how hard it can be the only one working but if you go to the one in Rowlett they have 4 people there all ready to greet you. So I don’t recommend it here since they only have one person working at all times

Customer service was excellent and I am one of those that will ask a million questions . everyone there was very patient.

Havent been to Sallys in a while and decided to make a stop. I was overall disappointed in my trip. Some of the shelves needed restocking and were becoming bare. The employee working didnt once acknowledge my presence and she passed by me a few times (I was the only customer in the store). She was busy doing something for her job, but a simple Hello or Welcome wouldnt have put her out. I didnt bother to stay around and shop.

I met Linda today. She is an amazing associate. Sally Beauty is one of my favorite places, and its because of the staff. Linda IS a reason to go to Sally Beauty!

Shelves stocked full. Clean and pleasant to shop in. Store manager and associates were fantastic and super helpful. I will be making the drive to come to this one instead of local one.

I placed an order and my husband went to pick up tonight per my email of my order being ready, also before closing (before 7) unfortunately even as he could see other customers inside he was told no from a locked door. To turn him away knowing he was handicapped and a little slower but still before closing is unprofessional and distasteful.

The manager here must be doing something right!I recently came in to get a couple of products, because of a new haircut that I wasnt sure how to style. Summer went above and beyond to help me find the right products and seemed to genuinely care about making sure I left with what I needed and more! She was the type of associate I would try to recruit if I had any open positions in my store.I came back in and then Jen assisted me. She was also very knowledgeable and made great suggestions! Keep up the great work!!

Asked sales associate for her opinion on a color and she proceeded to not answer my question and tell me unnecessary things about my hair that genuinely rubbed me the wrong way. The Curly-haired brown/blonde chick should rethink how she speaks to paying customers. Walked right out and WILL NOT be returning.

Staff was very helpful in finding a brush for me, a guy who has never brought a brush before and had no idea what I was doing. Great advice that led to a purchase! Definitely a better experience than I expected as a guy wandering into a beauty store.

With the store recently under new management you can feel the great new vibes! Employees seem refreshed and ready to help at any time! Excited to establishment my business relationship with them!

I do not think a business should charge customers for brown bags. The assistant store manager charges me 0.15 cent for a brown bag. Didn’t know until I walk out.

I dont usually go and leave bad reviews but until this store receives new management I will no longer go here nor will I recommend it. I stopped in the other week to get some supplies to color my hair and the place was trashed and un-organized and it really shows when you see who is responsible. staff seems under-trained and the manage running this store was nothing but down right RUDE. avoid this place like the PLAGUE!!!!

Its near the Target in Rockwall - very small shop but goes deep - if youre not looking for it or know its there - youll blink and miss it :o) ... Once inside the store, the employees are really helpful and kind. I never ever know what Im doing in there, but I always manage to get what I need with their help.

Nice helpful staff, was there a couple of times with my daughter and they had a good selection of hair dyes and other hair products she wanted.

Went in and bought clippers. When I got to work and tried to use them and relies they had already been used and broken. someone had dropped them or threw them. I then put them back in the box. I then relies the girl didnt give me a receipt or a bag. She just handed me the box. The girl also was clueless on any info on the product. She couldnt even offer any solution or bothered to get anyone else to help me. If you professionally cut hair, its better to just go to Armstrong.

I saw the promote code on the sally site, they said it 15% off in store or online. I was be sally rockwall. And ask for 15% discount. She was tell me the code doesnt work in store and doesnt want to fix it out (like orther sally store). Just feel like scam and disappoint.

Have been to this location twice in the last month. Both times I received subpar service. The first visit I was stocking up on nail supplies and the staff could not be bothered to awnser 1 question . Second visit I couldnt get anyone to help me, despite lack of traffic in store. Heading to another location as will not try a third visit.

Dont go to sallys i was told to put on a grey coverage toner and was assured it wouldnt do anything wrong to my hair, i had no grey hair, now my whole head is grey! They said to try dawn dish soap to remove some of the color?! They arent beauticians and unless you know EXACTLY what youre looking for dont trust these people!

Iove this store it never fails when I need to do my hair touch up they have a sale on my color and band.

Horrible staff. Wouldnt recommend going to this one.
