This location has always been a great place to shop. The employees are friendly and always excited to help how theyre able.The store is not only beautifully merchandised, but has been fully stocked each time Ive visited. Everything on my list has always been ready to come home with me.Definitely a great place to get all your bath and body needs!

They have installed about 11 registers, one right next to the other, with this bad set up, I paid, when I was given my change, the cashier slammed the drawer, and everything went to hell. The register turned off, had to wait about 20 min to have my order re rung, tried to use my gift card, and of course, it said it did not have a balance. The mgr? called customer service, they never answered. Please fix this, as your as season will be a nightmare with faulty registers. PS I paid for 6 hand sanitizer s, only got 5

The online process and picking up from the store is always a nightmare. Orders are ready.. but either computer trouble.. or they are just too busy to hand me my order that is already paid for. I will not be using this store for anymore online orders. They have to do better.

I stay broke living in Bath & Body Works. I love the store and just about every fragrance. The fact that their now doing online orders for store pick-up is a great plus. The staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable when it comes to their merchandise. I love BBWs so much that their products are the only ones I use. Here are some of my favorite scents. I will forever be a customer!

Employees are really nice and helpful. Greet you walking in front door, offer you a shopping basket. Helping throughout the store, answering questions, etc. Always a pleasurable experience here. Keep up the good work!

We absolutely love the renovated Bath & Body in Rockwall. Right when you walk in they offer hand sanitizer to all guests and a paper shopping bag. They take safety and cleaning guidelines serious and we appreciate it. They have established extra registers for social distancing and are monitoring occupancy. The company has done some revamp to their packaging and made everything look updated and fresh. This store is full of everything you need and has plenty of variety of scents in all product lines. Great job to the Rockwall, TX store.

Great selection. Sadly when i went to check out there was a lot of chaos and 3 cashiers were open so i asked 1 if there was a line, because i didn’t want to wrongly skip a person, and the employee yelled at me to “GO ASK A CUSTOMER” and rolled her eyes. All the other employees around her did nothing. Very disrespectful and uncalled for. Also they didn’t apply any of the sales when i checked out. 1 star added for selection 1 star added for the very helpful employee in the hijab.

Always love the scents they have here..it is a bit pricey but they always have good deals going on and the candle holders are so beautiful!

Each time I come in here a majority of the employees are so sweet! However, an encounter I previously had here always makes me hesitant to walk in. I was up at the register ready to check out and there was no one at my register, which was not a problem at all, I didn’t mind waiting! It had been a while before my friend who was with me finally told someone. Even though she was restocking, the employees have walkies so my friend assumed she could call someone to assist me, or even help me herself. She was an older lady and she snapped at my friend and said in a rude tone, “Well she’s going to have to wait.” I was in shock, as someone who has worked in retail and deals with customer service, I couldn’t even imagine speaking to a customer like that, and I’m a teenager. It didn’t happen recently, but it will always leave a bad taste in my mouth when time I come in.

This place is absolutely beautiful after the remodel! So much bigger and a lot easier to move around in, especially when it’s candle day! Annie was a great help when checking me out! Sometimes I dread coming in here if Drew is working, she is the most aggressive rude bath and body works employee I have EVER encountered. I’m honestly surprised she has been there so long, always belittling customers and screaming at the employees. But other than that 4 stars ladies!

Glad to see we have a larger store with more space to shop! However. I agree completely with the other reviewer. DREW IS THE ABSOLUTE RUDEST, AGGRESSIVE CASHIER AT THIS LOCATION!! Ive often wondered the same thing, how shes able to still work there?? Ive started going to Firewheel while they were remodeling, and found they have better customer service anyways!!

Love the store but their prices have gone up so much that I didnt buy anything a simple little air freshener for the wall plug in is $7.50 that is too much for something that small that you need to buy for your plugin... so mine will sit empty until they lower the prices😔

Went there this past week for their annual candle day and it was honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had at a BBW. We stood in a line for maybe 5 or 10 minutes and I was expecting it to be so much longer. They were working fast and efficiently. The highlight of my visit was that girl at the front that was directing traffic. She was so much fun and upbeat and a made me laugh. O think her name was arnicia if it is Good Job Arnicia and I’m looking forward to seeing you on my next visit

This place is not good. Since they remodeled its totally disorganized. They have each product placed willy nilly throughout the store. There are 17 million girls in there at any given time occupying every square inch of floor space. I was kind of excited that I was in a covid hot spot because I want to see what its like but unfortunately I came up negative ☹

Love shopping at this location. The after holiday sales r awesome and when u have a coupon u save even more. I purchased the comfort body scrub that is usually$16.50 and it was on sale @ 75% off plus I had another 20% off coupon. Which I ended up paying $3.20 per scrub. AWESOME ! 💜💜💜

I got a really good deal on the products I purchased. The fragrance makes me happy at shower time it. Thank you for the specials that allowed me enough stock to last until spring.

Workers nice. Seems as though your products are more for kids. Fruity and food smells. I miss, Sunkissed leaves, sea spray, and sheer freesia. Ring them back please. I only buy aromatherapy now. I spend lots of money here and would love other options besides aromatherapy line.

Great customer service and great products. I used to wear hard cologne but people start complaining and after I started using g these no complaints. I always like fresh smell to keep my day going. Only problem is they come up with great product and soon they discontinue it. Like citrus sandalwood, velvet rose and etc.

I love Bath and Body Works. I especially like the smells and the prices arent to bad either. The staff are friendly and willing to help you find whatever you are looking for.

Autumn and winter. The only times I visit, but when I do, oh my gosh. So many yummy things! Prices are a bit high but if you have coupons its worth it imo.

I think they went through some management changes here. Came here a few months ago and was not pleased at all with the atmosphere, very cold. BUT I came in here the other day for a few things and from the moment I entered the store, the staff seemed happier and so much friendlier! It was a much better shopping experience.... I will be back, soon!

I have a love/hate relationship with this store. I love all the things but hate spending all the monies. Have to limit my visits and thats hard because they always have great deals.

Poor service today..At check stand I asked of my coupon was valid and the cashier attending me asked the one next to her, them she glanced at my phone where I was showing the coupon I had received as an email I guess she sees with her hands and not with her eyes that she had to grab my phone dont I hate that.. and they both just talked over the coupon and in the end she did t even tell me if my coupon wa valid or not..WOW...i will email corporate.

Okay... I love the products, customer service is good, they give plenty of valuable coupons BUT I cant spend more than 10 minutes in the Rockwall store because they blast the music to distraction! In addition, the genre sends my already over loaded senses reeling. I leave with a complimentary headache everytime. The employees claim corporate is aware of the problem but refuse to make a change. If not for this problem I would have rated 5 stars!

Floor staff very helpful and knowledgable. Cashiers could use a little coaching on being friendlier but I understand I came during a busy time. This is my closest store and I go here a lot - wish they could move to a bigger location. This store is like trying to maneuver in a shoebox. SUPER narrow space, crowded and hard to get around. I have never been in here when it wasnt packed and it makes it hard to feel like you can relax and shop. I just want to grab something and get out of there.

Associates are friendly and eager to help. But it seems that this location is never stocked with what I want. And I need it in store to use 2 or more coupons.

This location consistantly has the best employees. They are always so friendly and helpful. I reccomend being on their email list in order to get coupons and their text alerts sometimes give you advanced notice of flas sales. I just wish that they didnt always retire the best fragrances all the time! Its so frustrating to find something for your home, only to be discontinued before the year is out.
