The NP Helen working the minute clinic has horrible bedside manner, does not listen to her patients and belittles them for giving input into their own medical care. I have worked as a bedside nurse for 8 years and have never felt less listened to as I have today. This is the second time she has made me feel this way and I thought maybe I had caught her on a bad day the first time but apparently not.
Pharmacy won’t answer phone, prescriptions take well over 24 hours to be filled, and they only do if you show up and make them fill it. I get being busy, but man I need to have my medication filled each month and order it way in advance. Shouldn’t take 2 days to fill.
Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. You can expect multiple days to fill a prescription, a 5-30 minute wait to reach the pharmacy over the phone, and to top it all off they will be randomly closed during operating hours.
Worst customer service. Pharmacy wont answer the phone, store manager (?) cant or wont help. Someone at district or beyond needs to retrain them.
The staff are extremely rude and unorganized. Please avoid this place at all cost.
If I could give zero stars I would. They are Very ridiculous, I came back positive for COVID in December and they told my husband to quarantine too since he had been around me and that if he needed a slip to just call and one would be given. So he quarantined and now his job would like a note but now they are refusing to give him one unless he gets a physical which is $90-$100. Which is money we dont have.
I took off work to get tested and there was a wreck in rockwall, my appt was at 12:40 I got there at 12:46 and was turned away by I believe her name was Michelle and she was pretty rude about it. Doesn’t seem like they care about anyone
Normally i would give them 2 maybe 3 stars but the other day morgan in the pharmacy was so nice. She saw how stressed i was with my 2 babies and got me milk in the drive thru line so i didnt have to go in. I reallly appreciate her helping me and without me asking her.
Can’t get a person in the telephone.
Lost our doctor prescription voice mail, rude service.
Good prices
Called several times today and the Pharmacy tech was very helpful to get a prescription transfered from Walgreens back to CVS. The best costomer service I have had here since moving here 2.5 years ago.
Waited in line for 10 minutes, then was told at 9:05 that the mgr had already taken the till and they couldnt sell me my prescription. Tried to get two prescriptions one day and was only given one, told the other was across town at the other CVS, the good CVS told me they didnt have it, but it had been shown as filled at the bad CVS.
Zero if I could. Front register is useless. 7/19/20 3:40 pm. Waited picture counter for 20 minutes while he chatted with people. Hire people that are capable of being a cashier.
I came in on Sunday march 19, 2017 at 3:30pm and received the best pharmacy experience in my 41 years on this planet. The pharmacy team filled my prescription in 10 minutes, and a refill prescription in two minutes. This is an exceptional pharmacy and I will continue to go here from now on .
My insurance required me to use this pharmacy again. I had actually stopped using them years ago because of the absolutely horrible pharmacy staff who had zero interest in helping their customers. When I had to start using them again it took three people to find where I had called in my prescriptions a week prior. When they finally found I had called in I was told they had sent my doctor an authorization request twice. When I spoke to my doctor she had not received any request from them. So my doctor sent over the prescriptions and I went to pick them up they only showed one of them and said they had no idea about the other. Then they said they had it and I’d need to come back. When I went back I was told they were showing I’d already picked it up. So thinking my spouse had picked it up, I go search my home and end up calling the pharmacy back to tell them to double check who signed for it because I didn’t have it. I was then told they didn’t show it was picked up but they had not filled it yet and it scheduled to be filled. When I finally expressed frustration about the whole situation I was simply asked in a very rude way if I wanted to speak to the pharmacist about it. The message being she could care less. Long story short, my opinion of this pharmacy is extremely low and I feel sorry for anyone who has no option but to use them.
Friendly staff, the store is very clean and neat. Excellent customer service!
They dont honor their own online prices... wish I could leave zero stars
My 2 year old Child was belittled and embarrassed by the manager on duty for putting shampoo bottles in a row while I was looking for hair products. She looked at me and said “don’t let her do that”. I told her I was going to pick them up when I was done looking and she said “well you can’t put them up if you don’t know how they go”. I then told her I saw exactly where she gotten them from. She did not respond, and just proceeded to rearrange the bottles. My daughter then tried to help her put them back and the Lady told her no...(seriously!? She’s two and wanted to help) I understand items need to be in their proper place, and I had full intentions of putting them just as they were. I will not be shopping here ever again! If you are going to confront customers, especially small children, you at least need to do it with common courtesy and politeness.
I had some simple disposable camera film developed here, bad idea. They said it would take one week, but it took four weeks, and a few photos came back all blurry and ruined.
I do not know how this pharmacy is still in business at this location. No wonder they change managers and district managers every quarter. They have a mindset that they dont need their customers and dont hold back when it comes to being sarcastic. Pharmacist Steve seems to be the ring leader in the group. Long wait times, fill prescriptions incorrectly and rude service... awesome job CVS!
Pharmacy staff is great. Everybody gets out of school and off work at the same time, but they can still smile through all the grumpy customers.
On February 21, 2017, I arrived at this location at 8:58 and saw 2 cars in the drive thru so I went inside. The pharmacy was already closed... I went back to the drive thru and when the car in front of me received their scripts they closed the drive thru. Its good to know that the pharmacy actually closes at 8:55 NOT 9:00pm. I will be moving my perscriptions. I know this will not affect your business however I will be spending my dollars elsewhere.
This pharmacy is a joke. tried to get prescription filled. I have been here three times and every time I come back they say they dont have a prescription for me. But they have one sitting in the basket they could fill it out now and Ill take a few hours. been trying to get a prescription for a week. Gave them my card when I was here last time and then They lost them. Im taking my prescriptions backand going to Walgreens
Horrible communication and zero consideration. Last time I get a prescription filled at this location.
The customer service is just awful! The lady that you drop off prescriptions to, wont even look at you when shes talking to you. The pharmacy employees seem miserable and that transfers to customers by way of their attitude and scowls. Took two weeks to get a prescription filled (they had to order it) that we have had there before.
I dont care what other people said it took me 40 minutes to get our medicine
Long wait for antibiotics and phones were ringing constantly without being answered!
Friendly staff, clean store, less couponing than other stores in area.
Just get photos here. Not sure about prescription reviews.
Not very convenient as it doesnt stay open overnight
The pharmacy drive through is soooooooooo slow.
Negative stars this place sucks
Just a typical CVS
